[Resolved]  Nokia 5310 Xpressmusic — bad service center at ameerpet hyderabad

I recently purchased Nokia Xpressmusic 5310, and the bluetooth is jus working when bluetooth devices are very close . so i went to Nokia care at Ameerpet and gave my mobile there . after 4 days i went back to collect my mobile and they said that my problem was solved. when i asked them to verif y they failed to do so . and i sat with them and asked then one of the employee responded and solved my problem..

Nokia 5310 XpressMusic — not received my set till today

i bought nokia 5310xpess music on 07.12.07 for Rs11000 and unfortunately the set started giving problem of no outgoing audio so i deposited the set with nokia care service centre at om ujala communications dwarka sector 5 on 08.01.08, they gave me the delivery date of 17.01.08 today on 27.01.08 while i am submitting this complaint i have not recieved my set they say the repair is under progress as set is waiting for some spare part from comany , please let me know that exact situation of my set ant till when will i get my set back it can not remain with the repair centre for whole year , and in case my set can not be repaired arrange to give new set vice it

NOKIA XPRESS MUSIC N5310 — DEFECTIVE SET

I HAD PURCHASED A NOKIA N5310 SET IN NOV 08 AND SINCE THEN THE SET HAS BEEN REPAIRED TWICE BY NOKIA SEVICE CENTRE WITH NO IMPROVEMENT. IT SEEMS THAT THE COMPANY IS USING THE INDIAN MARKET TO CARRY OUT TRIALS OF SETS BECAUSE THEY KNOW THAT THE LEGAL SYSTEM IS TIME CONSUMING. THEY HAVE BEEN GIVING EXCUSES AND FALSE PROMISES RATHER THAN REPLACING THE SET.
Ialso agree with Raghu Nair.I purchased 16oo model of Nokia in November 2006.It was a great news that several such models batteries were exploding for a long time.Nokia company was ready for changing the batteries of such series. My mobile phones battery also was in that series and I registered complaint at the website for such complaints. Even after one year my mobiles battery is not replaced.

i gave my nokia 5310 mobile for repair as its software was damaged and it was under gautantee period
at bangalore(RT nagar nokia care center).i gave mobile on 26th aprill and after that i continously making call about the status of my mobile but they din't response .they even dont pick the phone up, and when the ypick they says they have no information about it and they will make me call after 10 mins but they never called me back i fed up calling again and again but in vain.
after about 15 days they gave me mobile back after destroying keypad of my mobile i returned to them, saying my keypad was not working but they says i have to pay for its reparing although they only destroyed.finally they said that they will send it to nokia head quarter for investigation and after that the same story started they never responded me about wat was the result, i contiously calling but no result.
finally i went to nokia care today and told everything then they says i have to pay whatever the cause is .
when i opposed they said to come in the evening again to talk with there boss, i am asst manager in icici bank and i cant visit there again and again .they told that they will call after consulting their boss today evening and again no response .
sir i would like to advise you to close that nokia care center otherwise people will stop using nokia .
this type of customer service i havnt seen in my entire life and after this experience i afraid to buy
again nokia and further i would not suggest anyone to use nokia as you dont know what customer servise is ?
my mobile is still with them they are making fun of nokia and you are making fun of customers

Nokia 5310 Xpressmusic — Very Bad Customer Service by Blind People

The problem is related to no. of 4 times repair bounce cases with Nokia 5310 XpressMusic Phone, serial No. – [protected]
Please help me to take next action or provide some Nokia Escalation Department information.
All persons in Indian Nokia Call Center are not supportive and do not know customer pain.

There has been numbers of bounce cases for handset repair and not bearable by me now.
Date wise fact is given below……

19th July 08

Handset submitted for microphone issue. No voice was going out to other person on call.

26th July 08
Received confirmation that handset is repaired and handset collected.
The issue was not resolved and I have been there for 5 hours. In parallel, handset was being checked by Technical Engg and given to me in evening.
This was the raining day when Nokia Center’s Mains Supply was not there, Genset was failed to start and even no Inverter Backup….. totally dark day.

13th Aug 08

Handset submitted as bounce case.

23rd Aug 08
Handset was picked by me and handset was still with microphone issue. No repair was done.
Submitted handset as bounce case immediately after delivery from Counter and after wasting 2 hours in token queue.

Handset is delivered to me saying repaired but microphone was not working. The handset was delivered almost in 1 month.

25th Sep 08

Handset is submitted against above given Job ID as 3rd time bounce case.
Complaint 2-3dlsxd is logged at 02:20pm IST on 25th Sep 08.

06th Oct 08
Received handset ready after repair confirmation.
Collected handset but still microphone stopped working after approx 30 seconds.


After calling on Nokia Care Center, they are saying that submit your handset once more and we will rectify the same. the same recorded statement as last.

Please help me to get rid of this issue.

Nokia 5310 XpressMusic — Nokia Care

Hi,
I had given my cell (nokia 5310 express music) for repair to this nokia care centre in koramangala. Job sheet no. is :[protected]/080911/98.
There was problem in the outgoing audio speech. I had given it for repair on 11th of september, '08 and I was told that my cell will be repaired /replaced in maximum 7 to 10 working days.
It has been already a month now & still I am not getting any reponse from them. They are saying it is out of stock!!
Can you please look into the matter and let me know when can I expect my cell at the earliest.

Nokia 5310 XpressMusic — not give the mobile

i have nokia 5310 xpressmusic i have bought this mobile since in april on 24th september this mobile create the problem i take the mobile to the customer care they said that mobile software is not updated i give the mobile to hem and they said that u may take this mobile after 2 days when i am going after 2 days that they said your mobile is going to head office and u may take your mobile after 15 days when i m going after 15 days that you may waited for some days i am very unhappy from this service i have very urgent work from the mobile.
I say to the company that kindly give me my mobile.

NOKIA 5310 — Nokia=Inefficiency

I gave my new phone for repair at A-78, Sector 2 Noida on 09 Aug 08. This phone was essentially OK just that there was a loose contact at Charger point. On follow-up after a month, I was told that phone has gone to HO for repair. On further follow-up till Oct 08, the phone was still under repair. In Oct I contact Call Centre at Bangalore. Ravi Kantikar asked me to Fax Jobsheet on [protected]. Subsequently he confirmed that he received it and taking action. Till Nov 08, the phone was still getting repaired. After talking to many people, finally managed to escalate issue to Shreja. She told me to take refurbished phone from New Service Centre at Noida. She gave me contact details of New Service Centre at Noida C4 Sector 2. Noida. I was not willing to take Refurbished phone but to check the status I called up New Service centre they refused to admit that they have my phone to even date. I called up Call Centre at least 15 times and tried to speak with Shreja but she also refused to take my calls. I made people record my comments that Nokia is asking me do something illegal by making me accept Refurbished phone and I will take legal course if I am not provided New Phone as replacement. To take final status on the matter I called up Call centre today. I was told that you can go & collect yr phone as this cannot be repaired due to liquid damage. Thus now the entire story of liquid damage is being purported to save the company from legal proceeding and save company from defame. I am not going to leave any stone unturned to fight a legal battle with Nokia.

NOKIA 5310 — Nothing done at Nokia Care

Its very dissapoiniting that even after submitting my cell 5310 for 3-4 times at the Nokia care center, still the issue persists. The issue is with its vibrator that is not working. I got this cell in Dec 2008 and from 2009 Jan its with the Nokia care, noida center.

They call me saying that the issue is fixed, but when I actually get it and use it, the issue remains there. Now its compelling me to go to the consumer court.

My current job number is[protected]/090324/23. IMEI no - [protected]. I dont remember the past job sheet numbers since the customer care takes it back.

For a customer who has paid money for this, will really be dissapointed to go to this kind of ordeal.

NOKIA 5310 — mobile and the customer care worst

i brought nokia 5310 six months before, from the day of first, it is hanging like anythink, before one month the mobile got repaired from nokia care, they said the issue got over, but they not at all repaired my mobile they simbly returned to me my this my batch no(imei) [protected]all the products especiallly mobiles are nowadays very worst quality from nokia i suggest to thpeople dont go for nokia please prefer sony ericson or samsung

NOKIA 5310 — key pad problem

i have purchased nokia 5310 handset yesterday ie 16/06/2009 and there is some problem with the keypad but the showroom of the same is not ready to replace the handset which is purchased 12 hours back.This is just very pathetic.
