To. The Customer Care Nokia Sub: Complaint on Nokia set 6280 series Dear Sir, I would like to bring to your kind notice the following information for your immediate attention and action. Being a customer from South Karnataka (Hubli) I had purchased Nokia 6280 Series on (08/12/2006) .with EMI bearing NO. [protected] Within two months I noticed a complaint that my set was on Camera Standby mode, which was immediately notified to the dealer (Nokia Priority) who attended to my complaint I was given a set with new EMI bearing No. [protected]. After 2 months. After using it for 4 months, again for the second time the same problem persisted, for which I had to approach the dealer and handed over the set on 28.8.2007 for rectification. After 2 months I was told that the set cannot be repaired and hence I was given another EMI bearing NO. [protected]. Immediately the very next day there was the same problem where the set was again handed over to the dealer. Looking to the above repetition complaints, I would like to demand for New Model set of Nokia of the same price at today’s market price. Hope the matter is clear, and expect your good self to look in this matter and sort out the issue at the earliest failing which the matter will taken seriously. Thanking you Note. nokia 6280 — getting more problems after repair
Before one month i got some problems with my mobile(Nokia6280) like call recieving(audio) problem, and its a sliding type mobile. i have given to nokia care n they broken its panel. they returned it after 40 days replaing a new panel . then i got new problems after servicing it like keypad problem,camera is haning, n for video(songs,,) option mobile is geting switch off.nokia care people sent mobile to chennai.geting more problem after servicing,
Please check it and i hope you will solve my problem in a very quick time,
Even now, after recieving my mobile if get any problem, u have to replace new Nokia 6280 else
i'l claim on u. Hope u will do a better service atleat now.

i am pawan sharma at kannauj uttar pradesh.iam buy a nokia 6280 mobil phone sewak electronic kannauj. set IMEI no. 358356/00/296548/5 my set is already repeared in 5time your athorized Service center Apxe Telicom Kanpur. nokia 6280 — Phone doesn't work at all
Dear TeamI hv always stuck to Nokia since the years i hv started using mobile service. I bought this piece - 6280 at 17000 and within 9 months i had problems with the phone and had to get it repaired. But soon after getting it repaired the phone completely went dead one day by when the warranty had expired (to get it repaired the service center took some 15 -20 days). ANd to have it repaired, the repair center is asking for 4500.
I am still not able to part with the phone and expect Nokia to do something abt it atleast since i hv been such a ardent fan of nokia pieces.

hi,i have nokia 6280 handset ... i m not able to set pasword for my memory card... even if i do set the password it can be opened and it doesnot asks for any password ... please assist me how to set password and have my memory card password protected so that while using my celphone none can open the mamory card...

nokia 6280 — Lost of Mobile Phone
Sir,I Nokia 6280 IMEI No.[protected] had lost in Apollo Hospital ( Sarita Vihar ) . I had registered an FIR in Sarita Vihar Police Station. But There was no response from them. I had requested them to kindly Track my Mobile phone by its IMEI No.
Therefore I want to know what is the procedure to track lost mobile phone.
I hope you will accept my complaint and kindly look into this matter.

nokia 6280 — UNSATISFIED SERVICE AND SERVICE CENTER
Hi,I gave my mobile NOKIA 6280 to V.S.Communications, 5 & 6 Aditya mansion, Opp New Kapra Municipal Office, Kamala Nagar, ECIL, Secunderabad. on 01/Sep/2009 at 13:43.
My mobile had a display problem for the first time, there was no concern with the set before. They gave my hand set on 28/Sep/2009 telling that they have fixed the problem, but after getting the mobile back home I have connected for charging and suddenly the screen went blank. I called them next day and they told it is common. With in not much of time I had to give it back to them as the DISPLAY PROBLEM RECURRED.
I gave my mobile back to them on 6/Oct/2009 at 13:09, till date the concern is not fixed and they are not giving me proper answer. Apart from this, when I went to take my mobile back, they told that this concern will be fixed by any NOKIA TECHNICIAN. When they told this, I asked them to give my mobile back, for my SHOCK ! THEY GAVE A MOBILE WITH THE DIFFERENT PANEL. The sliding part of the mobile has been replaced by a different panel.
Please, look into this concern and help me to get this concern get fixed at he earliest.
After being repaired for display my memory card is asking for password but have never protected it with password.

nokia 6280 — Bad customer service
I bought Nokia 6280 nearly one year ago,it has developed aproblem,you cant receive and make a call.Yet net work signals are very strong!please asist me .
