Unexpected behaviour of NOKIA CARE
I had submitted my NOKIA/3110C on 13-nov-2008 at NOKIA [protected]@Rewari(Haryana).The problem in my mobile was that it has ringer fault and software of cell phone is hanged. My Job Sheet no. is 337_434038 .I Have visited a lot of time to NOKIA CARE but not able to get any solution on this .My mobile is still there.You can contact me on my alternate no. at [protected] .
It's 4th time now I am going to NOKIA Care and Person is not giving any positive response to me .Now It's more than 8 days I am not able to get any solution.I am not expecting this from Organisation like NOKIA.Please look into the issue & resolve the same ASAP.

    Hi friends.
    I am santosh. 4 months back i purchased Nokia 5610 xpress music phone.Hardly, I use the phone for 4 to 5 calls a day. After 1 month use, the scroll broken automatically and the phone had the problem of hanging for every 2 minutes. I given it for service. They kept the phone for 15 days and replaced another piece. The replaced peace also, again given the problem of hanging and one fine day, total display of the phone was came green colour, but i was able to receive the calls. Again I given it for service. They kept it for 20 days again done some service. Interesting thing is after using for exactly one week, the total phone is not working. Again, I have to give it for service and they will keep for 20 more days.I purchased it 4 months back at 12k. But the phone is with me for appx 3 month only. My job sheet no. is[protected]/081017/103, for my last service. If you, see in the nokia care website address, the status is still showing the "Closed-Sent to L3" that means the phone is still at their head office, where as the phone is with me and again it got ready for repairing also. That's how the service was provided to a customer like me.

    Nokia/5610 music edition — Poor Phone

    I bought this handset 2 months ago and since that day getting problems.The set gets restarted often and now it's completely dead.It does not start now.

    Nokia 5610 — poor service

    i have bought a nokia 5610 five months ago. the body of the phone is very fragile and brocken in one month. i have given the phone to customer care in bijnor ( arora commu. ) 9th of march 2009 to change the body of the phone . but till now i did not find a answer from care. they told me that problem will be solved in 30 days. they take repairing charge in advance . but i did not have my cell phone till now[protected]. may i go to the court to get my phone back ?

    Nokia 5610 Xpress Music — Poor service

    My mobile phone Nokia 5610 Xpress music had a poblem with its display. At first on date 7 august, 2009 i 'v given the phone to nokia care, they replaced the display pricing 2035 Rs. After one week the same problem occured in phone about display. Because the warranty period of repair was not over yet, again I have given my phone to Krishna communication - Nokia Care, Anand, Gujarat - 388001. I asked for the jobsheet, but they did not make the jobsheet and taken my phone for investigation. Now this is 14 september, 2009 still they are not able to inform me the status of the phone.

      first clean ur mob 4 dust&moistur, check antenna switch, chek 4 network ic contacts, if prblm still der u hav 2 change ur network ic. if netwok coming and going in a full range den prblm is first one
      nokia 6300 is the best model among all the nokia phones i hav ever seen before...this is the best cell phone even for surfing on internet...not even a single problem has been found in this phone till now...

        I bought a Nokia n73 music edition at poorvika on 15th nov 2008.
        After three days the phone is not functioning properly.They say me to bring the phone and service needs to be done .When i asked for a replacement they say it needs to be checked.So beaware of buying in Poorvika mobiles.

          Hi its a real tragedy that my 15day phone got stole from my car on a signal. I have even lost a police complaint for the same n they have asked me to contact Nokia n ask them to track my phone with the IMEI no which is [protected].the cops told me that Nokia will be able to track my phone if somebody puts their sim in my phone n i will get a msg frm nokia if i give the cell no who is using my cell phone if i register my current cell no. But when i called customer care i get a response that nothing can be done abt it. i ave invested 20k on this phone which is not a small amount .Why do youll give an IMEI no when it cannot serve any purpose.. Sorry to say that iam v dissapointed to know that the company which i have been loyal to since my first phone has dissapointed me this way.. Is there anyway that something can be done cause i still keep a little hope being a Nokia fan

            I am having one mobile pcs. Of your company nokia 6233 handset I had purchased this mobile on dated 7/5/2008 from aditi communication the prombles with this set is that the colours of keypads colours has gone . The colours of these keypads is white .It is now difficult to exactly recognize the number and letter printed on it . The owner of the firm (from whom it had purchased this set ) say that there is no gurranty of colours if this keypads .Kindly let me know if this is the case. Kindly relpy me if the firm must change this mobile set or not.

                  First I thanks to you for your immediate response...

                  I am Venkatraman.s.
                  Singaravelu is my father's name.
                  In your reply you mentioned wear and tear is associated with the usuage; I definitely accept it. But the disappointment was mobile failure, irresponsible answers from the dealer where i purchased and the service quality provided in your nokia care.
                  I know you can provide service at any time but repeated service never conform the quality of the product as well as the service quality. It consumes my valuable time so I cannot accept the repeated service provided by you even if it is free of cost.
                  You did not respond my another question.. Why the Nokia priority dealer never care about the service facilities? After sold the mobile they did not care about the problem found in that mobile even under warrenty period. Is it the problem of customers and have they rectify themselves?

                  Today once again i went to Nokia care for repeated service, they take my mobile and job sheet issued. that details given below..

                    I purchased the Nokia5610 in April 2008.After few days the slider on the phone came out.But still I was using the phone then for a past few days the screen has gone completely pixelated .I am not able to read anything on the screen.Today I went to Nokia Care in Nigdi (Pune) and they people were busy putting the blame on me that the phone has been mishandled.I have spent 12000 Rs on the set but I am extremely sorry for my decision to Buy Nokia and will never even suggest anybody to go for Nokia in future.Your people dont know how to talk to customer.Incase I go by earlier complaints I can never trust the Nokia Care People.I am not satisfied by the product and am even more unsatisfied by the behaviour of Nokia Care people.In case they keep my cell for say few days even then are you people going to provide me another cell phone for the period?I got the feeling that I commited a blunder by Purchasing Nokia ...

                    I was using nokia 6610 suddenly a day it got switched off
                    i tried several ways to on it but not succeded finally through one of my freiends suggestion i went to nokia care i told all my problems with that set and finally he told softwre is crashed we need to install it it will take few hrs you can cm 2mrow so i went again to coolect my cell but he has some other reason he told that there some problem in circuit they send the phone to company itself .. it will take weak time i agreed and went after a weak and finally he is ready with some other reason
                    he told ur emi no corrupted it cant be reparied i[censored] give me 1000 i will do it for u...
                    i cant understand what the helll was going over there i took back my cell in the same condition and just walked to the local mobile repaireer he got it fixed with in a hr and its wrking fine now

                      Nokia/5610 Music Express — LCD not working

                      I had brought a nokia 5610 music express phone about a month back and its LCD is not working any more.I have contacted nokia care representatives about four locations and also called up the nokia care head office in kolkata and their reply was that LCD panel is not avialable with them and it will take a month for LCD to be replaced.
                      Now, this is a very unreasonable time frame to repair a brand new mobile phone.
                      You are kindly requested to either replace the handset or refund the amount because waiting for a handset for a month is not practically possible.

                      If there is some manufacturing defect in the mobile phone, than why should a consumer suffer?

                      You are requested to take up the matter urgently to avoid any legal action from our side.
                      it's a really serious problem in nokia 5610.plz don't buy it.
                      i have nokia 5610 model phone.i bought it on march 2008. nokia 5610 poor model phone. it suddenly off and on . now april first week the slider keys were not function. i went to nokia care they are said come after 10 days because the accessories not stock. after 3 days the phone lcd display completely off. now the phone completely useless.
                      This phone is really causing a big problem. Recently i had given this phone to Nokia care center and they fixed it for 1600Rs for this display problem. Now again the same problem has surfaced. Now i have to go again to the service center to get it fixed.

                        I BROUGHT MY PHONE IN MAY 2008, FROM STARTING THIS PHONE IS CREATING A HANGING PROBLEM.SOMETIMES I IGNORE DUE TO TIME SHORTAGE I CANNOT GO TO NOKIA CARE CENTER, BUT EVEN AFTER IGNORING I WENT TO NOKIA CARE CENTER 4 TIMES IN THESE SIX MONTHS.SOMETIMES IT HANGS AND SWITCH OFF AND IT KEEPS ON HANGING FOR SEVERAL HOURS, SOMETIMES DISPLAY GOES OFF AND ALWAS SHOWS WRONG TIME OF RECEIVED MESSAGES ALTHOUGH PH. IS SHOWING RIGHT TIME BUT MESSAGE TIME GIVES WRONG AND SOMETIME IT DOES NOT ACCEPT THE CODE WHEN I REMOVE THE BATTERY AND SWITCH ON THE PH. AND AGAIN DIAL SECURITY CODE THEN IT ACCEPTS AND SOMETIME EVENTHOUGH NOT ACCEPT.IF ON EACH PROBLEM I NEED TO SHOW IT IWILL HAVE TO GO EVERY FOURTH DAY BUT I IGNORE .BUT TILL HOW ?
                        SOME TIME I CANNOT USE MY PHONE WHEN I NEED IT. I BELIEVED ON NOKIA THAT'S WHY I PURCHASE IT AND IT WAS VERY COSTLY FOR ME EVEN THEN I PURCHASED IT.NOW IT HAS CREATED TOO MUCH PROBLEM FOR ME.KINDLY CHANGE MY HAND SET AND PLEASE GIVE ME ANOTHER ONE AND IF POSSIBLE PLZ NOT THIS ONE 5610 KINDLY GIVE ME-N-73 OR GIVE ME OPTION. I WILL BE VERY GRATEFUL TO U PLZ, I DON'T WANT THIS PH AGAIN.THANKS

                        I have purchased a cellphone of your company last four months ago . last month it was get dead when i went to nokia care Burdwan(w.b) they were not accepting set saying that there is a problem in battry and your battary has crossed warranty period & you are submitting false bill afterwards they accepted the set but from last 35days i am wihout set they are saying that if you have problems u can go to kolkata service center and used rough language.

                            This is Vineetha. This to inform you that I lost my mobile near Vadapalani Signal yesterday evening at around 6. Its a nokia 1100 (white panel) mobile, even though its 5 year old mobile it looks good with all the numbers and alphabets visible clearly. My dad blocked the card today afternoon.                               sir exactly 2 months ago ive been to nokia care @ sikar in rajasthan for the repair of my phone. but yet i havent received my cellphone and the employees r still saying that you will get it within 7 days and i dont know when these 7 days r going to complete and i am gonna get my phone back?
                              i request to take a proper action against them

                              Nokia 5300 — repairing of handset

                              Dear Sir, there was a problem in my above mobile hand set and I went to nokia care centre at Chandigarh on 8/9/2008. After checking of hand set they told me that we will send it to Delhi for repaire and it will be handed over to me within 20 days. But till now I have not received the above set and they are telling that as and when it will come we will hand over. It is stated that if an esteemed company will take so much time to repair it then it will lose his faith in the market. I had purchased this set for my help and upgrading my business but I am loosing day by day. It was the duty of company to replace the such set in which the fault is major and it will take much time to repair it. I hope you will take necessary steps to get my set repaired immediately or replace it with new one.

                                I have purchased a Nokia mobile handset Model N73, IMEI xxxxxxxxxxxx on 24 October 2008 from M/s Venus Digital Arcade at Thrissur vide invoice number xxxxx dated 24 Oct 2008.

                                My intension prior to making the above purchase was to buy a mobile handset of reasonably good features of Multimedia and specifically the ability to connect to a 3G network. I had made a decision to buy the model N73 based on the technical specifications which was provided in the website of Nokia (copy of which has been kept for reference). It was clarified from the shopkeeper also that the Nokia N73 is featuring 3G.

                                However, after making the purchase, I could realize that the 3G feature is missing in my phone. I immediately contacted their customer care through email and got a reply that it may be an issue of software update.

                                After checking the version of the software, it was known that the handset is using the latest firmware available and I took up the matter again with their customer care.

                                I soon realized that the customer care had no intensions of solving the issue. I could receive different kind of solutions for each of my mail and at last I got a mail stating that I will be contacted by one of teir executive within 48 hours.

                                I have sent three mails there after, having received no such phone calls, only to receive a same reply as the first mail telling that some one will contact me.

                                Having lost the faith on the above, I approached their executive through your help line number 30303838, and his statement is very funny. He states that all the models of N73 is having the 3G feature and it will be known to the user only while using the handset in a 3G network.

                                It is totally a wrong statement. I have the experience o[censored]sing a N73 handset earlier and had found an option in the network menu to select both 3G and GSM or 3G alone. It was also found in that set that a 3G symbol appearing randomly while the handset was being switched on and searching network.

                                I must say that they have the worst customer care system in India and is opined based on my 23 years of experience in the field of Engineering.


                                I would like to explain my complaint once again.


                                • I have purchased a Nokia handset, as above, expecting it to have the technical specifications which was given in the Nokia website, and the handset is not having the advertised features (3G connectivity).

                                • The above problem was put up the Nokia customer care through their website and they have insulted me by trying to confuse me and making me to wait their phone calls which was never made.

                                • I have suffered for not only the money Rs.11000.00 which I have spent on the handset, but lost my time and good mood, dealing with your customer care.

                                I read all the complaints. I also suffered frm that type of problem. In my opinion n73 is very worst handset in nokia model. I agree with all the complaints.
                                i'm also using this set nd 3g works perfectly on this set without updating! u must hav 3g supported by network to do so!!!
                                Sir, I have Nokia N73 Standard Edition Model Version 4.0738.3.1.1 Dt. 05.12-2007, RM-132, I have activated 3G from MTNL Dolphin in Mumbai. But I could not get the speed of 3G while browsing Internet. When I asked the Customer Care of MTNL, they told me that to go to Menu->Tools->Settings->Network and then select dual mode, but in my Nokia N73 handset only two menus are appearing in Network (i.e Operator Selection and Cell info Display), there is no option for dual mode selection in the handset. Two broken lines are appearing below the network signal. Is it the 3G signal. Please help.

                                  Dear Sir,
                                  I had given complaint on 30oct at nokia service centre (Bright Infocom-vizag), but still the problem not rectified and also given complaint to customer care but still my problem not rectified this is very worst service center in vizag.I was talk to that service center Manager he was very irresponsible person.
                                  I was purchased this mobile for my brother, from that day he was not satisfied with that mobile and he was irating me daily.
                                  I was verified with Status of Mobile Complaint, in that dailog box it was repaired and completed but still my problem was not rectified.

                                  My Handset was handovered to that service center on 30oct, but still it was not recieved.

                                  That Bright Infocom Manager was not given correct answer to me, he was saying call to call center, I was given handset at this bright infocom why should i call to the call center, it was the right way to give that answer?
                                  I was newly purchased this mobile for my brother.

                                  Please rectify my problem as early as possible.

                                      The phone simply gets hanged up, and that too very frequently. I think that its more frequent when i use the headset.Then the only option left to bring it back to working condition is to restart it. At times, the radio does not work. Then too i have to restart the phone. I switch off and restart the phone about 10 - 12 times a day... Its too bad from the side of a well-established omany like Nokia to have produced such a poor quality system. Please see to it that necessary steps are taken to redress the grievances, Thank You...

                                        I am very much frustrated from your Nokia - E65 phone. I have given twice in your Nokia care for Service but they r unable to retreived the problem. my nokia ph. was sent twice to your Delhi Nokia care Center for approx 3 months for Service but till date my ph. was showing so much problem, I want the replacement of my cell, or my money back.

                                        Hope U can Consider my problem on Urgent basis.

                                        Nokia E65 — Not satisfied with Nokia E65

                                        I have purchased a Nokia E65 in the month of August 2007 which is giving problem from the first day of purchase.

                                        I have visited the Nokia Care centre thrice in but still it has a problem & Nokia Care Centres are not ready to give me a replacement against this.

                                        I am totally fed up with this phone & need a refund against this.

                                        Nokia — E65 Model Service Problem

                                        I have purchased a Nokia E65 Model Handset. When I purchased the same, the key pad was not worked. I repaired it from Nokia Service Centre. At the same having problem related hanging the phone.. Not possible to put in Loudspeaker or Select Phonebook.. The phone also hangs. Since we have purchased the am totally dis-satisfied. I expect full value for our money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.
