I am very much frustrated from your Nokia - E65 phone. I have given twice in your Nokia care for Service but they r unable to retreived the problem. my nokia ph. was sent twice to your Delhi Nokia care Center for approx 3 months for Service but till date my ph. was showing so much problem, I want the replacement of my cell, or my money back.

Hope U can Consider my problem on Urgent basis.

Nokia E65 — Not satisfied with Nokia E65

I have purchased a Nokia E65 in the month of August 2007 which is giving problem from the first day of purchase.

I have visited the Nokia Care centre thrice in but still it has a problem & Nokia Care Centres are not ready to give me a replacement against this.

I am totally fed up with this phone & need a refund against this.

Request you to please assist for the same.

Nokia — E65 Model Service Problem

I have purchased a Nokia E65 Model Handset. When I purchased the same, the key pad was not worked. I repaired it from Nokia Service Centre. At the same having problem related hanging the phone.. Not possible to put in Loudspeaker or Select Phonebook.. The phone also hangs. Since we have purchased the am totally dis-satisfied. I expect full value for our money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.

    i bought nokia5220 from nokia authorized dealer, mobiles IMEI no. s [protected]
    repeatedly i call shreejee enterprises B-5 RDC, raj nagar, ghaziabad(u.p.) but no reponse those people give and just say that part s not avaialable, my job sheet no. is[protected]/081104/15
    if part is not avaialable with nokia care then it s my request to kindly send me a new hanset so that i can access my calls, as i m sufferring heavy losses in my business due to this failure of NOKIA 5220 mobile.kindly take my request very seriously and revert back to me.     When i tried to play the music in Nokia xpressMusic 5220, i'm not hearing the sound... when connecting the headset it was playing and i 'm hearing the sound... i'm missing many calls, Please give me solution ASAP...

      [protected]). This Nokia care centre is only for harrasment. Service is very bad. Nobody can take any care of our Mobile.

          Poor quality of 3110c
          I have Purchased My Nokia 3110c on 27/06/2007 vide bill no 5008 from shrinath ji sales karnal. From very next Month it giving problem. Getting restart again & again when insert a memory card. I have scanned the memory card & there is no virus in the memory card. Two times it will restart & third time phone will switched off. Again i have to restart the phone. It will work properly then. If i switch off the phone update the music library, again it will start giving problem. nokia care can't solve the problem within warranty. now three days back i delivered the set in working conditon to upload the software. but they refused to do so. on insisting they ready to upgrade my set but with condition it may get dead and u will be fully responsible for this and the set will be sent on your cost to company. now during the uploading set has be locked/dead. and the nokia care is saying it is tempering set and water is in this set, but to know, it is very shameful excuse for this reputed company like this type of behaviour/excuse rather oblizing to customer comany care centre is threating and saying now no solution will be done by the company. I personally request to the company thr this compaint give proper attention towards the customer problem
          this type of bluff does not look nice... it is not he matter of money it will destroy the reputation of the company...pls give proper attention and solve my problem otherwise legal recourse may be intiated my contact is [protected]

            Dear friends,
            I bought an Nokia-72 on march 2008, chennai, .from the 10'th day onwards it starts annoying me, hanging, keypad not working, phone automatically switched off, and automatically it will call to same numbers that i stored in my phonebook, i went continiously to nokia-care, which is located jus opposite to satyam theathre, chennai. from there nobody knows the term "Response", it's ok if the phone is repaired proprely means, nothing to worry..
            But these guys r started to cheating, some main 'I-C' is missing, because of that i-c, your phone is not working they said, so need to charge 750rs,

            But i said its under warranty, why should i pay? did u think i'm the fool to remove i-c? but no answer from these peoples...
            finally i bought a new phone in sony-ericcson,

            Mean-while i decided to repair, so i went to another nokia care in madurai, from there they repaired with out single paisa...
            please understand the problem its not about money, its all about cheating of Nokia care, because normal peoples dont know about the functionality of mobiles such as, how it works, what is called i-c's, etc...!!! and mainly now mobile phones are must to live if one day with out an mobile means many peoples loss thier daily incomes, first peoples will start conversation with the Nokia care peoples, but at the end they need mobiles to live, so most peoples will tell ok to service..
            But these poor peoples nature is advantage for these frauds like Nokia-care in chennai,
            most importantly i send an email about the entire issue through an email to www.Nokia.co.in, first i got an reply of please call customer care...
            Again i called customer care, these girls r laughing, not listening my words, at the 16'th minute she disconnected...i thought it may be some service problem, so i called again to these peoples, but the response is same...i think some five-sense peoples are working in Nokia service centers..
            i'm highly dis-apponted, frustrated like anything, please dont buy NOKIA Products and dont suffer like a mad fellow like me... please dont refer Nokia to anybody, i'm going to file a case against NOKIA..

            My mobile N-72 Nokia phone got Theft at Gokul cinema theatre, Moosapet , Hyderabad on 11th Nov,2007 at 6.00 Pm. So, please find the culprit. I purchsed it from First teleom, Road no.1, banjara hills, Hyderabad on 3rd March, 2007. My phone no. is [protected].

            Nokia N72 — Service Centre Cheated Me

            I had given my Nokia set to the E Call Communication - Ahmedabad ( Near DLF cross road) at the time of submiting the handset with them the problem was the mobile was switching on & after that it is switching off automatically, they told that they have to change the IC & Display estimate 2568, I confirm not to change any thing after that when I collected the set it was not powering on also, i submit the same to them again and they returned it in a very bad condition next day. When I ahve given the set to a reputed mobile reparing shop he checked in front of me and what he said is shocking to me, Nokia people have done some heating and have changed few things in the set and the engineer is saying they have damaged it like anything.

            This type of service is not expected from such a reputed company service centre, I am sure that NOKIA will take some action against them and also I expevct that they will take care of my set problem on priority basis.

            N72 — Not able to repair mobile nokia care centres

            Sir,

            I have given my Nokia N72 phone with display problems for servicing on 09th june 2008 to unnati customer care, subhash nagar shopping centre, shastri nagar, Jaipur. my nokia n72 is in warranty period. The Nokia care centre engineer tell me come on 11th june 2008 and collector your phone. On 11th i go at nokia care and give my job sheet to mobile delivery counter attendent and i wait for my mobile, i wait one hour on the counter but no response give me by attendent. after one hour i tell again to attendent sir where is my mobile then a attendent something search on computer and tell me, your mobile is not repaired here, can we send your mobile to delhi for 15 days. the attendent no give me reason, why send to delhi my mobile and the 15 days are very long time for me. at that time i am very urgent work in my office so i tell send it delhi but tell me nokia. if jaipur care centres are not able to repair my mobile then why established in jaipur. and tell me 15 days are a very long period for a man and in this time a mobile is a very useful and important for a person and without mobile my contact persons are cannot be contact me so i have some losses and now i am not able to purchase a other mobile for 15 days. Is this kind of incompetent service expected from a company like Nokia. Henceforth I would advice people not to take any Nokia set which choosing for a new phone.             Nokia / N72 — no response from customer care centre

            The complaint is that I have given my headset for repair. This was on July 22. I was suppose to get it back on September 22. They have sent me back twice stating they can't do anything. They have officially closed the job sheet.

            i agree the same, i'm also affected with the same problem earlier, please dont buy Nokia phones, earlier low models mobiles like 5110, 3310, 1100, like these models are real Nokia mobile phones, but now Nokia is spoiling his own company name by inventing lots of worthless mobiles like 2633, 2600, Nokia N-72, etc...these mobiles always creates problems, but no one is ready to handle properly in customer care...

            Cheating Nokia care centers in Chennai- QMS agencies opp to Raj Video vision don’t buy Nokia model mobiles.
            I am Sureshbalaji. V from Chennai and here I just want share my bad experience with Nokia care center (QMS, Mout Road, Chennai).

            I had given My Nokia6233 Mobile for battery charging is going low and mobile is getting switched off while tacking it self, even then the battery is full also but if you switch on the mobile again and check the battery charge percentage it shows 100% on 12/02/2009 to QMS Agencies of Nokia service center.
            After more then a month and so much of follow-up with QMS, I collected my mobile with our repair from QMS but when I was checked the phone I found that no network coverage and I asked the clarification to QMS on this and they told that the found the problem in RF section (For battery draining problem) and there are not able to fix the same so they removed the IC from the mobile.

            I had a doubt that the could have been changed my phone main board so I collected and went to home to cross check the IMEI number with the bill & Mobile box and I found that the IMEI was getting differed from the bill. I went back to QMS and enquired about the same and they replied me that you only changed the mobile so we can’t able to take any responsibility on this. I argued with them but they are not accepted my argument and I realized that the cheated me and no use of arguing on this with them on this so.

            I just want to inform about this to avoid, some one also to be cheated buy this QMS again in future (guys please take care by before giving the mobile for service at QMS, mount Road, Chennai).

            I wish we need to treat Nokia mobiles as a use and through mobile since the support & service was pathetic.

            Nokia / N72 — Mobile display disfunctional

            I purchased a Nokia N 72 mobile in November 2007 in The mobile store, Velachery, Chennai.

            The IMEI #: [protected]

            Barely one and a half years, now, I have found that the display of the mobile set has gone defunct.

            When I approached the Nokia care centre in (Mount road) Teynampet, Chennai, I was told that I had to change the liquid crystal display of the mobile and that it would cost me Rs. 3000 approximately (of course, the mobile is not covered under warranty now).

            I sought the reason for the defect - I was told that I would have dropped the mobile somewhere. I am a person who keeps the mobile in the most secure environment and rule out the possibility of such an occurence totally.

            I request someone to help me in getting financial and technical assistance from Nokia. The set may be out of warranty, but it cannot be that the product can go bust the very next day after the warranty period ends.

            i would like to say that i have purchase a new nokia n-72 mobile in october 08 from gwalior m.p. but stil its not working properly and its body has to be broken.i ma going to your service center at jayedraganj and he is saying that body is broken so warranty is over ur mobile and you have to pay charges for any complent of mobile.i have repair my mobile 2 or 3 time at your service center but still its not working properly.
            pls give me your suggestion what can i do i am going to cunsumer court or you have to repair my mobile.

              Dear Sir,

              I have purchased a new Nokia cell phone from Alfa Market, 5/6, Dadi House, Irla Society Road, Vile Parle (w), Mumbai, on 26/10/2008, After 2 days the cell phone was dead so I had approached to BRIGHTPOINT India Pvt. Ltd. for repairs on 29/10/2008 & it was send for replacement.

              The details of purchased cell phone are as follows :

              After the replacement on 5/10/2008, the cell phone was given in black colour, & same piece was not giving Ringing tone, again it taken to BRIGHTPOINT Service Centre for repairs on 6/10/2008.

              As I spoke to the representative of The BRIGHTPOINT Service Centre today, I had informed by them that the cell phone is again sent for replacement. Then I spoke to your representative regarding the same, he said that he will look into the matter.

              Now you can make out how many days I have used my cell phone, I am already a wheelchair bound person & again handicapped with cell phone as my all contacts nos. are in phone. From all above history you can understand that it is a manufacturing defect.

              I hereby request you to replace my cell phone with a new one (seal packed piece) & with the same colour or replace with other equivalent cell phone or refund the money, which I have purchased on 26/10/2008.

              Hope you will do the needful to my grievance.

              Nokia 2626 — defective piece

              Sir,
              i have perchase a Nokia 2626 mobile from Nakoda mobile, 1/6 U shape market corner near police station Neemuch (MP) on 22.01.2008 . it was a defective piece when i complaint about its weak network catch, then he assure me that it was network problem in my area but when i saw that the problem was with my handset then i give it to Nokia care center on 06.08.2008 then they give me back after one month and said that we are not responible for this defect. but accoding to company rules they give the warranty of one year.
              so i reqest you sir plz check my mater and take action accordingly.
              i have the original bill. when it will be needed i will submit.

              the problem is that when i charge my phone it indicate "CHARGER NOT SUPPORTED".
              the owner of the shop ask me to go nokia care.

              at nokia care they told me the problem is create form humidity & told me to replace the connector.
              but connector replcement is chargable (about Rs. 200/- ).

              so please tell me about the warrenty rules for repair my mobile.

              Nokia — Defective piece

              Hello,

              I have been using Samsung Handset since 5 years . My cell broke 2 months ago so thought of buying a new cell. Hence I bought Nokia 5230 in the month of April. I did not use Hands free phone calling but after around 15 days when tried it I couldnt here the person from other side though they could here me . I was surprised what is happening , it was a brand new set . I went to the shop keeper he directed me to Nokia care and said that if it was known within 48 hours , he could have helped but now it has to go to NOkia care for repair . Forcefully I had to go to the nearest Nokia care center . They tested the set and told that the headset was okay but not the handset and also tols that they will have to send it to delhi for checking the cause and then repair.
              I was furious for two things ; 1st : I found the difference in the prices in different Nokia priority centeres for the same set after I bought the set. I was the unfortunate person who was charged around 1.5 thousand extra , I bought it for 8840 Rs but the other Nokia stores sold at 7600 Rs. My point was that Why the hell this huge difference in price tags in Nokia priority shops???

              2nd: I hardly used Hands free headset in my cell and it was a hardly month that I found that headset isnt working . So that means its Nokia who is cheating customers by providing defective set. According to the policy it can replace hanset within 48 hours but what if the customer comes to know the defect after 15 days or so ? That time Nokia has excuse to say that now we cant replace the set as per the policy.

              I must say in this way the customers who are trusting Nokia and are ignorant for checking the acceceries , will have to bear the consequences. Currently , I have submitted my headset to Nokia and have requested them to consider my case and replace the set as it was defective since the start its only that I was ignorant to check it before . I have submitted my Handset on Friday 7th May 2010 and have not heard so far . They said that they will get back to me by Monday or Tuesday.

              I have no trust at Nokia now . And would not recommend anyone to buy the Handsets from AIRCONNECT , The Nokia Priority Dealer in Koramangla , Bangalore . I have spent extraa money with extra troubles!!!

                this is a new handset that i have picked up on the 24th sep 2008 from the day 1 itself there is a battery back up problem had been to the service center got the software checked but still have the same problem when asked for replacment they said they ar not going to give a new had said but will give something similar which is not right as this is a problem from the 1st day and also that it will take min 15 days & that it cant be replaced immediately where as what do we do as all my work depends on my mobile please do the needful as i never go for any other product and have not faced this problem before

                      same problem had happend with me 2 years back...
                      due to so much of virus in my mmc i formatted it but then it hanged up...
                      after switching off and opening my mobile i found my mmc corrupted that was in my n72 model...
                      i surfed the internet but no solutions were found and then i thought of surfing a software which can format my mmc and not n72's own preloaded memory card info and format one...

                      The name of the software which i downloaded from mobile9.com is MMC formatter
                      just paste the name in search bar and do select ur model as n72/n70...

                      download it and run, there u will see in option fix mc wizard click on it and start the wizard, now u will see that ur memory card can be used to store files... :p
                      hope u liked it

                      NOTE: one thing more, the day i formatted my memory card using the app after that my mmc had formatted unusually 2 times till today... So do create the backup o[censored]r files

                        MY BROTHER Mr.Amit Rana, BOUGHT a Nokia Mobile N-95 SET FROM HOTSPOT SHOP NO.G-1/3 ALAKNANDA SHOPPING COMPLEXON 4.8.2008. AFTER THAT WE SEND THIS SET TO THE NOKIA CARE FOR REPAIR FOR THE COMPLAINTS LIKE Vedio camera recording auto swithch off and phone hanging problems they kept for 10-15 days each time and returned us with the same problem .We asked them to change the set, but they are refusing to change the set. it cost us 21, 000 Rs. of this set and its almost useless .What can we do now.please suggest us. with due regards !                             I am extremely unhappy with after-sales service provided by Nokia support centers.

                            1. I bought 5610 few months back. Last month it developed a snag of blank display. I took the phone to HCL Nokia care center and after waiting for 3 weeks for the spare display panel it was finally repaired.

                            2. On 3rd of November the problem resurfaced and when I went back to HCL Nokia Care Center . I found that to be permanently closed and I was pointed to MICRONAS TELECOM at C-4, Sector-2 Noida.

                            3. I was again told that there weren’t spares for display panel and I should revisit them in a day or two. Today on 7th of November I called up Nokia Careline (reference 2-3HMUM7) I was told that the set was repaired and I can go and pick the set from the support center.

                            4. I also saw the status on-line at “www.namscare.com” and it showed “CLOSED – Repaired”

                            5. Just to make sure it was repaired I called up Service Center only to find that the set has not been repaired pending spares and I should be contacting them on 13th of Nov to check the status.

                            1. May I request you to please look into this matter. This is pure harassment and Nokia"s inability to deliver service within stipulated timeframe.

                            Why wrong status on the web and when I call Nokia Care Center they also give me the wrong status ?

                            If Nokia cannot stock spares why do they sell these phones ?

                            Twice I am made to wait for weeks for the same part ?

                            The same problem has surfaced within weeks of repair ?

                            If the phone is faulty why don’t they just change the phone ?

                            If the same problem re-occurs, what should I do. Do you expect me to again go back to Nokia support center and wait for 2-3 weeks to get it repaired. Nokia repair center is no more them a fish market.

                            I have lodged another complaint with Nokia Care line and the complaint number is 2-3HN7HJ dated 7th of Nov 2008.

                            Nokia 5610 — Pathetic after sales service

                            I made a mistake(Thats what I would call it now which once thought would be a smart decision) of buying a Nokia 5610 on 27th May 2008
                            From Alfa Cellulars Shop No. G-13, Kalpatru Arcade, 9 MG Roag Pune -411001

                            Same Night I saw problems with its Video recording(there were some lines running down the screen)
                            I packed it back, went to the dealer next day (28/May) to exchange it.
                            I was told it cant be returned now as it has been used for five minutes and it cant be sold to other customer as well.
                            Then he offered me to to buy it for 20% less, which obviously I refused.

                            Same day in the evening memory card stopped responding.
                            I went to the dealer at 8pm on 29th.

                            Now the dealer tells me "If you go to the service center, they will replace your handset as its not been 48 hours yet. But it will be closed now so you go there tomorrow morning".

                            Today(30th May ) I came to service center and I have been told Only the dealer can give you the replacement.

                            They can only upgrade the s/w and in case a hardware issue is there, They will repair it which will take atleast 10days.

                            NOKIA HANDSET 5610D-1 — Harassment From Nokia Services

                            It being long time i am using nokia services even my whole family members they have Nokia Handset. But now i have no faith on noika reason because 2 month back i have purchased nokia 5610d-1 from Nokia Priorty Green park delhi. After week i have started getting problem because it always gey hangd even in a empty memroy. But after 7 weeks a big problem comes which is phone started getting swithched on swithched off. Then i have submitted to nokia care Greenpark itself they commited me with in 7 days we resolve the problem because their center is in nodia so it take some time to get repair. Bludy if someone ask nokia that a two months old phone required to get repaired. Then why i have invested my 13000 hard cash amount. Even working as a manager i have all 500 contact no's in it for which i am facing problem. Now they says more fifteen days they required.

                            Kind of pathetic services we are getting from nokia care.

                            If you can help me with something i would realy appriciate for that.

                            I purchased Nokia 7610 IMEI No.[protected] from New Voice, B-38/39, Basement, Indraprasth Shopping Centre, S. V. Road, Borivali (W), Mumbai-400092 - Tel. 28059500/28052921. The instrument became defect within one week of its purchase as it went off automatically. I submitted the instrument to Foneworld, Borivali for repair and they have forwarded the same to their Head Office. Till today there is no feed back on the repair of the instrument. I requested their Head Offiice to replace this instrument with a new 7610 instrument for which I have not yet received any reply.

                              Hallo Sir,

                              I have Nokia N70, music edition handet. I took it before 1 and half year. From 2-3 days it restrts again and again every minutes.
                              I showed it in Nokia Care Center. They said that they done flash. But again problem is there.
                              Now yesterday they may be problem in mothe board and it is non repeairable.
                              Is it possible? that phone is non reperable? or motherboard problem.
                              What to do next? plz suggest me.

                                Dear sir/mam,

                                I am shocked to bring to your knowledge that I had purchased the above-noted set which is infested with certain technical problems of power, phone backups, not responding and display due to bad pixel, there for it was given to Nokia Care center Jamnagar for service or for replacement the same in the month of July.

                                The instrument is replaced by service center on the 15th of august 2008 which has a problem in the front camera so it is submitted again on the same date same time to the service center, the job sheet no. is[protected]/080815/38.

                                When I check the job sheet status at "www.namscareonline.com" with job sheet no. it shows that the complain is closed and repaired but the nokia care center of Jamnagar says that it was not properly repaired so sent back to the higher level of the company.

                                I had purchased the phone at a very dear price, I expect full value for my money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.

                                  i would like to inform you that, i have gone to nokia care of BOKARO STEEL CITY, JHARKHAND to ask how to lock it... one boy who is working there just took my mobile n deassembeled it, after tat its not gettin switched on, then he said that the mobile IC has burst and it will cost rupees 500. when i told him that its his fault n he has to repair it, he simply refused and also he is not telling his name.

                                  I HAVE VISITED TO NOKIA CARE, 10 LENIN SARANI, KOLKATA, FOR SOME SMALL FAULT, AND I WAS ATTENDE BY MR. BIBHAS (COUNTER NO. 3) WHO CHECKED MY PHONE AND TOLD ME TO PAY RS.350 FOR CORRECTION.
                                  I AGREED AND SET WAS TAKEN TO ENGINEER AND AFTER FEW HOURS HE LANDED WITH A DEAD PHONE OF MINE, AND AGAIN ASK FOR RS. 1200 TO CORRECT THE SAME.

                                  NOW, WHEN MY PHONE WAS ABSOLUTELY IN RUNNING CONDITION, WHERE INSTEAD OF RECTIFYING THE SAME HE LANDED WITH A DEAD PHONE. THEN WHAT SORT OF ENGINEER YOU HAVE RECRUITED WHO DOES NOT KNOW MINIMUM WORK RATHER DESTROY THE PHONE AND SNATCH MONEY BY HOOK OR CROOK.

                                  AND THE THE VERY NEXT DAY WHEN I GO THERE WITH A WRITTEN COMPLAIN AS ABOVE, THEY ARE TELLING, WE ARE NOT CHECKING YOUR PHONE, HENCE NOT RECEIVED THE LETTER, AND LITTERALY PUSH ME TO OUT FROM THE CENTRE.

                                  MY QUESTION IS IS NOKIA CARE IS CAREING CUSTOMER OR IT IS CEATERS PARADISE, WHO ALTIMATELY DESTROY THE NAME OF NOKIA, AND ENCOURIGING UNAUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE.

                                      Myself Sundaranarasimman.S working in Thyrocare technologies Ltd, mumbai.Last month august 7.8.2008, I had bought one NOKIA 5610 new Handset in PHONESHOP, CENTER ONE VASHI, NAVI MUMBAI. Yesterday (5.11.2008) morning 7.30 to 8.30 A.m my mobile has been stolen from my room.My mobile model no is NOKIA 5610 and IMEI [protected].So please take suitable action about this issue.Do the needful.
