NOKIA 6500s — fed up with service

Dear Sir,

Please to inform that I bought a nokia 6500s hand set dated 1st June2008 and the Display problem ocurred in the set after 10 days,
I submit the same set to Nokia service centre on 10th June and the set was handed over to me on 25th after lot of Follow ups.
The very same day I found the same problem in the set and also it was not detecting the memory card. I kept the mobile with me to check the other functions and i gave the mobile bcak to service centre on 30th july.
From that day onwards I am doing regular follow ups with Nokia srvice centre and they are giving me different excuses every now and then, I will really get mad as I am a private working employee and not able to manage time to call every now and then.
As my life has become miserable without my mobile. This is a total harrassment by Nokia .
You are requested to please look into this.

Nokia 6500s — Worst Quality Product and Hell like Customer Service

I purchased a Nokia 6500s on 19-07-08. After 15 days I got some problem of bad pixels in my phone. Then i decided to go for customer care. I went their and show my phone to them. They told me that we are unable to repair your phone right now. You have to leave your phone for 20 days, we will sent your phone to Major repair center. I left my phone there for 20 days. I spent these 20 days without any phone because i don't have any other phone. After 20 days I call them up and ask for my phone. They told me that we replaced your phone. You can come and get it. I went there and recieved the replaced phone. But at that time it was not accepting memory card. I thought i should format the card. I came back to my place. I tried hard to format that memory card from the phone but it was always showing Operation Failed. However the other phone was reading the same memory card. I went again to the customer care. I told them its not accepting my memory card. They used their 3 memory cards but phone was not accepting any of them. Then they told me sir we are unable to solve the problem. You have to leave this phone for 20 days. I denied to leave the phone because i already leave my phone for 20 days and they were asking for other 20 days.
I want to know what is my fault? Why should i suffer for all the problems which are caused by the Nokia Company. Is it my fault that i am paying a large amount of money for such type of worst quality product and customer care like hell. Now a days where every one have a phone to use. Is it possible to spent even a single day without phone? Its a mental torcher from the comanies who are providing the worst Quality product and Hell like customer service. I spent my 2 hours in nokia Care(Micronas Telecom). Whre i found that ven for a small problem they have repeted line for every customer"Sir, you have to leave your phone for 15 - 20 days, would you like to leave your phone" otherwise go to hell, we cann't do anything. After that i sent them four mails and called them four times but still there is no updates regarding my problem. If their is any law with the customer. Please follow that law against this type of worst customer services. I want to warn Nokia that if they will continue with this type of services to their customer. It could create a very big Issue, which can affect the existence of Nokia in India. So its my Humble request to you people please Don't try to make your customers to cross the limits. I am very confused that you people are Connecting People OR Harreshing People. Please don't make me advertise about your worst Services because i am in same profession and can reduce atleast 1% of your customers through out the world. So I am again requesting you to take it servious and try to solve my pboblem ASAP.

i read on the internet that the imei would define that the mobile is original or fake. that is if your mobile imei number consists your serial 7th and 8th number as 00 then it is original. and also i think it is true. some of the new nokia mobiles contain imei numers 01 or 02 and not 00.is it right that they are fake or they are original. china mobile also contain 7th & 8th number as 01 and 02. i also purchased nokia n73 in 2008 but it is very different from mobiles in 2005. mobiles in 2008 are very poor quality but prices are very high because of warranty?

hi...i am mahendra...i had a vaery bad experince with nokia people .i bought a mobile [6500 slide(IMEI NO. [protected]] before 9 months, after a month' a line came in to the display ' i visited to nokia care ...after a lot of struggle i submitted my mobile phone and concerned resolved and i got my mobile phone after 5 days... after 2 or 3 months ..it started hanging ... then i thought its a simple problem then after a month its keep on hanging ...then i walked to nearby nokiacare based in " sector 10 " i submitted my mobile phone ...a representative told me that it may be we will take 5 or 15 days..u can imagine how difficult the life is without a mobile phone ...but anyhow i managed ...i called them and i got my mobile phone with in the minimum days ...i asked them thrice ..is it ok ..they assured ..offcourse...then the bad days again starts after a week ...its keep on hanging ..i am working as a assistant TL in a BPO and studying aswell..its not easy for me to go nokia care that frequently ...i had been facing the problem for a month ..then on a weekend ..i managed to go near by nokia care sector 10..representative was very casual she did not try to understand my concern ...after a long discussion ..when i found that she could not help me ..then i asked for a manager and the manager was pathetic...when i am repeating my self he was smiling...i was asking for a replacement handset ...he told me straightaway that i can not give u a replacement and i would not give u any other no for nokia ... then i asked for his R.O.M. no he did not give me ...and the day was a hot summer and i was hungry ..and any how i arranged the customer care no ..i spent 28 minutes with their CCR and he assured that he will arrange a call back but its more than 5 days but i didnot get a call back from them ...plz try to put yourself in my place then u will get to know how frustrating it is.
i want to ask from u what was my fault ..its only that i am a poor helpless customer ...i want to know from u why a customer is paying for all these things everytime...its not only about me ..who is facing this problem ..when u walk to a nokia care then u get to know ..how they are treating with their customer ..i do not understand one thing that a company [nokia] belongs from a differnt country is generating revenues and very secured but on the other hand we are paying for that
do u know that, why most of the companies find indian market is best ...because in india no one is listening to the customer ...so plz understand my situation and u have to do some thing..because it comes under my right...so plz do somethng for the indian customers and stop their monopoly

Dear All,

Can some one please kindly help me in tracking my mobile. It is Nokia 1100 and I dont have the IMEI Number of the set.
The mobile was stolen while travelling on 23rd of July at around 1200 hours.
I have informed the police to track my handset. But as per police without giving IMEI no. it is impossible to track the mobile.
But my surprise I found that till date i.e. today 26.08.2009 the person who stole my handset still using my mobile number.
Whenever I gives a ring he disconnects the call and he gives me the missed call.
