[Resolved]  Nokia — unhappy servicing Center

Hi,
I bought the nokia 7710 from nokia dealer but, the cell phone was getting hang and the switched off but every time they gave it back and said ur cell phone is ok , but now my cellphone doesn't switch On and my warranty period is also expired, And then when I went to nokia Servicing Center under HCL Ulubari, Guwahati after giving my cellphone to nokia they said to contact them after 5 or 6 days, when I contact nokia servicing center they replied me my phone is ok . but doesn't happen. Well I was really shocked.So, when I went there still my problem is same and also they said that they can't repaired.
Therefore, I would like to say you that please kindly look this matter seriously...... and hope you will solve very soon.....!!!

I had bought a new nokia 2760 on 30th march 2009 from THE MOBILE STORE ARYA NAGAR KANPUR. From very first day I am facing problem with my phone. Every time I get a call and open the flap to receive it the call gets disconnected and the phone screen goes blank, after some time it does resume back to normal but still that call is not shown in the call history.I reported this matter to the shop owner but he could do nothing about it.Instead he suggested me to show it in nokia care.I did visit SS SERVICES CHUNNIGANJ KANPUR NOKIA CARE CENTRE on 5th may and after a day they told me that they have repaired my cell phone.I got my repaired handset I found that my handset is still having same problem. Please do something as I am suffering daily from huge losses in my business as my customers can't contact me on time.

I bought nokia 5800 on April 19th 2009.
from second day i got problem in my phone..
i got error message " Memory full. Close some applications and try again"..

nokia care people also not rectified that problem..
in this stage i can't use camera, music, viewing messages, storing new contacts..anything not working..
only make a call, recieve calls,

And mokia care people send my mobile to chennai head office..but no use..i got same problem again..

can anybody tell me the solution...

i hav an 7610s phone ..i bought tht on the 8th of Nov...the phone was dead in 30 days...on the 10th of Dec i went to the nokia care centre of cochin...they told me tht it will b repaired within a week...after a week when i visited them they said it will take another 2 weeks as they had to replace the part i dint say a word...after 2 weeks when i went again they told me tht the phone cant b repaired it has to b replaced i was still quite ...after 2 weeks they give me a new phone...after 2 weeks of getting a new cell the increasing volume key, auto focus key and the music key stopped functioning ...then after few more weeks the phone was dead again ...i went to the nokia care again and they told me to cum after 2 hrs...after getting the cell u need to sign the delivery reciept i was abt to sign but i thought of checking it again and when i checked the auto focus key was still not working...i told him abt it and he replied tht this part is not available and will take another 10 days...i told him tht i will cum bak after 10 days and he has to fix it ..but its just been 2 days and the keys r again off...i so bloddy pissed tht i feel like calling bad words...its just been 7 months and the phone has so many problems...i want u to do something rite away...i am really really sick and tired of this phone and ur nokia care ppl...i want u to refun my money or replace it...i am using nokia phone from past 10 yrs this is the first time i am experiancing like this...plz plz plz i want u to do something...i live in cochin, kerala.

Hi I am mohd .arif &i am purchasing nokia 3600 & and first time my phone is hanging probelom and i am going to green park sarveice center and his and my phone is ok my handset probelom in second time slider, hanging, and sim not read and i am going to kottal near (south ext) nokia care and his not she is was talking in wheary rughet and she is not my phone update so pls your services are very poor and i am not purchasing if any nokia phones you services are very very poor

I bought Nokia 3600 from basant plaza, new delhi on dt. 19.10.2008 after some time hanging problem was occured and I give mobile for repair to Nokia Service Centre, delhi kottala near south ext they send to new delhi) on my phone is hanging and sim card not read & slider probelom your coustomer care very rrot talking so im am not satisfy answer from yourside.
I say to very sorry, about your services as regarding company goodwill. I suggest in my knowing peoples to don't purchases Nokia Handset in future due to your worthless service centre
hello sir, iam using 5220 xpressmusic. from starting itself iam having lot of problems in my mobile, such as hanging and sound problem etc.. I approched nokiacare many time and they just reinstralled the software..but still tat problem is there and now days its process speed is going down...

I bought a nokia 5610 cel 6 months back, dat cel got heavy problems, so took it nokia care center at TUMKUR (SLAN' communication)... got flashed once it was done improrerly... so took i it after week again... they told us tht it was due to physical damage though it was not...they behaved very rudely...which they alwalys do... again after a month took it again...now this time they gave a new reason for not doing it.. water logged... it wasnt... n told us tht its non warranty n it gonna hare to check n repair... now who's gonna pay after investinting 12500rs... n it would cost 1400 again???? so took it out side shop they too contacted nokia care center... told the same rate.. so i thougth it would b better to dirt repair at nokia care center... so finally at non warranty as per them gave there... so now they have estimated 3500rs saying tht its LCD is gone n no display... now while giving cel was at working condition..but now cel is dead due to improper work... now TUMKUR (SLAN' communication) will pay for that??? they wont try to speak wit costumer proper, wont respond properly... very rude behaviour by evevry1... funny thing is out of 10 costumer 9 wil be having verbal fight wit them every day... come n experience once... so by this plz take some actio againt them or should we stop buying nokia cel??? TUMKUR (SLAN' communication) hell in TUMKUR never buy ur cel there...
I am having the same problem with Nokia, my hand set is N73 music edition and in one and a half years the expensive mobile just died and I have to spend a bomb to get it repaired. I have been corresponding with them which has made me even more disgusted by their arrogant attitude and replies. It is very convenient for them to hide behind the veil of warranty period as our legal system does not support the consumer and companies like nokia continue to sell substandard product in countries like INDIA it is sad but true. They could not have given the same reply to a customer in the US.The N series does have numerous problems and I hope the consumer watchdogs of our country look into this matter as there may be many people facing the same problem

I regret a lot to inform you about so many problems in my Nokia 5310 Music X-Press (Red) IMEI NO. - [protected] which I had Purchased on 15/04/2009 for Rs.8700/- form SPICE RETAIL LTD.(HOT SPOT) shop no. 1/9539, Main hanuman Road, pratap pura, Shahdara, Delhi-110032., and I was extra charge for its extanded warranty.

But it started creating too much problem in its MIC after working well till 02/06/2009. Later I Contacted the dealer for this problem and he assured me to solve it with in one week, So I Submittted it to the show-room for its reparing. But I got it back very late on 19/06/2009 with a new problem in its Music Key Which was not fitted in Panal (Body Loose).

Again I was asked to submit it on 20/06/2009 and assured that this problem would be rooted-out with in two days. But it has not been given to me so far and due to it, I have been facing not only too much problems but also losing my Precious dealings. It has broken my much belief in Nokia Company and its Products. Since, I have contacted Thousand of times to dealer of the Hot Spot Mobicare, Care line no: 60005566. And got the same replies which are still unbelievable for me. During it, I had to purchase an another phone to save my self from a terrible loss. According to the terms of dealings, I must have been provided a new Phone. But I was not provided.

Having a deep faith in the Manger of the Nokia Company, I request and hope you to solve this small problem out as soon as possible.

Dear Sir,
I hereby inform that i have purchased a NOKIA 5310 ( Xpress Music) handset providing a warranty period of 1 year. But. after 3 month from the date of purchased a meager problem arised regarding the non working of 1, 2, 3 dial key and the joystick. i thereby submitted the handset to the sespective customer care Dibrugarh (Assam) they have provid me the respective JOB NO 18792 they kept it for a period of 10 (ten) days and lateron when I approached them they asked me for another 5 days and ultimately returned the said handset in totally DEAD condition. when i asked them to bring it back in the previous condition. they have simply refused to do it and asked me to replace it with a new circuit charging an amount of Rs 4500/- which is totally unfair on my part.
so, it would be very kind of you if you take the matter to their ears.

Well I was really shocked.So, when I went there still my problem is same and also they said that they can't repaired.And the service center people not giving theproper answer to customer. In five days, I wnt to the office daily, He simply telling "Come tommarow. Ur phone is not yet repaired" The same thing they are giving in all days. First, please take the nessesary actions on That service center.
Therefore, I would like to say you that please kindly look this matter seriously... and hope you will solve very soon...!!!

I bought Nokia N73 from Priya Communication, Gurgaon on dt. 12.05.2009 after some time Camera problem was occured and I give mobile for repair to Nokia Service Centre, Najafgarh (Delhi) on Dt. 17.07.2009 my IMEI No.[protected]. But, went to the seller and he has attended the complaint. The handset has worked fine for a Day and the same problem came up again. I’m using your Nokia handsets since 6 years, but I have never faced any problems, but in this year during the month of Feb-09 I purchased your new mobile E-63 in which I am constantly facing different problems, related to its sound, software, and other functions, I’m not getting a proper response at the Nokia care center despite of my regular visit, over there since the last four days, presently I’m working with Vodafone so I need to be constant touch with my official mails, but because of this handsets my working is suffering.

Respected Sir,
On behalf of all the Nokia Brand Customers in Sriganganagar city i, am sending you this survey report held in sriganganagar(RAJASTHAN) within THREEE DAYS. Many reputed people took part in this Survey and the whole conclusion that we made is that –the condition of “SHINE TELECOM” popularly Known as “SHINE NOKIA CARE CENTER “ is very Disgusting. It is hard to believe that they are just playing with the time, money & instincts of their Customers. Infact this Liscence to Bark on the customers and Harrass them mentally and physically is given by your Own Company.
These people are taking advantage of being SRIGANGANAGAR(RAJASTHAN) a small city and the only NOKIA CARE CENTER here. Following are some common Problems Faced by the common man living in Sriganganagar, being spreaded by the “SHINE TELECOME” “THE NOKIA CARE CENTER
1.No time for a common man.
2.Keep on discussing their personal talks.
3.Never pay attention to their customers.
4.Bark loudly in front of aged persons.
5.Unaware of new technologies and new versions coming in NOKIA, they must be 12th failed students.
6.Keep on trying to delay the servicing time like that of dates given by the court unless or until the customer forget, frustrate or may die at their centre.

Let me tell You the incident happened with me on 27th july 2009, the day when my RTU Exams were Completed . My NOKIA N73 set was going through some Switching and Sim Placing Hardware Problem, On the same day, I went to SHINE NOKIA CENTER for servicing at 1:30 PM. They told me to come at 4-5 PM on the same day .At 5:00 PM I came to know that they had not even touched the cell. They then called me the next day at 11:00 AM, Still they were Unable to Repair my phone completely. They then given me their VISITING CARD just shown below and told me to call tomorrow

The next day(on 29th ), I tried every of the No. But not got any Reply, In worry of my Cell I reached SHINE NOKIA CENTER. They just returned my Phone back with no due respect and without any repairing Work. Wasted my Three Days, Time, Money, all...

It’s a Humble Request From All the Common NOKIA Set Customers Of SRIGANGANAGAR(RAJASTHAN) to take appropriate action against this SHINE NOKIA CENTER.
Infact the good one Is to REMOVE the NOKIA brand name from SHINE TELECOM. And get rid of it.
It would Surely be Benifitial not only for the NOKIA customers But also for the NOKIA COMPANY.
