Nokia — delayed of giving phone by the service center

i hav submit my cel on 15 of jan and he given me a target delivery date of 20 jan but when i go there to collecting my phone the service centre didn't give my phone and they told to collect on 8 feb its so long time .so i requested to help me.thanku

NOKIA MOBILES — Delay in returning the phone

I have a nokia 6110 navigator, there is some problem in my mobile and I give it to Nokia service center at Bittan Market, Bhopal (M.P.) since there is no proper response come from their side since 18/02/2009.

Nokia — warranty service delay

I had submitted my handset Nokia X6-00 at Nokia care @paradise circle on 06-Mar-2012 with job ID:120306/7 in which the target date of delivery as 06-mar-12 only.without any arrangements of spare/backup for the same
so,please help me in this regards,

The best you can do is:-
Do you have a garbage bin at home?.If yes, burn your phone completely and make sure all your anger with the phone is over and then trash it in that garbage bin.After you do this just take an pledge that you will never ever do the mistake of buying a Nokia again.
I wrote this because I bought an N8 and it was not even used properly for one day and has been sitting with nokia since 23april 2012 and nokia has still not returned that phone, i was asking them to pay me back the money i paid them since i feel that Nokia is destroying the phone even more.Better give the phone back to Nokia and get a refund and buy some samsung galaxy phones.
Go and get your money back.Nokia is a downtrodden company so before they eat up your money, return your phone and get refund and feel happy rather than been sad that Nokia cheated you for your entire life.
