[Resolved]  Nokia 6233 — battery problem

Nokia 6233 — Problem on my Handset on also on Battery

Hello Sir
I have purcheased a Nokia 6233 mobile on 15/06/08 from Planet-M(Big Bazar), Bhubaneswar, Orissa. The problem is that i have not found any 20 digit number over my battery, there is only a 7 digit number present even there is no such option for scratch. Another problem is that when i play a song the speaker creates some unusal sound even during talking when i switched on the Loudspeaker it creates some odd sound, when i told them abt this problem they told me that is my SIM problem. regardings this i have gave a complain to Nokia Care, Bangalore, till now they have not responsed any thing. I have already loose my faith over Nokia brand. I have only option to go against them and do a consumer case. Please sir help me ragarding this, i waiting for ur reply.

I have purchased Nokia 6233 model cell phone on Feb.2007. While charging the battery it becomes hot, recently I have opened the cover and found that the battery has swollen and after full charging battery discharges quickly. ( After 6-7 calls)

There for I want to confirm from your side for how many period your warranty stands for battery.

Is it safe to use the same battery or to replace.

I have Nokia 6233 Mobile since Last 1 Year. My mobile battery full charged but when i received call its automaticaly low
battery indication and auto swith off the mobile ?

initially i had no problems with the battery but now my battery gets discharged very quickly
in 12 hours ..
Initially it used to give a backup of 3 days
