[Resolved]  Nokia — caller tune

Sir,

A force caller tune has been installed in my vodafone No.[protected] which I was busy with taking my urgent job. After stopped my phone whithout hearing full as I was busy I surprisedly found the msg # Vodafone "caller Tune has been activated on your Vodafone mobile phone.Rs.30.00 will be deducted as monthly rental Sender Vodafone. I hereby strongly protest the above act. I ask who gv such liberty to deduct amount withiout my consent. Is it not attitude of harass a bonafide customer? Pl take immediate action and refund back my deducted amount hence forth and stop such type o[censored]nwanted business.

As I was busy with taking dectation from my boss when I got the ring tone at about 1-2 pm from one unknown phone and as quickly as possible I stopped the same. But after 15 to 30 minutes I got a msg that "you have successfully activate yr caller tune service. To find the song of your choice send <song name> to55655. Also received one msg from Vodafone that "caller Tune has been activated on your Vodafone mobile phone. Rs.30.00 will be deducted as monthly rental" sender Vodafone.

Sir, here I ask who gv such liberty to deduct amount from me without my consent.
Pl take action and deactive the above msg. with immediately and let me know the action take.

Dear Sir,

A force caller tune was installed in my mobole [protected] which is seriously rediculous. I requested thru 55655 to my choice song but till now no action taken. Please take immediate action and put my choice ' Nava Anande Jogo' caller tune.

Sir, Bsnl gave me free caller tune in Durgapuja.On 6/11/2008 a message came"Dear Subscriber, your free BSNl tunes will expire totmorrow, please call 56700 if you wish to set another tone as your PRBT" It means if i am not want to continue i will not call.
But on 07/11/08 Rs.15/= deducted from my Accounts, when i ask customer care, they said u will not read the full message.but i have the only message that i had written above.

It means BSNL forcely deduct Rs.15/= from me.

nokia set — Call tune stop

I am Anjum Khan, I want to tell you that my sister Sabana Azmin Biswas have facing a problem, my sister mobile number is [protected]. Unfortunately she get a message for caller tune and vodafone cut his balance for three months for caller tune. She didnot want a caller tune. Please stop his caller tune.

Nokia — Refund caller tune subscription

caller tune de-activated on 27 Jul 09 but subscription deducted from my prepaid balance amount on 03 Aug 09 & 03 Sep 09 (total Rs 50/-). I have lodged a complain vide complain No. [protected] dated 04 Sep 09 at 14:19 hrs (lodged by Position No. 62 after confirmation that no caller tune available on my cell-phone). I enquired as per the instruction provided by customer care service (near about daily after 24 hrs). On 08 Sep 09 I have been intimated by Position No. 19 that the deducted amount for two months will be refunded by 10 Sep 09. On 10 Sep 09 at 21:00 hrs I have been intimated by Position No. (willingly not disclosed) that as per our record your caller tune deactivated from 08.09.09 and no money will be refunded once it has deducted from your account at any cost. My cell phone No. [protected]. Please do the needful to refund my amount which was deducted wrongly.
