Nokia 7310 supernova — Features & Funtions not working

Dear Sir/ Madam

I have purchased a 'Nokia 7310 Supernova' mobile phone after studying the functions and
features of the mobile on 'nokia.co.in' website. But i have observed that the phone does not the
functions. the functions are given on website as well as in the manual of the phone.
I have updated its software at 'Nokia care' centre in Pune. But they are not ready to do anything
regarding the disfuntional functions.

7310 — Not Working

wide Bill No- 3253 Dt05/12/2008. after few days it becomes falty i return to dealer for repair
after a long wait he did not return my set i visted so many times to the dealer but in vain
so u r requested to take action
