[Resolved]  Nokia 5310 Xpressmusic — Rebooting Repeatedly

I did not even last with the phone for three days and t packed. The phone starts, displays the Nokia Logo and reboots four times before it goes off finally. Nokia, this is the biggest flop and apparently your support center in Kenya cannot offer any help. This is, frankly, a waste of money and consumer confidence.

NOKIA XPRESSMUSIC 5310 — REBOOTING

I have bought this mobile from METRO Cash and Carry on 30.4.2008. The set is good with sleek model and good for music lovers. I have been facing hanging problem while on conversation and recently the mobile started getting switched off and on often. I approached Nokia Care, BTM Layout branch. The technical person said he is unable to find out the problem and informed me that he will refer to his senior who was not available that time. After one hour I went back to the service centre. the same technical person said water might have entered the set and he will take the set for repair only on the condition that I have to pay for the service charges even though I told him that the set is in warranty period. Finaly I agreed to pay the service charges, since I wanted the set very badly. The technical person called me to inform that he has reloaded the software but the set is in same condition and he will send the set to their head office for repair. It's more than a week, I have not yet received the set. I request the concern executives to look into this matter. My mobile no.[protected](Bangalore) Regards V.V.Raju
I have bought a Nokia Express Music from Austrelia. Now I am want to use it in Bangladesh. But the phone required country code to use Bangladeshi sim card.

So I need solution.

i am pavan from vijayawada(andhra pradesh) sir i buyed set on may 21 and i got problem with that set on next day so i gave set on 22may in nokia care n they gave me after 2days, again i got problem with that so, again i gave it in nokia care at this time they gave my set after 20 days, so after 10 days again i got problem with that so again i gave it in care this time they gave set after 10 days and now again im facing problem with it what i must do? nokia care people behavior is not good, and the nokia care is in elure road, the manager, and other people are not responding properly, so at this time i will wait for 10 days i[censored] wont respond means i will apply it in court, so please respond me my mobile number is [protected]

NOKIA XPRESSMUSIC 5310 — very pathetic phone

This phone I brought from Nagpur, during one year warranty period I have to go to customer care for at least 7 to 8 times . the phone gets slow and hangs up and the keypad becomes inactive . every time the customer care representative says that it is due to virus problem and they flash(reinstall) the mobile, but as far as I know this phone runs on java and there are no virus for this software and also no anti-virus software utility available for this model. they always ask to format my memory card, but I scanned the memory card with different anti viruses like AVG, quick heal, avast and pc celien but no threat detected, I formatted the card as per there instructions before inserting it back to my mobile but again after 2 months time I am again facing the same problem. very pathetic phone suggestion to the persons who are planning to buy a good handset with all this feature don't go for Nokia try another handset's like samsung or sonyerricson
