As I have deposited my mobile to nokia customer care in Ranchi(Jharkhand)i.e

C.G Tower,
Beside Plaza Petrol Pump,
H.B Road,

More than 5 times, I went there but not got the satisfactorily response.Few days back they told me that your handset would be given to you on 7th august, as they talk to any manoj(your marketing representative)of jharkhand.Even then I had not received my handset.I think they are having fraud with me.

so look into the matter otherwise i'll have to take the help of consumer forum.

"CLOSED-SENT TO L3" means ur handset has been closed or packed & sent to nokia company(head branch) to decide on its repair or replace depending on its warranty status...

guys who are not getting their mobiles after target delivery date can fight for it with ASC center where mobile was given or call/email to nokia care...

This is me gaytri rai from gurgoan sec-17 i buyied my phone just before 1 month back nokia lumia 520 i didnt even used for 15 days coz i was not able to find my sim network on the phone i asked the dealer to check my problem they adviced me to take my phone to nokia care so i did now its more than 10 days my phone in nokia hospital no calls no mail instaed they r saying me that i ve liquar on my phone anyway i m very upset eith the service ...
what do you mean by "Job Status : Waiting for part?"

    Complaint - Nokia and Sony Mony(Andheri) cheating customers by selling tampered N73 ME phones


    Hi,

    Nokia has been named the India 's most trusted brand in Brand Equity's Annual Most Trusted Brands survey, but my experience with Nokia has created a question mark in my mind regarding the credibility of this survey.
    Please guide me in my problem.
    I had purchased a brand new Nokia N73 ME, six month back. Out of six months, the phone has been with Nokia Care for more than 3 months.
    Issue 1: Sony Mony sold me a tampered Nokia N73 ME phone which used to switch OFF automatically and I have to switch it ON manually.
    Issue 2: Nokia Care swapped the phone (except the external body and accessories) for me but the problem still exists.

    Issue 3: Also, Bright Point, Lower Parel, Mumbai says this new mobile has warranty only till "11 Nov 08". The warranty should be up to 26 Feb 09 as per my original Bill.
    I feel that Sony Mony Electronics and Nokia have together cheated me. First of all, Sony Mony/Nokia sold me a tampered phone and then after swapping the phone Nokia reduced my warranty from 12 months to 8 months.

    Let me summarize the sequence of events that have bothered me for last 6 months:

    26 Feb 08 - I purchased a Brand New Nokia N73 ME from "Sony Mony Electronics".
    • Date of Purchase: 26 Feb 2008
    • Product purchased: N73 ME - IMEI No: [protected]
    • Place of Purchase: Sony Mony Electronics - Andheri (W) Branch: Shreeji Apartments, Versova Road, Mumbai - 400058. Ph:[protected] / 25 / 27
    • Tax Invoice for Andheri Sales A/C: [protected]
    Within 2 weeks my phone started switching off automatically and then I have to switch it ON manually.


    15 Mar 08 - I gave my phone at Nokia Care Center - "Royal Enterprises, 12 Jiten Appts, Opp. Rajkumar Restaurant, J P Road, Andheri (West)".
    • Job Sheet no was[protected]/080315/16. They refused to repair my phone and the Job sheet showed the comments “PHONE TAMPERED NR CPU FLUX FOUND & RESOLDERED / R.W.R.”.
    • I told them it’s been just 3 weeks and before this I have not shown my handset to any Nokia care or any Local shop. Why would I go to any Local shop if I have my warranty ACTIVE with NOKIA? They asked me to go back to my dealer. When I contacted Sony Mony they told me it’s not our fault we have given you a Brand New handset. They told me to contact Nokia Care - "Fonesforu, F27, Prime Mall, Irla Lane, and Vile Parle (West), Mumbai" and said they will replace my handset.

    17 Mar 08 - "Fonesforu, F27, Prime Mall, Irla Lane, Vile Parle (West), Mumbai" accepted my phone as Un - Repairable and they told me they will SWAP my phone and return it within 45 days. They said that due to some technical problems they can’t make a job sheet and thus gave me a hand written note.
    • After 2 months they swapped my mobile phone and returned it to me in 2nd week of May. I returned the hand written note that they had given me for my phone delivery. They told me they have swapped my handset via HCL.
    • I asked for the Computerized Delivery cum SWAP note since my phone now had a New IMEI number (New no - [protected]) and my Bill showed Old IMEI number (Old no - [protected]).
    • But again they did not give me my "Delivery Note/Swap Note". They asked me to come after 1 week.
    • I went there after 1 week but still I didn't receive any note and this thing continued for another 2 months. Every week I used to go there but come back disappointed.
    02 July 08 - Finally on 02 July 08 I received my Swap note with Job Sheet no.[protected]/080702/71 after 2 months of hard work and pain.

    Now again I was facing the SAME problem. My Phone switched off automatically and I had to switch it ON again MANUALLY.

    When I called at 30303838 and the customer care person told me that my handset should be present at Nokia Care for Investigation.

    5 July 08 - I visited "Fonesforu, F27, Prime Mall, Irla Lane, Vile Parle (West), Mumbai" but they just removed the battery, checked it and returned my phone saying "The phone is perfectly OK only the battery placement was incorrect".

    The problem remained unsolved and my phone switched OFF at least once in 2 days even though the battery was full.
    12 July 08 - I submitted my N73 handset to Nokia Care - Bright Point, Phoenix Compound, Lower Parel, Mumbai. They assured me to repair my handset.
    •Date - Submission of handset - 12 July 08.
    •Job Sheet No - MUM0473574.
    •Nokia Care Location: Bright Point - Lower Parel, Mumbai.

    After submitting my handset on 12 July 08, I contacted Nokia Care again at 30303838 and gave them my latest Job sheet number - MUM0473574 and requested them to look into the matter. Also I informed that my phone is present at Nokia Care.

    But they asked me to provide a 17 digit Job sheet number and refused to help me out. After contacting Bright Point – Nokia Care they told me they do not provide any 17 digit job sheet number.

    19 July 08 – I received my repaired handset back from Bright Point.

    • But there was a New Issue discovered. I found the warranty of my new swapped handset was only till 11 Nov 08; whereas as per original bill it should be till 26 Feb 09. (One Year from the date of purchase – 26 Feb 08).
    • Moreover they told me that “The mapping between my old IMEI and new IMEI is not reflected in their system. There was no information regarding the swap of my phone in the NOKIA database.”
    • I went to Fonesforu and informed them about the warranty issue and the swap details not reflecting in other NOKIA centers.
    • They told me that even though the system shows my warranty as 11 Nov 08, they will take my handset in warranty till 26 Feb 09. No official note regarding this was given to me. They agreed on updating the warranty information of my new IMEI but no change has been done yet.

    26 July 08 - I have also contacted Nokia Help Line - and explained my problem to Mr. Ravi; Ref no: 2-37PKED for half an hour. But he asked me to submit my handset back to Nokia Care. How many times should I submit my handset again and again?

    Even today my handset jack has a problem. I have changed my earphones twice but it seems the problem is with the handset and not earphones.

    I want to file a case against NOKIA and Sony Mony, Andheri, Mumbai. Please guide me.

    I read ur complaint. even i'm facing same kind of problem & already had submitted my cell twice to nokia service center.
    solution to ur problem is write one letter to nokia care abt replacement o[censored]r product with cell info (imei no) & warn them if they do not pay attention to ur complaint within time limit then i'll contact to 'THE CONSUMER FOROUM'. bingo nw take a stamp on d xerox(letter) from the respective nokia authority as a proof.
    if they refuse to take ur letter then speed post them uske baad to unhe lena hi hoga .do keep xerox of all ur documents if possible take the stamp on it.
    Wait fr their reply. after then file complaint to the consumer forum & claim for money +traveling chargers etc in detail.

    n-73 m — fm not working

    Ibought a nokia mobile Express Music from E zone, Oberoi Mall, Goregaon.after 2 weeks only, My fone started getting swtiched of automatically on its own .The fone use to ring but i never saw any display on the screen as to who is calling, i could nt pick the call also .The radio use to stop working if in between any calls use to come .the hansfree are nt working .we all buy nokia mobile as it is considered to be the most durable one.People dont buy mobile everyday .when i went to the shop, the maximum they did for me was to give me the nokia service centre number ..all o[censored]s are educated enough, , dont i know dat ?????They have a so calles customer care cell, , for what ??The least they could have done, their proffesionals could have atleast open the mobile and seen what is wrong .Their attitude was sickening ..

    Its high we all raise our voice against NOKIA and these stupid sellers .

    Dear Supporter,

    I am using Nokia E series mobile (E66-1 Grey Steel Colour ) since 13 December, 2009.

    Here i am attaching your the details regarding the Invoice.

    There were some problems in the cell phone and i submited it to the Nokia care center and detail regarding probles are also i am attaching here with.

    I submit the mobile to Mania 1 Vasudev Chamber Dandia Bazar Vadodara since 2nd March 2009.

    They have made some damages to phone and now still need 1 month for the replacement and trying to misguide us so please take proper action against them.

    As we have spent 20000 Rs and we are not able to use the mobile since 2 month then what is the output of the paying such a high amout.

    And we are really not satisfy with your services and we dont think we can suggest anyone to purchse any Nokia product.

    And if i will not get the result within the next week then i will go to Consumer Court for my justice.

    Dear All I Have purchases the nokia 5130 piece from The Tirumala Mobile shop on 28/12/2009
    It worked fine only for a period of about 2 months.and since mar 2010 onwards i was facing a onstant problem of the battery getting low every 2 hours...I went to noika care centre located in Andheri west and they told me that i need to get the battery charged for more duration..which i did..but the problem remained unsolved i again approached the nokia centre for the same issue they asked me to get the batery replaced which was finally done on 17/07/2010 But still i m getting the same problem infact 1 more problem is added to the cell.. it gets switched off automatically if any call hits..or if any call is made...

    I m really disappointed with the kind of service provided at noikia centre

      NEVER EVER VISIT NOKIA CARE - R T Nagar Bengaluru.

      People are ready to [censored] your money

      without even inspecting the mobile(may be security or receptionist would check it first and decide, not a tecnician)

      So careless about the timings.

      Only two counters are available

      Complaint box are open that any body could take out the chit out of it.

      The technicians are Two Wheeler Mechanics

      So please dont let ur mobil to be treated like a two wheeler

      I do not renowned company like NoKIA has approved a NOKIA Care of this type.

        I got a gift - a Nokia E90 Communicator from Gulf (Saudi Arabia) which was bought in the month of March 2008. Within 3 months the color peeled off the handset. It looks like as if a person has got some disease of white patches. I feel ashamed to carry the set. When i tried to contact the manufacturer, they said it is not under warranty. I have got the global warranty for manufacturing defect for 10 years on this handset.

        Nokia E 90 Communicator — Defective Piece

        I had bought Nokia E 90 Communicator at the time when it was launched in Delhi in April 2006 from Ms Orange Mobile Lajpat Nagar but immediatly after 15-20 the hand set stoped working it was given at the Nokia Care centre at Green Park which was returned by them after 15 days it worked for another 3 monhts and again I faced problem of handset hanging, very slow switching off and again it was given to same Nokia Care at Green Park this time the company was good enough to replace that with a new handset which again finaly has got problems this month and been given to Nokia Care who are demanding repair money of Rs.12000/- in which I can get one more hanset .Can somebody please look into this and solve my problem I have spent Rs.36500/- purchasing this handset.

          I submitted my handset nokia 6300 for repair on 30.09.2008 at HCL nokia care centre S-10 Green park ext New Delhi. I was given delivery date 03.10.2008. But my handset is still not repaired. There is very poor and slow customer care services from this care centre. When i inquired, I was told it will take another 3 to 5 days. It is still with them.

          I am totally dissatisfied.

          Customer Care is to help people.But this customer care is making people to worry about their handsets.What the hell is this?

          Nokia 6300 — Delayed Service

          Dear Sir,
          I Rupam Sikdar a customer of your company had sent a set Nokia 6300 on 12th of April chalan no.67 through your authorised nokia care service centre The Planet located in Siliguri. The main problem lying with taht phone was that it was being automatically gettin restarted after every incoming call being ended. First it was told to me that it was problem of software and would be ok after being re-installed and was asked to come after an hour. When i came after an hour, it was told to me that the mother board crashed while the software was being re-installed and has to be sent to the head branch located in Kolkata and would hardly take 10-15 days . When i went after 15 days they said that it would take another week. It has been more than 1and half month since i have been harrased by your customer care. Kindly look into this matter or i will ahve to log a complain against the company.

          6300 — out of order within warranty period

          My mobile set Nokia 6300 is completely out of order within 08 months after purchase. I deposited the set to the dealer on 6.7.08. But Nokia centre, Srirampore returned it without any service or repair on 22.8.08. Please take appropriate action or direct me how I can deal the situation.

          6300 — DELAY IN SERVICE

          My 6300 set became dead after use of 1 yr 1 month only. After persuasion with Rourkela center, they received the set and assured me to get it repaired within 15 days. More than 2.5 months has been elapsed since then, but I am unable to get suitable reply about my set. The authority is repeatedly assuring me to give the same on next monday but that monday is never on the card. please help me.

            I have purchase Nokia 5300 in Aug-08 at Big C, Greenlands, from the stating of the day this blue tooth is working only for outgoing and not incoming, recently in camera one line is coming up. battery back up also is not coming one day.

            For Nagaraja Bandla as u said tht the bluetooth is working only for outgoing and not incoming, to solve it u should reduce the no. of folders in ur memory card. Moreover dont keep separate files in ur memory card, eg keep all the songs in songs folder and not separately in "memory card".

              I had bought a Nokia 6110 just 2 months back and 15 days back i realized that the mike in my phone had some problem. I went to the nearest Nokia care center at Jayanagar, 4th block and they had asked me to deposit the handset and go. They had said that they would inform me over the phone about what is wrong in the phone and as to when I can collect it. They never bothered to call me and it was me who called them every day to inquire about my phone. They then say that their center cannot repair it and that they need to send to their main center which is in Whitefield. They apparently couriered the phone there and its been 15 days now and i haven't yet received my phone back. The manager of the center is never on time and is available only after 3PM. They keep giving false promises of giving back the phone in a day or two. I am extremely pissed of with this service center and i suggest not to visit this center at all. Can some one suggest as to what should I do next. I thought of complaining to the main Nokia office about this service center of theirs and how customers are harassed here.

                I gave my phone(nokia n72) for repairing, which was in guarantee period at that time on July 4, 2008.
                They said that it will take 2 days to get it done, but even after a month the problem(my Phone cannot charge my battery) is still there. Now they claim that phone has a physical damage, and i am pretty sure that i cared my phone properly.
                Whenever I went to get my phone back they said it will take only 2 days more. I never got a word from their
                side, every time I had to check the status of the repair.
                Please pay due attention to my complaint.

                    I had purchaced nokia 5310(XpressMusic) mobile last year.But from 1st day i face so many problems in this mobile.Firstly i face problem software problem in it due to which it was hanged so many times.Then i reformat it from nokia care centre.At present i face problem in vibrator or in software again.According to nokia care centre Hoshiarpur(Punjab) it may take 15-20days to resolve it.Due to unavaliability of second mobile i am unable to do this.Actually now i am totally fedup from this mobile and service of it.i want other mobile in replacement of it.So please take this on priorty basis.Because this is question of Reputation of Company.

                    I purchased a Nokia 5310 mobile which is the slimmest in the whole nokia group. It was very good to have. Recently while I was talking the phone out for recieving a call the mobile fell down and it was badly damaged. I went to the Nokia Care centre for repair at Chennai opp to Satyam Theatre, they said it would cost any where around rs. 6000/- where as the new one is itself 8700rs.

                    My monthly salary itself is 4200rs. I felt very proud to have this mobile by saving meagre amounts for nearly a year. Unfortunately, to my badluck it has happened like this. I would request the company to replace this for me. I am not in a position to buy another phone also. I dont have so much money to repair it.

                    I think Nokia is a great company, it may take it as a special case and do the needful for which act of kindness i will be grateful.

                      I Rahul Roy From Mumbai Bring To Your Knowledge That, I Have Purchased Nokia E90 On 19/02/08 From Nokia Priority Dealer ( Fort) i.e In Mumbai 400001. The Above Nokia Set, Which Is Not The Genuiene Product Of Nokia. The Colour Of The Cellphone Have Come Out And Now Its Really Looking Very Worst. it's Keypad Colours Also Started Fading And Cellphone Hangs Alot. Since I Was Looking For It's Panel Cover In Some Shop, Every Shopkepper Replied Me With The Suggestion That The Piece Which I Got Is Not The Original One As Original One Not Looses Its Colour Like That Nor It's Keypad colour Fades. I Have Also Visited 3 Times Nokia Gallery In Lower Parel, But They Have Not Done Anything About It Till Yet. Nor They Changed The Pannel Also. In Fact They Also Told Me The Same Thing That The Piece Which I Got Is Not The Original One. Since I Have Purchased The Phone At A Very Dear Price, I Expect Full Value Of Money And Ask You To Replace The Set At The Earliest. Also Ensure That Such Problem Do Not Creep Up In Near Future And That Our Faith In Nokia Remains Undaunted.

                        I Had Purchased Nokia N73 On 22nd August 2008 After Month I am Facing Problems With My Handset That My Handset GPRS is Not Properly Working and I have Submitted my handset on 4th of october 2008 and yet my handset is not repaired I have call so many time to nokia care centre and they telling me that Please call after 2 weeks and then we can say your handset status they are telling minimum 20 days site taken from every customer.
                        I got a bsnl connection. every time I dial a number, the call would not mature and 'disconnect' appears. May be I changed some settings

                          I bought nokia 5300 cellphone. After a period of 5 months some problem ralating to
                          the scrren display started. I then turned up to nokia care because i thought that
                          the problem would be nicely fixed by the company itself. I submitted my phone to them
                          in a very good state with just and only screen display problem.
                          Then the true scene started. weeks after weeks they consistently sent me back and they took around more than
                          a month to fix the problem.
                          At the time when i got back my cellphone i was very much delighted, but that happiness
                          was shortlived since at the very spot i found out that some other part of the phone
                          was missing. I instantly reported the same to them. but instead of acceding
                          to the fault they committed, they said that this problem was existing before the
                          time of submission. God damn if this problem was therewould not i have reported in the complaint
                          and even your clerk appointed exclusively to check for any other fault went blind at that time.
                          in the end i was left betrayed. In a decent tone i demanded that they should accede to what they have done.
                          And what i received was a handful of abusive remarks and jolts.
                          At this point of time i m not looking for any revenge or any compensation, I wish to
                          appeal to general public to be aware and not get decepted by this company Nokia.

                              First of all I delivered my set for repairing at nokia care having problem connectivity vide complaint No[protected]/080821/23 dated 21/08/2008.Same was repaired at nokia care & working properly.
                              yesterday I put my phone on charging at late night.In the morning display not working properly.
                              I delivered the phone to nokia care, (No [protected]/081011/1)Mr harish ji at counter told me that the display screen is damaged.
                              I am not satisfied comments made at nokia centre, phisically no damage found on phone.I also put a signature on screen.
                              My phone is continuesly making problems & is in gurrentee period.
                              Please replace my phone immediatly.

                                I PURCHASED A NOKIA 6275 ON 18 MARCH 2008, AS THEIR WAS A SOFTWARE PROBLEM I GAVE THE PHONE TO THE NOKIA SERVICE CENTRE ON 3 MAY.                                   i bought a nokia e 71 just yesterday and when i opened the gps software the phone got hang.. the only option left was to remove the battery and start the phone again.. rest of the phone works fine but whenever i try to open gps the phone hangs..

                                  same issue, the phone hangs and I cannot find any option to update it
                                  When I bought the Noika E71 two weeks back. It got hang immedietly in one hour. Initially I thought it is manufacturing fault then I went to Nokia showroom, where I bought the Nokia E71. The manager solved it immedietly telling that I should not check the option to go online when It ask for while configuring the GPS connection for the first time. Later he reinstall the firmware using some code, within the handset.

                                  If you don't have data access, the phone will hand. You need a working gprs connection.
                                  i bought E71 2 days ago and if i try the GPS make my phone hang too..and also if i can't push my yahoo mail..i already go to the Nokia proffesional centre they try to change my yahoo mail setting but didn't work at all...i only can push my hotmail...
                                  yes I've got the same problem as well, any one can help to resolve this? .I don't know whether I have data access or not...

                                  hey ... the same problem is occuring for me...The phone gets hanged and the option left is to take out the battery and restar it again. I m really getting annoyed. I m going to give to the service center.

                                  I have installed opera mini 4 in my new nokia e71. but the installation failed. it also not appear in the application manager .next time whenever i try to install it, phone says that opera mini 4 already installed. i can not install it again. can any body help ?
                                  The same thing happened to me too. After searching a lot I found that you need GRPS enabled on your phone before you open GPS as GPS needs internet to connect and locate your position.

                                  Also you need to go to tools->settings->General->Positioning->positioning server and select the appropriate access point for internet ( e.g. in airtel its Mobile Office) .

                                  Also ensure thata Assisted GPS is checked in Positioning methods.

                                  I said my mobile is under guarantee period.
                                  On this they said this thing does not come under guarantee.So,you will have to pay for that.
                                  I did not agree for that & took back my mobile.
                                  Sir,now my request is this as Nokia is very-very reputed name in the field of mobile that is why I always purchase Nokia only.
                                  I had to use Internet on mobile that's why I was advised by my friends to buy only Nokia E 71
                                  I am really surprised to think that how come my sweat reach inside the mobile through keypad as I was told by service centre people.
                                  Sir, may I request you to kindly look into this matter at your best & get my mobile repaired without any charges.

                                  Nokia E 71 — Manufacting defect

                                  Inspite of my privious complaint on your site last week regarding miss behave by Nokia Consumer Care center, Ace Communication, 151-Kapil Vihar, Pitampura, Delhi-110034.They are more careless and misbehaved with their customers. I used to go to normaly daily because I have given my Nokia E-71 hand set to them on 30/11/10. My job sheet no. [protected] and on 4/12/10 they call me to collect my hand set. They told me that they have repaired it and after 30 minutes I again face the same problemof hang my set. After that they again took my set on the same old Job sheet Dt. 30/11/10 .On 07/12/10 they again call me to collect my set and after thier senior exicutive Mr. Amit personal assurance I accept this repaired set but with in 24 hours It became hang again. They again got back my set on Job sheet no.[protected]/101209/11 dt.09/12/10. They even deny to give me old loner set at the place of my new set given to them for repair. Next day I again had to go to their service center because their loner set was in such a bad condition that it becomes off after every 2 hours,and they refused me to change it .Till today I am suffered a lot of my buissness. why we suffer after purchase of primium range of Nokia mobile of Rs. 130000/-? This daily harrasment given by their care center waste my precious time and money.

                                    Mobile switch off automatically 3 to 4 tomes in a day. If Mobile remain unuse or idle or untouch for some time then phone switch off. When we switch on then every time it ask for new date and time settings otherwise it takes[protected]. I have bought Nokia 7500 Prisom from Anupam Stationery, Borivali branch, on 19/10/2007 for Rs. 9500/- I have come many times to Nokia Service Centre Lower Parel but still my problem continues till date. Now my guarantee period will be over in short time. So please give me New model or pay my money back. I have come many times to meet you for solve my problems. But still problems are continues. So what I have to do? On the name of Nokia, I spend my Rs.9500/- What to do? Suggest me any option if you have.

                                    On 17th Jan'08, i was at Sion circle for some official work. After reaching office i realized that my cell phone (N70) which i bought six months back went missing.



                                    To my shock, i had also lost the mobile pouch that contained a ruby worth Rs.7000/-. Net net...a total loss of Rs.19000/-. Hard to believe, but had no options but to live with the loss.It definitely pinches you hard as you work day in and day out for every rupee you earn and then enjoy buying these necessities of life. I did lodge an FIR with the Sion police station.



                                    All my life i have been a Nokia loyalite and thought that they were the best when it comes to cell phones. But i guess, i was completely wrong with my assumption.



                                    I am a Resourcing Manager and my job involves me to liaise and keep myself connected to my team, prospective candidates and placement consultants all the time.

                                    Without a cell phone, i was completely handicap and had no option but to buy one.

                                    Having heard about the Subhiksha stores (who claim to be the cheapest) i visited their store to get my best buy. About 8.30pm in the evening on Sunday (20th Jan'08) i bought a Nokia 7500.



                                    As they say, looks are deceptive. So was the case with my new cell phone. On Monday morning when i was travelling to office, the phone just hung up. I had never faced such a problem, ever since i am using mobile (since 2001). A common sensible approach was to remove the battery and restart it.



                                    The phone hangs up again in the evening, i am shocked and irritated. With my busy schedule, it was highly difficult to get to Subhiksha and ask for a replacement. The same series of events repeat on Tuesday(22nd Jan).



                                    On Wed evening (23rd Jan'08), i visited the Subhiksha store and explained the concern to them. On record, i would like to confirm that they are one of the worst retail chains in India with no standards defined on how to deal with a customer.



                                    The counter staff, refused to listen to my concern. All he had to say was that i have come after 48 hrs and hence they are not liable to own the responsibility of the phone. They demanded a proof which could prove that the phone was not working.



                                    After a 30 minutes heated discussion, they agreed to take the phone and send it to the service centre. The next day (24thJan'08) their staff calls and confirms that the phone is working fine and i may come and collect.



                                    Obviously, i was not convinced. I requested them to keep my phone for one more day, during the course of my conversation i realized that they have not sent my phone to the service centre as committed.

                                    On the subsequent day (Saturday) i had to collect my phone from subhiksha. The same day, I was also scheduled to travel to Agra for an important conference and staying connected was a must!!.



                                    On Saturday (26th Jan'08)myself and my brother visit Subhiksha (it should be Sikhsha...that is Punishment) and checked on the status. The counter staff confirmed that the cell was not sent to the service centre and was with him for his personal use. He also confirmed that he will not be able to replace the phone.



                                    Can you imagine the service standards at Subhiksha mobile !!!! and the quality of people at their stores.



                                    We decided to collect the phone as i had no option but to leave for Agra. For all good reasons, i was unable to use the phone as it refused to start and would hang up after three-four hours.



                                    I was frustrated and decided to switch it off.



                                    With the temperature touching 5 degrees at Agra, i fell sick after my return from Agra on Wednesday (Jan30th'08). Two days (31Jan-1st Feb'08) went by and i had to live with all my anger and irritation.



                                    My brother approached his friend who works for Nokia at peninsula on Saturday (2nd Feb'08).His friend confirmed that it was a software issue and it would get resolved if we change the software.



                                    For a day (Sunday 3rd Feb'08) everything was peaceful. I left for office today morning (4th feb), and history repeats itself....the unthinkable had happened.



                                    Yes my phone has stopped functioning since morning and i am helpless.



                                    There is no way i can approach Subhiksha, i am not willing to go through so much pain for no fault of mine.



                                    I refuse to use or endorse any of the Nokia product. I have spent enough money on travel; phone and my painful experience by no means can be compensated for. Its time that you change your tag line from Connecting People to Disconnecting Customers.



                                    As a suggestion, please do not use Subhiksha going forward, they will ensure that you will lose you credibility further more.

                                    Nokia 7500 — MOBILE SWITCH OFF FREQUENTLY

                                    Mobile switch off automatically 3 to 4 tomes in a day. If Mobile remain unuse or idle or untouch for some time then phone switch off. When we switch on then every time it ask for new date and time settings otherwise it takes[protected].
                                    I have bought Nokia 7500 Prisom from Anupam Stationery, Borivali branch, on 19/10/2007 for Rs. 9500/- I have come many times to Nokia Service Centre Lower Parel for solve my problems. But still problems are continues. But still my problems are not over, still I am suffering this problem. So what I have to do? On the name of Nokia, I spend my Rs.9500/- Now give me NEW another series model or GIVE MY MONEY BACK WITHIN ONE WEEK.

                                      I bought a brand new nokia n72 in april 2008 with a 1gb ncp memory card from m/s sun times, jayanar bangalore.! Immediately after two weeks the phone started hanging and the music player stopped displaying any songs in the card as well as phone. When i contacted sun times, the person who sold the set replaced the memory card without thinking twice.. This shows the quality of the card which was provide.. Later after using for a few more weeks the same problem started repeating.. Again the card was replaced wit another card of a different brand on my insistance.. After 1.5 months the same problem arised. I then visited the nokia care who suggested i buy a branded memory card.. I bought a kingston card right away.! Now a few weeks back the same prob has repeated and the music player is not showing any of the tracks on the card as well as phone memory.. Im pretty sure tat this is the phone's prob cuz the card has been replaced 4 times and formatted 9 times.. Neither sun times not nokia care is ready to solve the prob.! Please i beg u to help me.! Im fed up of running all over bangalore to rectify this prob..

                                      Nokia N72 — frequent hanging of the set

                                      My Nokia N72 is now 1year old but it is giving me the problem like it it is 10 years old!
                                      The set hangs frequently and all my important messages are automatically deleted.Even the blue tooth system in it, has some problems.It is unable to recieve all types of data via bluetooth.I am now also afraiding to buy a new set of Nokia.
                                      The company must be more careful in making devices.
                                      I have Nokia N72 phone which is not working fine . The problem is sometimes 4, red button(call end) and music player key stop working but sometime they works when i press 0 or left scroll key a music player application opens and hangs all keys i.e. all keys stop responding after few seconds or sometime when i press cancel(eraser) key and then exit of music player works and opens again and again abruptly.I formatted my phone i.e. factory settings i loaded still the problem persists.

                                        Please send me the modem driver for nokia 6088 CDMA. I have nokia data suite instaled on may pc, but it's does not work. My nokia 6088 is detected as qualcom 3197 interface and qualcom 3197 usb modem. My pc's os is Win Vista Ultimate sp1. Modem query is OK, but after I tried to make a connection to internet the error message appear : error conecting to the modem make sure your modem is turn on or check the port setting...in fact my nokia 6088 is turned on and the port setting is OK...????
