[Resolved] Nokia 6300 Handset — Not getting replacement (battery backup issue,instrument getting heated & display screen issue) | |
On 17th August I had purchased Nokia 6300, from last 1 month its started giving issue, low batter backup(1 hours), Hanset is getting heated & also in the dispaly I can see some dots. Last week i went to shop "Tata Fone Center " & explained the issue he said go to Nokia care center Kalyan. on 5th Oct. I went & I asked them to replace the handset since its newly purchased 5they aslo refused. I need your help to replace my handset. Hi,This is to bring to your notice that i lost my Nokia 6300 While I was on a Business trip to Dubai .

Blocking the usage of phone visa IMEI numbers is not in the hands of the service provider.
Its in the hands of Assistant commissioner of police or equivalent cadre. You need to file a FIR with local police station and then need to approach Cyber crime police with the same FIR.
Then your phone will be blocked.
