[Resolved] Nokia 6085 — Problem with Screen Display | |
Dear Sir, I have purchased a Nokia 6085 from M/s Paragon vide Bill. No. 3605 dated 22.06.2007. As it is a flap model after being purchased within…. All of a sudden display on flap disappears. I contacted to Nokia care “Rama telecom” 41-42 opp jmb oswal complex sarang marg suraj pole Udaipur ( Raj.) on 14.11.07. I left my phone at Nokia Care with a job sheet No. 5 got back my phone on 05.12.07 but not in proper working condition. I was surprise to see such a poor service from Nokia care. Very same day i.e on 05.12.07 I have being given another job sheet No. 5 and I have to give my phone back to Nokia Care. Then I got back my mobile phone approx. after 1 ½ months in working condition. The same problem again found in the mobile set on 04.03.08 and given to “ Rama telecom” Udaipur ( Raj.) on 04.03.08 vide service job sheet No. 13 dated 04.03.08 and same was received by us after 1-1/2 month time after repair. At last sir as my handset is only 15 months old out of which it has been with you and Nokia Care approx 4-5 months and the problem has been delayed just to pass the warranty period because it has very same problem now also. So you are requested to replace my handset with a new one or I have no other option to go to Consumer Court. Looking forward for a positive attitude from your side. nokia(6085) — display problem,poor service
Dear Sir/MadamI have purchased nokia(6085) on last year in august,my phone is in warranty period,there is problem in display,when i visited ur nokia care centre in phase 7 mohali, they said that there is some problem in ur fold chip,i dont know what it is,but according to ur company(nokia care centre phase 7 mohali employee) my phone problem is not cover under the warranty period,can u tell me why so,and there service,how to talk with customer,they dont now even this,i am very disappointed from ur service,i[censored] want to maintain customer faith on ur nokia care centre ,then please also check on ur nokia care centre services provided to customer.please also mentioned when ever any one buy phone o[censored]r company that these things will be under warranty or not,from my side may be i will not buy any phone o[censored]r company.

Sir,
The product is in warranty period till 9 Jul 08. I approched your service centre at Kasaragod. They took the phone and sent to Ernakulam centre for repair. After 1 month they returned as it is saying could not be repaired, water gone inside.
It is really rediculous. Really I don't know or remember how did water gone inside and I am sure it didn't happened. Rest all functions are operational.
It is very much regreted to me and not expecting such a silly excuse from a company like Nokia . It means you are not customer oriented.
Please do the needful.

Nokia 6085 — Is hardware is freely repairable within warranty period??
Hi,I have NOKIA-6085 under warranty period.From a month or twice i amn't able to insert memory-card into it, so i went to NOKIA customer service NIgdi. they told me that the lock has been broken.Though my phone is under warrenty period, to repair the same they are asking me to give 900 rs . I just want to know is this the case that hardware is not freely repairable for piece under warranty??

6085 — mobile screen is not working but mobile on
Dear Sir,myself is vikas kumar from Sirsa, Haryana. I have a nokia mobile model no. 6085 vide purchase date 25-Sept.-07. Before 15 days my mobile is not working i went nokia customer care M/s Aneja Enterprises, Opp. New L.I.C Building, Old Hospital Road, Sirsa, Haryana. we asked to custmer care when my mobile repaired they are not sufficent answer to me. my mobile is under warranty period but your nokia care centre is says that we are not given warranty repair. They harrasement to me. plz do action on my complaint as soon as posible.

Nokia 6085 — Display not working
Since I baught this cell withing a month I had to take it to Nokia Care as Sound was not coming through the speaker. The same thing happened two times in a year. Now the display is gone and I am not getting it replaced. Now screen is all blue blue. Please help me. i have prob in my nokia6085 mobile applying themes

we have purchase the mobile - nokia - 6085, the mobile working in all respect. but no display is working. we approach nokia care at vadodara. ray rhythem. they say that it is not repairable. we surprise to listen this. because the mobile is working with outgoing and incoming calls. only display is not working.ramesh patel

I purchased a NOKIA 6085 from Link Telecom Private Ltd, New Alipore, Kol - 53 on 3rd Feb 2007, Delivery note: 04/HS706-07/Fbe/018.After arond 9 months of operation it started giving problems and I gave this for repairing to
Anand International, 227, D H Road, Kol - 34 on 22/Jan/2008 videJob Sheet No:[protected]/080122/16.
On following up everytime they say please come two days later but these two days never seem to end.
And moreover it is under guarantee period.
I request you to kindly look into the matter and instruct me what to do next.
