Nokia / 6300 — new phone not working properly as they have committed features.

I have purchased nokia 6300 in the month of feb 2009, Whatever they have committed about feature that was not working, in other way they have cheated me.till date i am continuously following with nokia care and local office but no response i have got till date. I have wasted my time and money for good two months.I can say only NOKIA IS WORST & I DON’T KNOW LEAST WORD THAN THIS.Pls help me to get this resolved

i have 6300 mobile, past few days, key pad not working properly. i could not unlock this mobile.
i faced same problem in 12th Aug 2009( Purchase on 21st June 2008), at that moment i gave nokia care.After it is working properly. Again i Faced Same Problem, i want to know reason, is there any virus problem or hardware problem. please give ur valueable suggestion.

Nokia 6300 — poor service

myself piyush jaiswal 4m nagpur, i have purchased the same above mobile on last mounth near by 26th sept 2009 from nokia dealer or nokia care centre that is p.r.mobile and on third day of the mobile when i have opened it from packet at that time after using a phone afer an 1 or 2 hr. then phone is being error that contact service, while showing that mobile to the nokia care they say that they need to send it to the their head office and you will get your mobile within 30 days.

After getting the mobile then the same problem occur after an hour. then also while showing the mobile to the same nokia care centre central avenue nagpur. they again says me that we need to send it to the head office.
so up till the date we havent get back my cellphone so kindly arrange us the new cellpone on behalf of that phone for better usefullness.
