I purchased nokia3110c mobile 3months back. now itis not working (problem above mentioned)i went nokia care @vijayawada( purcase also made @ that place)they Rejected
to repaire it without Proper Reason They told Reasons once it is Damaged.After one Day the told onether Reason that is liquid(fungus)Problem but they not Prooved it @The time of Delivered

    i bought one blutooth handset BH-208 from m/s Harjeet Bros. Dharampura Bazar, Patiala (PB) on 26/6/08 for my Nokia set E61i Mobile no. [protected]. But in just 2 months it stops working. i gave to Nokia care at patialato EMM ESS ENTERPRISES 1st floor Gajewas comlex Leela bhawan, Patiala with job sheet no.[protected]/080830/20 dated 30/8/08 .
    but till date i have not received my handset and i was having full faith in nokia product but know i am loosing my faith.
    please lok into the matter why so long in delivery,

      This is Rajesh Dua here, Yesterday i.e.26th October, 2008, I lost my Nokia 1208 Black Mobile, IMEI NO. [protected] Item 0029938 .I have already blocked my sim card. Could you please let me know if it is possible for me to trace/lock the handset from the above metnitoned IMEDI number, If yes please let me know how it can be done to forbid misuse of my mobile.

      Dear Sir,

      This is Mukesh Nakarani here. I lost my Nokia 1200 mobile, IMEI NO. [protected]. My mobile is kept inside one lady purse, which is inside main bag, which contain more than 1.0 lacs Rs of luggage including jewelry, digital camera, MP3 etc. Auto rickshaw driver has stolen the main bag. As per police advise, I have neither blocked my sim card nor handset. Could you please let me know if it is possible for me to trace the handset from the above-mentioned IMEI number?
      Sir, mobile tracing is only way to picked up the thief. Please help me out.
      Kindly note that I have already made police complain in Varachha police station, Surat on 24th Nov-2008. Till the date I have not received any updates on the same.

        in my Nokia N 73 cell there is problem in browsing because it is saying of opening of any application "not enough memory to perform this operation, delete some data first"...i deleted all data frm phone as well as memory card then too this problem is same frm last 2-3 days...can u plz suggest me wht should i do with it..messages are also not able to store nd come nd thr is no details for dialed.received, missed calls...plzz send me suggestions as soon as u can...

        1-->note:It wil delete all data present in ur mobile

        tools--settings--phone---genaral---orig.pphone settings and press password 12345 and press k then ur mobile wil get restart


        2-->switch of[censored]r moblie phone and switch on it and press * 3 dialed button at a time for long time then it wil get restart k

        Hey frnz i''ve a big problem with my messages. Sometimes it comes with Questionmark symbol instead of normal message symbol and i'm not able to open it anyways...

          I purchaed a nokia molile phone set 6500 C phone from Hot Spot, located at The Great India Place Mall in Noida, India on 27th may 2008.At the time of purchase it was told to me that company coveres one year warranty.The set had some manufacturing problem and has got some display problems within 1.5 months of purchase. details are as

          When I contacted Hotspot, they were no good, and simply forwarded me to Nokia care at A78, Sec2, Noida saying its some software problem only. At nokia care, after 3 hours of waiting came my turn, and as result they said its some manufacturing problem so set has to be deposited for 2 days.It has been a more then a 10 days now, and forget getting my set back, even thereis no response from their end. Details of set deposit is as:

          Still till date I haven’t got any response from Nokia centre, And their phones are always switched off or not reachable. I called nokia care at Banglore and even written an email to them, in responce couple of days ago I got a call from Banglore centre from Mr. B. Sarkar, who has given me a complaint no. 2/387dg9.And also visited noika HCL centre in sec 2 yesterday, they said that some part to be replaced (which was a manufacturing problem) is not yet available with them, so I have to wait???

          I AM VERY UPSET WITH THEIR BEHAVIOUR AS I HAVEN'T GOT ANY SUPPORT NEITHER FROM HOTSPOT NOR FROM NOKIA CARE FOR MY SET WHICH IS UNDER WARRANTY AND HAD SOME MANUFACTURING PROBLEM. MY SET IS YET DEPOSITED IN NOkiA CARE, AND I HAVE NO CLUE WHEN I WILL GET THAT BACK. THOUGH I THE TIME OF PURCHASE I WAS TOLD THAT SET WILL BE REPLACED IMMEDIATELY IF ANY PROBLEM WITHIN THE WARRANTY PERIOD.

          NOW I AM FED UP WITH THIS BEHAVIOUR OF NOKIA CARE CENTRE. FOR ME TO CONTINUE FAITH IN NOKIA PRODUCTS AND HOT SPOT, I SHOULD IMMEDIATLY GET A REPLACEMENT SET OR MY MONEY REFUNDED BACK ALONG WITH PENALTY OF MENTAL HARRASSMENT.

          Nokia / 6500 classic — Very Product and Service

          Dear Concern,

          This with referance of a repair under warranty request given at Vashi Nokia Care.(ASC: 764_504867)
          JOB SHEET NO.[protected]/090418/75
          The Mobile had 2 major problems:
          1) The phone was not recognising the memory card from the 3rd Month itself
          2) The display of the phone had developed some pataches (the the centre people explained that it was due the liquid problem)
          The second problem and some minor scratches the centre people explained that there are physical damages and same will not be covered under the warranty period.
          They asked me challenge them as they were mentioning that the same is written in the book in the phone box.

          Here i would like to draw attention that,
          1) the retailor doesn't allow to check the phone as the box needs to be opened
          2) there is no document that i sign when i am buying the procuct
          3) I have no option to go and give the phone back

          With all said the they mentioned that loss of liquid is physical damage. But i went through all the complaints in the website of consumercomplaints and many have complained of the similar problemm and hence the same is not an isolated case.

          Finally i have not got a revert since the time i have given the complaint i.e. 18-Apr-09.
          They had cofirmed that some people from the copmany will call on Monday and presume they would have referred some Monday next year considering the reverts and complaints as registered in this website.

          Hope for a revert from the Nokia Care.

          nokia 6500 — Malfunctioning

          I am facing sever problem with My Nokia 6500 handset. It is malfunctioning and keyboard is not working properly. I have contacted to Nokia Care (Akota, Baroda) and they told (Without opening the set) that problem is in belt which needs to be replaced. At that time, I have not given my set and to my surprise after some time all of sudden my set has started working properly. But unfortunately, now again it is malfunctioning and some time key board is active and some time it is not. Can any one tell me that whether it is really required to change the belt? (It will cost around 1600 Rs to change the belt and I think it is just mis alligned/ loose connection) But how to confirm?

          This is to bring to the notice of NOIKA CARE MANAGEMENT the casual attitude being adopted in repairs and customer interaction, my hand set has been with NOKIA CARE CENTER NOIDA FROM 16TH JUNE 2009 till date the problem has not been rectified although so many months have passed.
          No one has been able to give to give an answere as to why the problem keeps repeating, the set has been sent even to your major repaire center and cerified by QC to have been repaired, regret to state the same is still not working, may one request the management to take this issue up and help clear the problem.

This handset has been sent more than three times to Nokia service centre (INFOCARE SERVICES,1st floor vaibav complex,Faizabad Road,Indira Nagar, Lucknow., but the problem still persists. Here I would like to mention that this service centre is around 15 kms from the place where I stay. It’s really problematic and very tiring for me to go to the shop after the regular office work. Being a responsible bank Officer, the mobile is an absolute necessity to keep a track with the clients and also with office. For this problem with my mobile my work is also getting affected.

          Due to repetition of this problem, I request you to kindly change the present handset with a new one for your customer satisfaction.

          I hope this letter will be addressed promptly and my problem will be resolved within 7 days of time span.

            I gave my Nokia N73 ME phone for repair to a Nokia Care in Pune. The + key button was not being pressed. This was the only issue and I was charged Rs. 272. After I received my phone I found that there was an another issue created by Nokia Care. The phone lost network quite often. I went back to the Nokia Care and told them about the issue. They said it’s because of a physical damage and I have to pay Rs. 750 to fix it. I paid the money (THIS ISSUE WAS CREATED BY NOKIA CARE, NOT ME, STILL I PAID TO GET MY PHONE FIXED). I got my phone after the SECOND REPAIR and now there is an another problem created by NOKIA CARE. The front camera is not working. I even updated the firmware to the latest version, but to no avail. Now what should I do? I am not going to any Nokia Care as they are just cheating people and making money. My Nokia N73 ME's imei number is [protected].             Hi,

            i had given my Nokia N73 ME (IMEI: [protected]) to Nokia Care, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi on 24th Jan'08. The target delivery date was 31st Jan'08. Today i got a call from the same saying that the phone has been replaced. I had purchased the phone on 8th Dec'07. The problem with the phone was that the camera was not working, when the camera was started the screen went black. I got the phone swapped today for a phone which was older and had scratches all over, but my original phone did not have any scratches as it was brand new. the people in the customer service say that the phone has been replaced according to the condition, which is false.
            I request you to kindly look into the matter and help me out, as such instances not only cause your customer problem but also bring a negative publicity to the brand name.

                Sir,
                I was purchasing a nokia model no 3110c on 13th July 2007. Within two/three month mobile is hanging
                At that time your service center is not been given proper co-operation to me for giving me repair or replace
                After launching complaint to you. They have immediately giving replacement of the same model handset. But I am sorry to say that the replacement handset also hanging and not working properly so I am hand over this nokia mobile to service dealer "shree communication" shop no 1, 2 yashogita build mahatre bridge Erandwana, pune maharshatra.job sheet No[protected]/080624/23. 1 st week of June they have told me hand set has been repair but within two days same problem arise so visited your service center and handover the same for repair but near about two month they have not able to give me proper responses or replay up till now I am really surprise Nokia is a renowned all over the world but your service station has not giving proper responses to customer they have told me that the mobile has been send to mega research center last two month. I am also complaint twice to nokia care call center against the service center complaint no is 2-35x-g-l-n. Please look in this matter immejaeatly and give me hand set at the earliest

                  My N70, which was bought in Aug-2006 (for Rs. 17, 000) had some display problems. I took it to the BTM Layout, Stage 2 Nokia Care unit and submitted the same for repair

                  I was told that the phone has IC issue and the IC needs to be replaced which would be done in a week. On following up after a week, I was told it would take 2 more days to get the IC. On further following it up, they told me, it would take a month

                  I got irritated and tokk the handset from them. I submitted it to the Nokia Care unit (Star Electronics) in Koramangala, near Forum. The engineer after checking the same told me that the phone has been tampered.

                  This was shocking and I told him that I had only given it to Nokia Care unit in BTM Layout. He told me he would try to repair the phone, but the IC has been removed and not put back properly, which has damaged the main board

                  He tried and could not resolve it. I need to get my worthless phone back from him

                  I dont understand that even after buying so expensive phones, why cant we get better quality of phones? Also to top that, there are Care centers who do not have competent people to do the job.

                  Pathetic service. If you are listening, please take some action

                    Hello,

                    This is Ravinder from Delhi. I purchased Nokia 6100 Navigator phone on 19th of May'08. The phone is under warranty when it gave a problem of Display spot. I contacted Nokia Care Preet Vihar, Delhi on 20th'Sept'08 and asked for the replacement but as per them they can change the display of the phone and will assured me that it will noy take more than 10-15 days. However, as per the Service Job sheet the expected date of Delivery is 16th'Oct'08. I contacted them several times and everytime they gave me new dates to contact. Its more than a month now I am still waiting for the response. When I asked for someone where I can launch a complaint, they simply said no where you can complain. Today when I reached there i found that the Nokia Care centre has been permanently closed and as per the instrctions slip outside the closed shutter of the office, for further dealings I need to contact Nokia Care Vaishali Sector 4. I reached there also but as per them all the dealings will be done from Nokia Care, Noida Sector - 2.
                    This is the height of harrasment I have suffered from Nokia which was not at all expected from such a reputed organization. I am using Nokia mobile phones since years and this is the worst experience I had with Nokia.
                    Would request if you can please look into the matter and get my phone replaced at the earliest else I need to knock the Consumer Court now as I have wasted enough money and time because of this.

                      Sir, i purched Nokia 1209 gsm mobile on 17/01/2009.After two day's it became inactive, I sumitted this to NOKIA CARE center named Vision care 1/1 hardutt ray chamaria road, howrah on20/01/2009. job sheet numer is:[protected]/090120/34.They assured me that they will give me delivery with in two days.After 13 days they are telling me that mobile is yet not repired and it will take one more month, iam not underesting what is my guilty?IS it that i purched a reputed brand NOKIA and mobile became defactive with in two days.I am very much shocked seeing working culture and behaviour of NOKIACARE is it care for consumer? What can i do now? HELP ME!

                      nokia 1209 phone dischargers battery with 3 hours. in some cases phone battery fully charged but on the phone battery bard are half full showning. no charging. but when charger is pluin it says charging, but in real its not.
                      is there any solution.

                          I have purchase nokia 1209 set from nokia dealer ship on dt.[protected] but till date on my nokia set, outgoing and imcomming is not happing. i have also submit our identity proff e.g. Two photo and Election card as identity proff. I have also contact to Airtel office to start my sim. they told us to start today but outgoing and imcomming is not happing on my mobile. I think that the nokia service is very poor and customer like i is not satisfied because after 7 days my moibile is not working.                               I purchased nokia xpress music 5220 in November 2008. Got servicing done for 4 times till March 2009, after which service center has replaced the handset with new one. The cell is still not functioning properly, i gave it for servicing in mid july, received after 15 days and now again it has a problem. cell screen is going off everytime i switch on, cell is not functioning.

                              I am highly dissatisfied with the service of nokia care, everytime they claim the problem is solved, soon i have new problem in cell. I have to take an off from office and get the problem solved, phone contains all emergency and important number and other details, it is hampering my work also.

                              hai this hari i got 5220 Nokia Express on this Jan 2009.I have updated a new software on this mobile after updating i got a problem that, if i send a message to any one the msg tone has a problem.                                 I had purchased a set of Nokia, Model :2630 in January this year.I had given my handset to the nokia customer care which is
                                Address:Brightcaree, #51/1, Srikantha Mahal, 1st floor, 1st cross, Sampige road, Malleswaram, Bangalore-560003 on 10th September 2008. Job Sheet No.:[protected]/080910/75.
                                Problem was first i had a Faulty Display, they took the set for repair and said would return the same by 13th September 2008. Then they told the set could not be repaired by them and that they had send it to the higher level for repair. They had told me to wait for 10-15 days and get back to them. When i did the same i got another date as 4th October 2008. That day also i didn't get my set and because i was upset and argued with them they gave me a backup set for my use. The next date which i got was on 16th October 2008. When i visited them they gave me the set without checking it completely.I found another problem that the keypad was not working properly.I shouted on them gave back my cell to them once again for repair, i got another date. In the mean while i called up the Nokia Cust. Care and registered a complaint and Escalated the issue. The Complaint number : 2-3ECZ9N. They had asked me to collect the cell on 22nd October 2008. I didn't get the set. On 23rd October 2008 i got my replaced set.
                                Is this the way you people work and care about your customers? When ever i had called them, except they giving my cell back i was getting dates.. stating that i would get it on that date. They don't recognize the problems themselves before they deliver the repaired set. We should do that work, alert them in every stage of their work. What for are they working? If they don't know how to work in a disciplined manner?
                                I need to know, as a customer of Nokia ; what course of action has been taken against them.

                                It is to inform you that due to diasplay problem, I was given my mobile to N.R.I Communication, O-9, Lajpat Nagar-II, New Delhi-110024 for change of display on 15.10.2008 as per Job Sheet No.[protected]/081015/21. The service centre told me that your mobile display will be changed and the delivery date was 15.10.2008. I have seen my status on the web site that my mobile has been repaired and gone several time to the Service Centre to collect my mobile but they are saying that your mobile's display has not been changed till date.

                                My Nokia Phone(model no 5610) is severly murdered by nokia care of Laxmi nagar.

                                They are not delivering the phone on commited dates even they break the screen of my phone and told me we can process your request or we cant able to rectify the problem and this phone, thing they only came to know after they severly murder the phone. Also they lost the navy of my phone and tell we handover your navy at the time of recieving the phone.

                                I bought this Nokia-2630 handset on 27th of January,09 and my phone is still in the warranty period.The phone was working normally until it suffered a "Display Crash". But i would like to draw your attention to the fact that the phone had not suffered any injury whatsoever and never it had been dropped.
                                I got it repaired on 3rd August,09 at the authorized "NOKIA CARE" centre (Balaji Telecom, phone no[protected], at Udupi (karnataka).I tried to explain to the Nokia Care people that the phone was well within the warranty period and that this was not a case of mechanical damage but still they handed me over a bill for Rs. 840.
                                The issue is that the same problem occured yesterday (15th September, 09) when my phone suffered yet another "Display Crash" needless to mention that even this time my phone did not experience any type of shock,injury or excessive preesure.
                                I am not sure what to do with this handset now. Whether i should go and dump my phone for "Recycling" at the same "Nokia Care" or spend another Rs.840 to get it repaired, and mind you that would make almost 50% (along with the first repairing costs) of the price for which i purchased the phone.
                                I am confused as to why this problem is occuring repeatedly. Either the handset is too delicate or the display that was provided by Nokia Care was not properly fitted in. Whatever may be the case but it certainly doesn't make me a happy customer. I expect a free repair of the display firstly because my phone is still in warranty period and secondly its hardly been 40 days that i spent Rs.840 for no reason at all.

                                  I have purschased a new model multimedia nokia phone model no 5220 express music from an authorised sales centre, nokia priority, chinnakada, kollam, kerala, india just a month before, but on 1/10/2008 the speaker of the phone went out while i was listening music, because the company has provided a 6 month warranty for the handset I gave the set to the authorised service centre of nokia, kollam, kerala on 3/10/2008 because of public holiday on 2nd. they gave me a job sheet saying that the speaker has been damaged and for changing it should be sent to kochi, kerala and will get the set in 7 days .After 7 days excuelding the national holidays I contacted them, but they said that the set is not yet been sent from kochi because of short spare, so that they will give it after 3 more days, but till today 18/10/2008 they have not return the set, now they are saying that the board is complaint and there is no spare to change so i should wait for another one more week, so conculding I am not at all satisfied with the service, How could a reputed firm like nokia wait a customer more than 3 weeks saying that there is no spare available now during the warranty period itself

                                    This is to inform you that I, Shri Dinakar Shetty, a resident of Goa had bought Nokia Mobile last year..The particulars of the handset is as follows:

                                    Model no:3110 Classic
                                    IMEI no/RSN no:[protected]
                                    Date of purchase:29-08-07

                                    Now for last 4-5months I am facing some difficulty with my handset.Nothing can be seen on the display, its completely blank…I had shown it at Nokia Care Centre, here in Goa and I was told that the circuitry was fine, I would just have to change the display&the problem would be fixed…And now when I had gone back to the Care Centre last month, they told me everything is fine with the display, problem is with the circuitry…So I need to fix the entire circuitry which is as good as buying a new cell…

                                    Now you tell me what I should conclude from this particular incident???Either your engineer doesn’t know his work, he is technically weak&so he couldn’t fix the problem at the 1st instance or he wanted to make easy money so he didn’t fix the problem at the 1st instance because if he had fixed it then, he had to do it free of cost as my product was under warranty and probably that’s why now since the warranty period is over he told me the actual cause of blank display…..

                                    Well…let me tell you 1 thing that I won’t be repairing the handset…I won’t let the engineer swallow the money so easily..but you guys should know how the customers are harrased at the customer centre…You’ll better shut down these centres if you’ll want to treat the customers like this…

                                    A shameful behavior never expected out of Nokia…I am leaving behind the address of the care centre where I had been..Kindly look into the matter

                                    Its really disappointing that I got such a treatment from Nokia care centre…I am sorry to say this but I feel you guys are no more loyal to your customers…When my handset was under warranty period, your engineer told me circuitry is fine&changing the display will solve everything and once the warranty period is over, he told me that I have to change the entire circuitry…How can the display get fixed&the circuitry gets faulty automatically???Do you or your engineer have any explaination for that???

                                    I agree, presently I has the same display problem, 3 months barred from the warranty period. The Nokia care center says the display screen need to be replaced with the new one.
                                    Earlier, I had the problem with the audio, hence I got to change the ringer, and now with the display.
                                    I don't understand what the life of a new mobile without any problems. What kind of technology is it when a mobile can't work for few months without a failure.
                                    Old model mobiles are more reliable and strong when compared to the new model ones. The old model mobiles are more strong and robust to any failures or damages.

                                    Every company comes with its best when introducing its products in a country or so, but what happens to the same company in maintaining the same quality after its successful introduction.

                                    You are exactly true that the technicians or the engineers at the Nokia care centers are not equipped with skills to rectify the problems and more over they make only business not service.

                                      Gentle Reminder

                                      Approximately 2 and a half months past my below mail to you people. Not even a single person from your end has shown any courtesy in sending at least an acknowledgement mail. Further to this, the service center returned the phone to me after 2 weeks of keeping with them and told me that everything is fine. But to my astonishment I found that when I use the video centre, all what is shown are mirror images instead of a regular one. Immediately I reported back with the fault and once again they took back the phone for rectification/repair and returned back to me after another 2 weeks.

                                      Finally on 20th of this month I got back the phone and tried loading one movie and while trying to play the same, the same inverted images are only being able to be played by the video centre and after reporting this back once again to your service centre they took back it for another round of repair (which is the 5th round for a new phone with less than 8-10 months and having a series of various defects) and I am waiting for another indefinite period.

                                      Will there be some justice available to me on this issue?

                                      Appreciate very much if someone over there will take up this matter with at least a decent attitude to send a reply back to one who complaint about your product.

                                      Hoping to hear a decision from you soon.

                                      Gentlemen,

                                      I had a purchased a Nokia N95 8 GB (I think this is the most foolish mobile buy I had ever) back in February 2008. From Day 1 it started giving me problems until now as being listed below:

                                      1. Hanging on No reply Calls and shutting off
                                      2. Shutting off without any special reasons
                                      3. Display flickers and becomes black & white and so on

                                      These all problems were addressed and rectified by your service team from time to time by asking me to deposit the phone with them accompanying with several days of waiting time, which I had to oblige as there was no other choice!

                                      Finally on getting the latest problem (flickering the display) rectified and given back to me on 27th of this month, I was thinking that I will not be having any more troubles (as this time they took more than 7 days in returning back the phone). The very next day itself, ie: on the 28th July, I have discovered that while playing any movie on the “Video Centre-Real Player”, the objects are displayed as mirror image, ie: exactly what we see like when we are looking in a mirror. This made me so much uncomfortable and upon approaching your service centre again, I detected I should again wait for another 10-15 days to address/rectify this issue.

                                      I am really fed up with this.

                                      The only mistake I did is trusting Nokia and going forward with buying one of it’s ever time costliest phones in its range. I am putting below some of the questions that are in my mind which if NOKIA is wise enough to understand will take a reasonable action.

                                      a) Is this the way you are supposed to get “customer satisfaction”?
                                      b) Are you not bothered about the reputation NOKIA is LOSING because of several complaints like these?
                                      c) Am I going to be having peace of mind even after once again giving the phone for a 4th round of service within 6 months of its purchase?
                                      d) Shall I seriously think of forgetting NOKIA from my favorite list of Mobile phone manufacturer?

                                      Hope some one will take up this seriously and take some steps to address this as soon as possible. My personal cell number for any immediate contact is[protected]

                                      I share the same experience and same complaines of my N85
                                      nokia sucks ... my N85 mic stopped working yesterday.. stupid ... damn mobile fones..
                                      does anyone know how to fix such a problem ?

                                        my nokia n72 got wet in sea water accidentally but i took precautions and immediately gave it for blow drying it started working but there is no backlight and camera was not working, i gave it to nokia service center and they say that it can be repaired and it will work as the original piece, but after five days they said the motherboard has been damaged when i asked them whether it could be repaired they said no and when i inquired that whether the mother board has the same esn no or the product code given in their bill, they then later agreed to send the mobile to the main service centre in lower parel and they also said the mobile can be repaired with in a week.what i want to know is that whether anybody can change the original motherboard for a faulty one, as the mobile was showing the display mode when switched on.i had purchased the mobile just three weeks before so it was still under the warranty period.please let me know whether anybody can change the original mother board while giving it for repairing.

                                        I'm very curious to know what you found out re your phone in the end. I have a similar problem where my Nokia n82 got slightly wet, all worked fine afterwards except the camera wouldn't shoot and there was also the sign about flash not charging. Anyway, I took it to a repair shop, got it back 25 US dollar later and was told it's now fine, they changed the 'IC" whatever that is. Well, the pictures don't come out nearly as good as before so I'm suspecting that maybe the camera lens was changed to a lower quality one.

                                        If anyone can tell me what they think I'd be happy as well as I wanna know re your motherboard.
