[Resolved] Nokia 3600 Slide — phone not working | |
Respected Sir/Madam, I’m Juhi from Goregaon East, This is my second or third complaint mail to you guys & I assume that Nokia doesn’t care for their customers at all, as you guys don’t have the courtesy to reply to any of my mails, I’m using Nokia 3600 slide IMEI no-[protected] I bought this phone on the 1st of Feb 2009 ever since then I’m not happy at all. This phone never works properly…….. I have been to your Nokia service center atleast 5 to 6 times since I purchased it in Feb But recently on the 29th of September 09 I had given my phone to your Nokia care center at Goregaon west- That’s – Goldline Infotech,272/2161, Motilal nagar,Link rd, Mumbai-62 . My Job sheet number is 090829/42 I gave the phone for servicing because liquid had entered in it As my cell phone got damp & its camera wasn’t working & everything else was fine, now I understand it was my fault & I also paid 950 rupees for that. I received my phone back on the 5th of Sep 09 Only to know that the camera was now working but your guys spoilt its charging & my phone doesn’t charge at all now. I’m really upset with the service provided after spending a bomb for purchasing this phone. And your service center guys don’t treat the customers in a good manner as well. nokia 3600s — No Charging Phone

Dear Sir,
I had purchased Nokia Handset (Model Name - 3600s ESN/IMEI NUMBER– [protected], PRODUCT CODE – 0561197, INSTRUMENT TYPE-PHONE, TECHNOLOGY TYPE- GSM) on 16.01.2009 from Nokia gallary, Vapi, Gujrat
From the 13 day of purchase, the handset is problem of charging/battery:no charging.so I contacted with the local Nokia Cere center Vapi. Tangent, shop no.101-102, Varun Complex, plot no.229, g.i.d.c, vapi Contact No.[protected], ASC 563_434038, email- [protected]@ nokiacareindia.com, Pin Code - 396195 Gujrat. They told me that the mobile have some technical problem. So send my mobile to Delhi nokia Company, they gave me Service Job Sheet of mobile deposit slip and assured me that they repair my mobile within 20 to 300 days.
I am requesting you to give me a brand new mobile because the repaired mobile
might give some problem in future and i don’t want to take back this repaired mobile
Please do the needful at the earliest possibility.

Nokia/3600 slide phone — Improper response
Hi,I have purchased a Nokia-3600 slide six months back, and since then it has been 6 times defected sue to which i had given it to the Nokia care. The problem still persists with some additional physical damages caused to the phone.
When i asked for the replacement of the cell or wanted a communication with the higher authority, there was no proper response from there side.
There customer care is just a fake relief for the customer that they are looking into the problem, giving you new complaint nos. each and every time.
I would also suggest people to think twice before buying such products.
3600s — New phone not working
I have never experienced problem with using nokia as my brand for ccell phones until i purchased my new handset Nokia 3600 slide that doesnt wrk at all.I purchased it on 2nd Feb & it worked fine for a month & then it just stopped working Now the taking it to the nokia care center is its only life line to work & i have to do this every month Trust me unfortuneatly i paid a bomb to buy this disgusting piece that doesnt wrk, When contacted Nokia Service center they told me it cant b replaced
Thats very annoying because i pay for something that I cant use at all
The volume dsnt increase, Power dsnt on once off, handsfree dsnt connect, dsnt recognise its original memory card as well Trust me its a bad experience withg your company
I want something to be done about this asap or else Ill b forced to approach the consumer complaints as I value my money a lot

Nokia — Nokia 3600 Slide Cell Phone
I had purchased Nokia 3600 Slide Cellphone from Nokia priority Dealer(Sai Enterprises G-1, 21st Century Plaza Commercial Complex, Sector-8 Rohini Delhi-85) on Dated[protected]. The Dealer told me that it has warranty of one year from the date of purchase.Now the three key's of keypad in this phone is struck and they are asking to repair it at the cost of Rs.1622/-. Nokia Care issue me a Job sheet No.[protected]/091022/17 on dated 22.10.2009.
