[Resolved]  Nokia — Vodafone- Waste caller tune setter

Hi,

I have switched from Airtel to Vodafone.I could see very bad customer care for Vodafone.No ontime response. Customers like simplicity, Flexible and best quality but we cant find in Vodafone. Customers like easy accessible to customer care but as soon as we dial we need to listen to all offers.No direct number to reach out customer care.When we call "111" we could hear "pls hold on line while we connect to vodafone care" after sometime you will see call disconnected.
I have called up to vodafone customer care for caller tune. He just told me to dial for search results (List of songs) movie name to 55655.I did the same thing i got the results but again we need to send the song serial number to 55655. I did that but again different song is setted as my caller tune where people really get irritated after calling up to my mobile number.

Vodafone — no customer care from vodofone

Am basically a customer of hutch and after vodofone took over hutch ,the service what i am getting is pathetic .

i dont know how a great company like vodofone (u.k 's no 1) took over hutch in india and became last .(IN CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP)

shocking thing is i dont have a acess from my cell to vodofone customer care .Really a great service .....

Sir,

I received the collertune message. But i am not interested in callur tune. But you people it self send one more message that as per your request caller tune added. and we deducted Rs.30 as a monthly rental. For you people show me any evidence that i accepted the callur tune. it is happing repeatedly. simply deducting Rs.30/-.
When customer request then only take action. Without any request dont deduct any amount.I am from karnataka bangalore from Times of india news paper.

I request you deactivate caller tune and repay my amout as soon as possible.
