Dear Sir,
I submitted my mobile phone model Nokia 2600 Clasis for service in warranty to BENZ INDIA, C-126, NARAINA, NEW DELHI

([protected]@nokiacareindia.com ) on 03 November 2008 reporting no outgoing audio, poor outgoing audio quality .They asked me to collect my handset back on 5 november 2008. Since then I am following up on them giveing numerous call every alerternate hour but what answer i get is that your handset has gone for the service repair . And now when i forsed on them to get my status then they said your handset is tempered and repaired from outside. They told me that your handset lcd is local. My point is, by the time of dilevery they give me status. I bought my handset few months back. my handset is lying with them for past 2 days. There is one executive named HARI abbsued me. !!!
I am really frustrated from a company which claims to be number one in Mobile phones. but sorry to say that the service which you provide to the customers is really pathetic..I am working in a bank a a Cluster Manager with a work force of 300 employees and i personaly suggest them not to take NOKIA. What im planning to do is buy a new cell phone NOT of NOKIA BRAND definetly this time and will sell of the Nokia N 73 M if some day i get it back.I am unable to tell you what problem i am facing without the cell phone.

i have purchase nokia 6500 slide this year in may, since day one i was facing of low volume in handset, even speaker volume is very less, i have taken my handset to one of the nokia care centre, name as INSTANT SOLOUTIONS IN GURGOAN. they told me you have to leave the handset for 10 to 12 working days . and in addtion they will not provide me any standby handset . How they can talok like this . my whole business runs on phone iam a esteemes customer of nokia from last 10 years much before then this frenchise open . i request your personnel interveen, either my mobile should be correctd immediatly or if you want to take so long a standby phone should be provide to me .a quick response on above will be highyl solicated

After going to nokia service centers umpteen number of times, I finally have decided to complain. I along with four other friends bought the E90. The best phone by nokia and i fully acknowledge the same. The problem is that the paint has started peeling off and even though we have a warranty and a bill for all the phones, Nokia says it cannot do anything. We can change the body for 4 and a half thousand which i find ridiculous to change the body. I think its time they do some thinking

Im having this problem since days, my cell phone is unable to receive any message or call, im unable to do this either. It isn't catching signals, no network is there, and its giving me messages 'check info service'.. I dnt know what to do. Its really useless now as it isnt recieving signals. Please guide me properly . I really need help.

i purchsed this cell in sep2007.for the past six months my cell is getting off automatically .It is getting started only manully after repeated try and sometimes not.I have shown in our nearest center in angul, orissa.they tried for five days and reported it is not repairable.they returned my cell on[protected].due to my negligency i lost my warrenty.i am in deep sorrow because with much difficulty i collected rs.7400 to purchase this mobile.NOKIA is like mother of all mobiles, so please dont broke my heart i have great faith in my company.

This is for your kind information i.e. I have purchased a BL-5C Battery for my Nokia Handset on 23rd of October -08 which cost is INR. 600 as per billing amount.

But problem when i have handed over my Credit Card to your service officer at Connought Place branch office, by mistaken he punched INR. 6000 in place of INR 600.

Kindly arrange to return back me the rest INR. 5400.

I purchase a set of nokia 1209, Type: rh-105 which EMI NO. 356803/02/935444/3. In reference set the software of PANCHANGAM is not working properly. Pl. remove my problem as soon as possible. My location is Dy. cane commissioner office hasnukatra faizabad.

I have given Nokia 3500c to Nokia Care centre( Ansu Communication, Raipur) for repair as its Head Phone not Supported. My Job Sheet No:[protected]/081001/5 dated 1.10.2008. My Complaint no: is 2-3 F 606V. To-day I enquired from Nokia Care Centre about my Hand Set, they say it has come back from Delhi without being repaired almost after One month.

I demand New Hand.

i purchased nokia 3110c at 30/07/2007. I'm really dissatisfied with this product. I facing so many trouble in restart problem, I go for repair it in Nokia Care but nothing result i get.

it was told that they have to do software & keypad functions so it take just 2 day and it will be returned after 2 days and also they told me that it wil take a charge of Rs 250. But after two days when i contact them they informed me it is not clear so pls wait for next day.again i waited for two more days. then i went to service centre and i asked for my mobile they gave me handset without any repaire carried by them. they says that they cant do the service due to non awrae of this model.

I purchased N 81 handset about 3 months back and experiencing terrible issue with the performance. It freezes in the middle of the call and will have no other way to get it work that restarting it. Most of the times, once the phone hangs during the call, the handset turns off and gets turned on by itself, which is unacceptable. Nobody will expect their phone to cut off and restart anytime it wants to.

I'm tired explaining this to Nokia Care, Koramangala, Bangalore. Nobody seems to know about their Product well in Nokia. I had given this handset for service in Nokia Care twice and end result is Zero. Neither they know what the issue is, nor they know how to fix it. My handset was lying with Nokia care for around 15 - 20 days during those two service attempts. They told me that the issue has been fixed, but its the same damn issue.

Now, today its 03rd Nov 2008. I'm going to the same Nokia Care for the third time. If this issue persists further, I'll go to the consumer court and I have a very simple question to ask Nokia. I have bought a handset from Nokia spending about 15, 000 Rs INR and expect it to work without freezing or hanging in the middle of any call I receive. Is this too much of expectation from a consumer end ? Is your phone not designed to work this way ? When theres a huge competition in the mobile industry, we trust Nokia and buy it thinking that it will work better than any other mobile in the market. Now, what is the solution for this issue that I'm facing.

Whom can we contact to get this addressed ? are Nokia managers getting paid to work on customers complaint? where are they ? I have posted the same message in nseries.com under feedback section. I dont see any contact to send this out.

I''m starting a campaign called "Never Buy Nokia" and publishing my experience online in my own website. My concerns are valid and so my friends. They even warned me not to get into Nokia products, and its my fault. Anybody who would like to post their genuine technical experience with Nokia phones and havnt got a response from Nokia may send an email to [protected]@hotmail.com with all details. I dont know if our issue is going to be solved by Nokia, but i'm sure we can save many people from this sick Nokia Product and their poor after sale service / support.

I bought the nokia n70 from nokia dealer but, the cell phone was getting hang and the switched off, but now when i gave it to service center in delhi Gol market with Gulati communications they said it also got some network issue .they tempered my phone, saying ur mobile is already tempered.( why they are making such things now. they have checked it before taking also, it was ok.

my warranty period is also about to expired, And then when I went to nokia they are asking for charges 2200 rs...

What should i do!

I am shivani, purchased my nokia-6500 slid, bearing IMEI no-[protected] on 08/06/08, suddenly some black concentrated spots appeared on its screen, some disappeared themselves bt one spot is on d screen since one month around.

I would be highly thankful to you, if you could kindly see into the problem or get my handset exchanged.

I had bought Nokia N-72 on 04th April, 2008 from Mobile Store as an anniversary gift for my spouse.Three months later the handset switches off on its own and does not switches on.I took the handset to Nokia authorised service center Sheetla communication at DLF Phase - IV, Gurgaon.They said the battery is OK probably due to very low charge its switched off, we would switch it on with the help of our machine.The set was returned to me and I was asked not to switch it ON before charging it for atleast 30 min.After charging the set for 30 min, it still did not switch ON. I went to same Nokia center thrice with the same problem within 20 days and finally during my fourth visit on 19th sept, 2008 they confirmed that the handset has to be sent to HO for repair as the handset was getting overheated after charging and probably they need to change the panel.I took the delivery on 21st Oct, 2008 and was told that the problem has been fixed.

At home, I realised that although the handset is getting switched ON but there are no signals in the handset.

Post diwali holidays, I went to same Nokia center today( 31st Oct, 2008) and I am told that the handset has been tempered with.

I am unable to believe that a company like NOKIA rather than helping out the customer and accepting their fault of too much outsourcing of services ( repair of the handset was carried out at Bright point, Okhla- as told to me by the center)is putting the blame back on to the customer.

I would never in my life by a Nokia product and would like to complain through this forum for reimbursement of appropiate damages to me.

the replacement policy of nokia says to replace a handset witha working condition phone only. so whats the policy if the phone is replaced within 10 days o[censored]se..?? they are providing me witha set wich is 6 month old as a replacement. i've used my new set only for 10 days after which it got some problem. contacted nokia care & they are not able to repair it. and after 1 month they are replacing me with a phone fully scratched & tampered. please help.

I purchased Nokia phone - Model Nokia 6300 a week ago. The handset/ phone gets hot (very warm) within 5 minutes of talking or using the phone. Is the battery fine, please suggest or get it replaced as the phone gets very hot and I am not able to talk and use it. I have used other phones of other companies as well, but have never experienced such thing. i am very unhappy due to this problem. Also the battery span is less and requires frequent charging in a day. I expect quick redressal and would appreciate cooperation from Nokia.

I purchased nokia cdma phone (model 2505) in Dec 2007.
The screen of the phone started giving problems on 26-Oct-08. I took it to nokia care center. However they refused to repair the phone under warranty stating that the screen had got broken. There are no dents on the phone that would say that the phone dropped so badly that the display screen can brake!. I would like nokia to replace this phone.
