Nokia-6080 — phone not working customer care not accepting phone for repair

I purchased a Nokia-6080 phone on[protected] and while a call is in progress it automatically dials nos (mostly 4,5,6) repeatedly. I approached custommer care at secunderabad and panjagutta (hyderabad) and they refused to accept the phone for repair. The NOKIA customer care says they don't have instructions to repair this model as a lot of cellphone of the same model have similar problems. I WANT this phone to be EXCHANGED with another MODEL. please acknowledge.

Nokia 5300 Xpress Music — no response even after 2 months

my set was deposited in nokia care center ,gwalior on 7-jan-2008 with a problem under job sheet no.[protected]/080107/6 , imei no. [protected] .
now they are providing me scratched ,rusted and old set of grey and white color in place of mine black one .
Kindly provide the instructions to provide me brand new and black color set .

nokia- 5300 — i want my phone!!!!!!!!

dear sir,
i bought a nokia 5300 on 16th of july 2007. there were problems with the connectivity: No bluetooth connection, camera: bad image, and keypad: key(s) do not work. nokia being a reputed brand i have been a loyal nokia customer throughout.
due to the above mentioned problems i gave my phone to the nokia care gariahat(kolkata) to get it repaired on 13th of march2008. today is 11th of april and i did not get my phone back. the people in the nokia care cannot even tell me when will i get my phone back. it has almost been a month now. i have requested them to give me a tentative date but everyweek they are telling me that i will get my phone back next week. but the next week did not come till date. infact they told me the same thing today as well. phone is a very essential thing in today's world and i am absolutely lost without my phone.

sir you are my last hope i hope my peas will not fall into deaf ears. i have been extremely patient throughout but now after all this if my words go unheard i will be forced to take legal action.
