dear sir,
my mobile getting hanged repeatedly .i have purchased just 2month before.yesterday i had given my mobile to bhubaneswar nokia care, orissa.they told me that your phone is ok.but i am sorry to say dat nothing had changed.same problem arises again.i am getting shocked that what engineers actually doing there.its my heartily request to head of the department that.if they really want to give, give other wise do not give this type of service...plz consider my case...otherwise i will put a complain in jago grahak jago...i am sorry to say that u r disconnecing from people rather to connecting people...

    Whether its true or not? Because one guy called Steve Francis corresponding with me and asked me to pay 470 gbp as courier charges to DHL UK office. In Western union money trasfer to a person called LINDA PETERSON . City: LONDON Country: UNITED KINGDOM

    I'm sure this all fraud, because one of my brothers had experienced this before and when he called he was asked to pay before collecting his prize, funny isn't it!! I'll make sure that I won't even waste a penny on those and be one of them..

      NOKIA 6500s — fed up with service

      Dear Sir,

      Please to inform that I bought a nokia 6500s hand set dated 1st June2008 and the Display problem ocurred in the set after 10 days,
      I submit the same set to Nokia service centre on 10th June and the set was handed over to me on 25th after lot of Follow ups.
      The very same day I found the same problem in the set and also it was not detecting the memory card. I kept the mobile with me to check the other functions and i gave the mobile bcak to service centre on 30th july.
      From that day onwards I am doing regular follow ups with Nokia srvice centre and they are giving me different excuses every now and then, I will really get mad as I am a private working employee and not able to manage time to call every now and then.
      As my life has become miserable without my mobile. This is a total harrassment by Nokia .
      You are requested to please look into this.

      Nokia 6500s — Worst Quality Product and Hell like Customer Service

      I purchased a Nokia 6500s on 19-07-08. After 15 days I got some problem of bad pixels in my phone. Then i decided to go for customer care. I went their and show my phone to them. They told me that we are unable to repair your phone right now. You have to leave your phone for 20 days, we will sent your phone to Major repair center. I left my phone there for 20 days. I spent these 20 days without any phone because i don't have any other phone. After 20 days I call them up and ask for my phone. They told me that we replaced your phone. You can come and get it. I went there and recieved the replaced phone. But at that time it was not accepting memory card. I thought i should format the card. I came back to my place. I tried hard to format that memory card from the phone but it was always showing Operation Failed. However the other phone was reading the same memory card. I went again to the customer care. I told them its not accepting my memory card. They used their 3 memory cards but phone was not accepting any of them. Then they told me sir we are unable to solve the problem. You have to leave this phone for 20 days. I denied to leave the phone because i already leave my phone for 20 days and they were asking for other 20 days.
      I want to know what is my fault? Why should i suffer for all the problems which are caused by the Nokia Company. Is it my fault that i am paying a large amount of money for such type of worst quality product and customer care like hell. Now a days where every one have a phone to use. Is it possible to spent even a single day without phone? Its a mental torcher from the comanies who are providing the worst Quality product and Hell like customer service. I spent my 2 hours in nokia Care(Micronas Telecom). Whre i found that ven for a small problem they have repeted line for every customer"Sir, you have to leave your phone for 15 - 20 days, would you like to leave your phone" otherwise go to hell, we cann't do anything. After that i sent them four mails and called them four times but still there is no updates regarding my problem. If their is any law with the customer. Please follow that law against this type of worst customer services. I want to warn Nokia that if they will continue with this type of services to their customer. It could create a very big Issue, which can affect the existence of Nokia in India. So its my Humble request to you people please Don't try to make your customers to cross the limits. I am very confused that you people are Connecting People OR Harreshing People. Please don't make me advertise about your worst Services because i am in same profession and can reduce atleast 1% of your customers through out the world. So I am again requesting you to take it servious and try to solve my pboblem ASAP.

      i read on the internet that the imei would define that the mobile is original or fake. that is if your mobile imei number consists your serial 7th and 8th number as 00 then it is original. and also i think it is true. some of the new nokia mobiles contain imei numers 01 or 02 and not 00.is it right that they are fake or they are original. china mobile also contain 7th & 8th number as 01 and 02. i also purchased nokia n73 in 2008 but it is very different from mobiles in 2005. mobiles in 2008 are very poor quality but prices are very high because of warranty?

      hi...i am mahendra...i had a vaery bad experince with nokia people .i bought a mobile [6500 slide(IMEI NO. [protected]] before 9 months, after a month' a line came in to the display ' i visited to nokia care ...after a lot of struggle i submitted my mobile phone and concerned resolved and i got my mobile phone after 5 days... after 2 or 3 months ..it started hanging ... then i thought its a simple problem then after a month its keep on hanging ...then i walked to nearby nokiacare based in " sector 10 " i submitted my mobile phone ...a representative told me that it may be we will take 5 or 15 days..u can imagine how difficult the life is without a mobile phone ...but anyhow i managed ...i called them and i got my mobile phone with in the minimum days ...i asked them thrice ..is it ok ..they assured ..offcourse...then the bad days again starts after a week ...its keep on hanging ..i am working as a assistant TL in a BPO and studying aswell..its not easy for me to go nokia care that frequently ...i had been facing the problem for a month ..then on a weekend ..i managed to go near by nokia care sector 10..representative was very casual she did not try to understand my concern ...after a long discussion ..when i found that she could not help me ..then i asked for a manager and the manager was pathetic...when i am repeating my self he was smiling...i was asking for a replacement handset ...he told me straightaway that i can not give u a replacement and i would not give u any other no for nokia ... then i asked for his R.O.M. no he did not give me ...and the day was a hot summer and i was hungry ..and any how i arranged the customer care no ..i spent 28 minutes with their CCR and he assured that he will arrange a call back but its more than 5 days but i didnot get a call back from them ...plz try to put yourself in my place then u will get to know how frustrating it is.
      i want to ask from u what was my fault ..its only that i am a poor helpless customer ...i want to know from u why a customer is paying for all these things everytime...its not only about me ..who is facing this problem ..when u walk to a nokia care then u get to know ..how they are treating with their customer ..i do not understand one thing that a company [nokia] belongs from a differnt country is generating revenues and very secured but on the other hand we are paying for that

      Can some one please kindly help me in tracking my mobile. It is Nokia 1100 and I dont have the IMEI Number of the set.
      The mobile was stolen while travelling on 23rd of July at around 1200 hours.
      I have informed the police to track my handset. But as per police without giving IMEI no. it is impossible to track the mobile.
      But my surprise I found that till date i.e. today 26.08.2009 the person who stole my handset still using my mobile number.

      Nokia / 6500-s — replace Cell phone dead

      I had purchased Nokia -6500-s 2 years back, it worked fine for few months but then started giving many issues like hang, memory card issue , i lost my data and everything ,
      I went to 3 or 4 nokia care centres , but all did the same job o[censored]pgrading the software which did not even help a single percent in solving the issue , finally on asking everyone i went to swargate nokia care, there i was told that the problem which my cell phone had , cud not be solved here since it has got some major hardware issue, so it needed to be sent to bombay and it will take min of 15 days,
      then it was sent to bombay for repair, but they could also not solve the issue, so finally i got a new hand set as an replacement .

      My question: why was that happen , wasnt it properly tested, if the customer is spending thousands of money , dont they expect a good quality product??

      The replaced cell phone also worked well for months but now ,it has also shown its true colors , it is almost dead now, i went again to the same nokia care center and was told to again upgrade the software, which actually did not help again , so then i was told there is some major issue , which will take min of 6k to make it repair.

      What is the gaurentee of getting a good product and a quality replacement ? who will spend again 6k ? its been 3 months now and i am sick of taking it to the nokia care centers all the time ..
      i want it to be repaired free since it was an replacement which did not work properly , and providing me the faulty piece as a replacement, where is the trust then?

        This is for your kind information that I Mafruza Sultana wish to bring your kind notification regarding this matter. I don’t expect this type of service and behaviour from a renounced company like Nokia. I am giving the matter below:


        1. I bought a nokia mobile phone ( NOKIA 3500 CLASSIC, IME NO: [protected]) from MOBILE BAAZAR of BAAZAR KOLKATA (V.I.P. Road, Kolkata) on 01/09/2008 at 12:58:13 pm paying 5470/-.

        2. According to the instruction the battery was charged for 10 hours. In the morning on 02/09/2008, I switched on the mobile3 and made a call for 10 minute. The LCD & battery of the phone was getting very hot, which was entirely unexpected from a brand new mobile set of NOKIA (talktime upto 3 hours).


        3. On that very day I went to mobile bazaar. They checked and confirmed that there was some problem with that particular handset. But they can’t help me. They asked me to visit NOKIA CARE.

        4. I visited nokia care situated at: 83, GHOLAGHATA ROAD, BELOW VIP TOWER COMPLEX, KOLKATA.


        5. After a long wait of 2 hour they listened to my problem. They took the handset for software updating. (JOB SHEET NO:[protected]/080902/54).

        6. On 03/09/2008 they handed over the phone to me at 6 pm telling that the phone is all right.


        7. On coming back home I faced the same problem again and visited nokia care again on 04/09/2008. then they suggested me to ask mobile bazaar to REPLACE my phone with a new one.

        8. I went to mobile bazaar, they denied to replace the phone and again referred to NOKIA CARE.


        9. I was very busy on that day . I sent one of my friend to nokia care. The nokia care employees denied to talk to him and they behaved very rudely. After a talk over phone with me, they accepted my complain and took my phone to send to the HEAD OFFICE of NOKIA for minimum 15 days. (JOB SHEET NO:[protected]/080904/03 ON 04/09/2008).

        10. ON 19/09/2008 (FRIDAY) at about 6pm I got a call from nokia care to take the delivery of my phone on 22/09/2008.


        11. On 22/09/2008 they gave me the phone. I checked it and the same problem was existing (IT WAS GETTING HOT).

        12. Again they have sent my phone to HEAD OFFICE (JOB SHEET NO:[protected]/080904/03) for ANOTHER 15 DAYS.

        13. I talked to the Proprietor MR. RAJESH SINGHANIYA, who told me that the phone is getting hot – it was none of his business, he can’t help, he can only go through the process – that’s all. He also told that I may have to visit not only for 3 weeks, the time may be 3 months as many other customers. I HAVE TO WAIT AND WAIT. He added that per day 3000 to 4000 mobile sets reach there at HEAD OFFICE, it is not possible to check whether the phone is repaired or not, they and their company are not responsible for anything. NOW TELL ME – THEN WHO WILL TAKE THE RESPONSIBILITY IF A BRAND NEW PHONE IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY? He also added that MOBILE BAAZAR is not an AUTHORISED DEALER of nokia phones.


        14. Now I want the JUSTICE & COMPENSATION. I have bought a mobile phone to use, not for going through PROCESSES of NOKIA. I don’t have that much time to visit nokia care again and again. Mobile bazaar is selling handsets in bright daylight with air-conditioned showrooms at many places. How could I know that it is authorized or not??? The company should take steps.

        15. I DO HAVE ALL THE LEGAL PAPERS of the phone.

        16. I have invested Rs. 5470 on 01/09/2008 for a mobile phone & am not being able to use it till today (24/09/2008). God knows when I’m going to start using the phone.

        we bought numerous RELIANCE CLASSIC phone models for our company from KARTIK COMMUNICATIONS & KHURANA BROTHERS, New Delhi authorised CLASSIC dealers for RELIANCE mobiles.

        Within few weeks of purchase all our phones started getting problems and it has been a nuisance of maintain these phones.On visiting delaers we r told to visit the service center in RAJPURI GARDEN, N.Delhi to get repairs..After few days visited to collect our phones, we were told that defects cannot be reapired and we need to visit their service center in GREEN PArk.On reaching there it was found that the center had been closed already.

        Both our mobiles are lyin with us unrepaired.

        We really feel humiliated that we spent money on substandardproducts on such a heavy campaign by RELIANCE mobiles, everyone cheated us and we want action tol be taken against selling the spurious and unstandard goods.

          Nokia 6233 — Blank Display

          Sir, I purchased the Nokia set no. [protected] from Techmart Superstore, B-1/624, Janakpuri, New Delhi on 27.7.2008. The problme blank display started on 15.8.2008 itself i.e. after only 19 days from the date of purchase. The Dealer was requested to replace the set, but he refused. He suggested to contact Nokia Care Centre, WZ-200, Bajaj Tower, Opp. Rajiv Motors, Jail Road, New Delhi. Now, the phone set is with above Nokia Care Centre w.e.f. 18.8.2008. They have also not give the fixed date for delivery.
          You are requested to look into the matter and direct them to replace the same with new one as the set is within guarantee period.

            Sir,
            I always use nokia products in terms of Mobiles and always used to say my friends and collegues also to use the nokia for Reliable and continues servicing without any intruption.

            But Sooner my this faith became worst. I had purchased A new Nokia 5610d on 20 feb 2008. Allthings are going right before 30 August 2008. As my handset has been broken from the joystick part and the Camera is also not working correctly. I went to the local shops to verify whether it can be repairable. They told me to take it to the Nokia care so i went to Virar West Nokia Care and shown this mobile to Mr. B.S. Chouhan(Shop manager). He told me on the very first day(6 Oct 2008) that they will first check it and will tell the estimate cost by that day in the evening.
            When I called him he told me that till he had not checked the phone so will give the info tomorrow. But dus to some important work i forgotten to talk to him. After 3 days on Friday(10 oct 2008) i went there and told about all the problems mobile having, they told me that the mobile will be sent to Main head office for repairing, will call me and provide the info about estimated cost for repairing on monday 13-oct-2008. But there is no response from them till date .Whenever i called him on his mobile no. [protected] he always said that will call tomorrow and tell me the fact. and now he is not picking up the phone also.

                Dear Sir,

                I have purchased a Nokia 6085 from M/s Paragon vide Bill. No. 3605 dated 22.06.2007. As it is a flap model after being purchased within…. All of a sudden display on flap disappears. I contacted to Nokia care “Rama telecom” 41-42 opp jmb oswal complex sarang marg suraj pole Udaipur ( Raj.) on 14.11.07. I left my phone at Nokia Care with a job sheet No. 5 got back my phone on 05.12.07 but not in proper working condition. I was surprise to see such a poor service from Nokia care. Very same day i.e on 05.12.07 I have being given another job sheet No. 5 and I have to give my phone back to Nokia Care. Then I got back my mobile phone approx. after 1 ½ months in working condition. The same problem again found in the mobile set on 04.03.08 and given to “ Rama telecom” Udaipur ( Raj.) on 04.03.08 vide service job sheet No. 13 dated 04.03.08 and same was received by us after 1-1/2 month time after repair.

                At last sir as my handset is only 15 months old out of which it has been with you and Nokia Care approx 4-5 months and the problem has been delayed just to pass the warranty period because it has very same problem now also. So you are requested to replace my handset with a new one or I have no other option to go to Consumer Court.

                nokia phone 6085 — not working

                I purchased a NOKIA 6085 from Link Telecom Private Ltd, New Alipore, Kol - 53 on 3rd Feb 2007, Delivery note: 04/HS706-07/Fbe/018.

                After arond 9 months of operation it started giving problems and I gave this for repairing to
                Anand International, 227, D H Road, Kol - 34 on 22/Jan/2008 videJob Sheet No:[protected]/080122/16.
                On following up everytime they say please come two days later but these two days never seem to end.
                And moreover it is under guarantee period.

                I request you to kindly look into the matter and instruct me what to do next.

                The product is in warranty period till 9 Jul 08. I approched your service centre at Kasaragod. They took the phone and sent to Ernakulam centre for repair. After 1 month they returned as it is saying could not be repaired, water gone inside.
                It is really rediculous. Really I don't know or remember how did water gone inside and I am sure it didn't happened. Rest all functions are operational.
                It is very much regreted to me and not expecting such a silly excuse from a company like Nokia . It means you are not customer oriented.

                Nokia 6085 — Is hardware is freely repairable within warranty period??

                Hi,
                I have NOKIA-6085 under warranty period.From a month or twice i amn't able to insert memory-card into it, so i went to NOKIA customer service NIgdi. they told me that the lock has been broken.Though my phone is under warrenty period, to repair the same they are asking me to give 900 rs . I just want to know is this the case that hardware is not freely repairable for piece under warranty??

                  This is with regard to a Nokia cell phone i had purchased on 30/03/2008 only to find that the model is not upto the mark and in fact i believe a defective model.
                  Model - N 82
                  Bought On 30/03/2008 at a price of Rs. 22, 000.00
                  Place of Purchase - The Mobile Store 222 AJC Bose Rd, Beckbagan Kolkata
                  First Problem started within a few days of purchase. The phone would hang up and have to be restarted. Initially i assumed it was a problem of low charge when finally on the night of 10/04/2008 it shut down and on start up gave the message START UP FAILED CONTACT RETAILER.
                  11/0402008 called up customer care and spoke to Jason and went to the care center at the address provided by him at 9: 30 am .Finding it closed went to the retail store from where i had purchased the phone. Spoke to Katherine at nokia customer care and after she said it was okay submitted the phone to the retailer.
                  After that started a series of phone calls and emails, to the retailer, customer care, the nokia care center ARYA INFOTECH at 81/A SP Mukherjee Rd, Kolkata, where it was submitted by the retailer . At this instance The phone was returned to me with damage to the screen and so i refused to accept it and thus started a long battle of emails and phone calls to retailer, customer care, the manager Sanjay Jaiswal of nokia care center, Mr. Prabhakar Chaudhary of Nokia Care center Shakespeare Sarani and one Mr. Arnab Das . The above people were on more than one occasion extremely rude and very uncooperative .During this time i had exchanged a few e mails with people at NokiaCare support.[protected]@nokia.com and emails regarding the problem i was facing were also sent by the retailer from whom i had purchased the phone . Finally After a lot of harassment my phone was returned to me on around 18/04/2008.
                  A few days later the handset stopped working and once again with the same problem. This time i was on a tour and so on 22 /04/2008 my mother aged 62+ had to go through the trouble of depositing the phone at the Nokia care center at A M Mobile Telecom Pvt Ltd, G -7 Merlin Manor, 32 D P S Rd Kolkata 33, Job Sheet No[protected]/080422/31. This time in about 10 days or so the handset was replaced by a swap phone. Now on 1/09/2008 this swap phone given to me has also stopped working. The problem is again the same as before. On 2/09/2008 It has been deposited at A M Mobile Telecom Pvt Ltd, G -7 Merlin Manor, 32 D P S Rd Kolkata 33, Job Sheet No[protected]/080902/33. Since then after a number of calls to the customer care and Nokia care center On 29/09/2008 I received a call from the service center that since the problem could not be solved once again the handset is being replaced by a swap phone. I am totally unhappy with this issue because 1)Nokia is
                  not ready to accept that the fault lies in the model and 2) their warranty policy according to which inspite of the fact that my phone has been lying with them for almost as long if not longer than the time i have been able to use it and the fact that i am being handed a new handset the warranty does not get extended. 3) Though they are insiting that i should accept the swap phone i have refused for the simple reason i am not convinced that it will not give the same trouble again, thrice they have assured me that the problem has been solved but that has not been the case . Moreover i am not convinced that if next time the same problem was to occur they would not just say that it was for some fault in the usage for something to that effect had been hinted at when i went to deposit the phone this time.Also it is very inconvenient to be without a phone for a month and more and also lose the data you have stored. Keeping all these facts in mind and with
                  the kind of trouble that I have been facing with this model I Have requested the company saying that i am not interested in a replacement and have sent many emails to their customer care department asking for refund. During this time I have spoken to many people at customer care and two of the complain numbers of the complains lodged there are 2 - 2 YU87Z, and 2- 3 CXOXB. I have a number of times requested for the phone numbers of their head office but have been refused information regards the same.
                  Emails from their end tell me that they adhere to strict quality controls etc etc for every handset . Which strict quality checks they talk about I do not know as three of the sets given to me have turned out to be defective . I have made countless phone calls to the customer care and the nokia care people, so many that i have lost count but do have a list of dates and names with regard to this written down .I have also sent many emails and they have been given similar replies .The last email i received asked me for a lot of details and also my contact number with the promise that someone would call me back but all i have received back is another email from a new person everytime with a few change in words here and there asking me to accept the swap phone. I have informed them that, with all the harassment that I have faced and am still facing I have no option but to approach consumer court . About a week 10 days ago I have also sent an email to
                  Ms. Tapasi Chkraborty the manager of the nokia care where my phone was submitted, since she had said she would look into the matter and asked me to do so, but i have not heard back from her.
                  Last time i told the person at customer care that i would have to approach consumer court i received the reply " you can go to wherever you want it does not bother us .
                  i have written to the consumer court and am waiting for a reply from them about what is to be done

                      Evevry time when i switch off my handset its get hand . and i need to format my 1 gb memory card . its really hedac. if i don't format it then handset gets switch off and on several times . and as i observed that it's a common problem of this handset

                      Nokia — problem regarding 3110 classic

                      dear sir ,
                      i have bought nokia 3110c handset on 25/07/2009. The set facing many problems
                      such as:
                      1) it restarts when music liberary is updated.
                      2) it shows sim registration failed 4-5 times a day(the same sim works fine with another set)
                      3) sometimes while working it suddenly shows "insert sim card" error.
                      4) it loses signal and shows error "operation failed"

                      i have been to nokia care centre for atleast 8 times but the problem persists. every time i have been to care centre i have been told that company has no solution to this set and they format it. now i have been to care centre last on 29/05/2010 with job sheet number[protected]/100529/64 and i have been told to collect my set after 10 days. sir this is not expected from a big company like nokia , so i request you to tackle this problem and replace the set if can't be repaired.

                            The worst model I seen from nokia, I bought this model at the cost of Rs. 13500, but after few days the sliding key is damaged, Also the phone is having auto matic switching OFF & ON problem.
                            It is getting hanged so many times, at that time I have to remove the battery & reinstall it.
                            It is the worst model from nokia.

                            Whenever I am opening vedio suddenly it is hanging. Sometime it is auotomatically hanging on and it is not working.

                              This is Haresh Solanki holding Nokia N82 mobile phone.

                              From last 3 months I'm facing some technical problem with the handset. Till date the problem resume as in there is no Service or Support from your service center located in BRIGHTPOINT Pvt Ltd. Phoenix Mill Compound (Parel, Mumbai).
                              The services center is only for namesake they are good for nothing sitting out there for fooling customers. In last three months, I have visited almost every week as in I have purchased the handset for free.Nokia is no more a trusted brand for me because you don’t care for what customer needs after you sale your product. It is always a good practice to generate a good rapport with customers with kind of service you provide post sale.



                              You have changed and Exchange my cell two times but same problem. I think u had change IMIE No only.

                              I have visited your center at least 10 -12 times still I'm landing no where with the problem. I’m highly disappointed from the kind of service provided from Nokia Service Center. I must admit that it is the worse experience till now in my life and worst in customer service. If your Service Center is not capable of handling customer queries then i think you people deserve to close down your business.

                              I will make sure from hereafter I wont deal with Nokia and at least keep all my friends aware of this fact. Knowing the fact that this will not loose your business still I would like to share my experience through chain mails to all concerned people.

                              Now it is a humble request kindly look into the issue and please let me know in the case if below mentioned details are not sufficient.

                              I kindly suggest you not to go for any of the nokia phones because the one who has the programming knowledge knows how damn the programming is done in that phones.
                              when compared to other phones its the worse of worst really when ever you change the sim it often asks to enter the time and date what rubbish it is and you cant come back in between the message while typing and you cant save the tel no thats in message these are just examples i have noticed hell lot of drawbacks when compared to other please dont buy because all purchase i feel like throwing those _______________damn brand phones

                                Dear Sir,

                                I got my 6600 hand repaired on 10th September and within a month again the more complaints start in the phone whereas the complaints before repair was only one.

                                One of the keys to get menu was not functioning and as a result the whole pad inside was change with Rs 1450/-. The Nokia Care service dealer is M/s Bharali at Bhangagarh, Guwahati. When i went with this problem that my handset is completely spoilt by your service I was asked to pay another 400/- rupees to get it checked again.

                                Now my handset is not working and the respone of the Nokia care service agent is very poor.

                                Kindly help me in this regard so that i may be satisfied with the handset.

                                  Nokia 3230 — horrible service/care centre

                                  Since over 2 months, I could not get my mobile after repair. I had given my 3230 set to nokia care centre for one fault for which I had paid Rs. one thousand. But Later I found 2 more major problems created by the unskilled technicians and the set sent by them to Delhi after playing/experimenting with it for over a month.Till now I had not received it back and God knows what will be the condition of the mobile set when I happen to receive it and how much more I have to pay after paying Rs. one thousand. May it will be beyond economical repair, which is made by hook n crook by unskilled technicians. I am so much irritated/frustrated by Nokia care centre that in future I will not purchase Nokia set and will not advice others to do so. Also, I will prefer to go to Private technicians rather than company's. Pray for my 3230 Good fate.

                                    Nokia 1112 — Menu disappears, shows wrong options

                                    I bought the Nokia 1112 phone on 15-Oct-2007 from Nokia priority brigade road bangalore. Since the very first day i was getting the problem like menu disappears. once i make a call it wont get back to normal mode. shows invalid options. First I went to nokia priority on 19th Oct they told they can't do any thing abt it go to nokia care. then i went to the bolow address..

Again i took it today (14-Dec-2007) to Infantry road office same story repeats.

                                        I bought a nokia N73 in November of 2007 as a birthday gift for my husband. It worked fine up until April 08, then suddenly one day it just started switching off on its own(several times.) We took it Nokia Care in ECIL, Hyderabad on April 21st. 2008. Five months down the line, its still with them, and now after running around the service station every now and then to get some update, we have been told that it is beyond any kind of repair and that he is willing to buy the handset for Rs.2000, we bought it for Rs16, 700. I have seen really really bad services in my life but NOTHING i can say for sure beats this one. Worst service i ever received. Other than losing money, time, patience, I have also lost faith in Nokia now. Have been using Nokia phones for almost a decade now but if this is the kind of customer service, I am sure customers dont really matter a lot to them.

                                        I have purchase Nokia hand set 3110 Black colour from THE MOBILE STORE, Mall Road, Kanpur Dt.05.02.08. The problem in the set was it hangs every now and then and gets dead . So I went to Nokia Care (SSServices, 96/2 star Plus building, Chunni ganj, Kanpur) for fixing my problem they took my hand set for repair on Dt.1 SEP.08 Time11:55 and Job Sheet No.[protected]/080901/16 and told me that they are going to give my set on 15 Sep.08 and also gave me some fraud Phone no.'s they are [protected], [protected] . these no's Iam trying since 1 sep.08 and these No's not respond . See one thing is clear that in Nokia care the service is very poor. Now today it is 16th sep.08 I went there for my cell phone as the delivery date was 15 sep08 the answer what i got from them was so rude they told me that now it will take 45 days more and i want to now that what nonsense is this when company gives 1 year warranty then u should replace the set with the new one . or when ever i will get the set u have to give me 14 months warranty. I want a quick reply other wise i will go to consumer coat. Because your Nokia Care has harass me and gave me metal stress . so I have no option .
