[Resolved]  Nokia — unhappy servicing Center

Hi,
I bought the nokia 7710 from nokia dealer but, the cell phone was getting hang and the switched off but every time they gave it back and said ur cell phone is ok , but now my cellphone doesn't switch On and my warranty period is also expired, And then when I went to nokia Servicing Center under HCL Ulubari, Guwahati after giving my cellphone to nokia they said to contact them after 5 or 6 days, when I contact nokia servicing center they replied me my phone is ok . but doesn't happen. Well I was really shocked.So, when I went there still my problem is same and also they said that they can't repaired.
Therefore, I would like to say you that please kindly look this matter seriously...... and hope you will solve very soon.....!!!

every electronic item cause problem be cam dowan ask to nokia's care manager or so of that area they help to solve u r problem . i am also a goog customer of nokia .
nokia is a no. 1 barand they definately help to solve their problem.
I Sandeep Sharma, R/o Jammu, purchased the Nokia handset vide model no.1650 on date 13 Feb. 2009 but the handset is automatically switched off on dated 13 July 2009 exactly after the purchased date of 05 months.

Sir/ Madam, I belong to a poor family and I had a very much confident on the Nokia name but if this kind of problem is happened in the future then how could we believe on Nokia name.

Sir / Madam, I had given to the handest to my nearest Nokia Care center and after that I have no phone to continue my communication to my family and related to mine.


Sir, i had given this handset on dated 14 July 2009 vide Job sheet no.[protected] service center deatiil below mentioned:-

1/B, Muncipal Market, Near J&K Bank, Main Road Bakshi nagar Jammu.

Kindly look this matter on priority basis and solve this problem.

Please don't spoil the name of Nokia.

Dear Sir,
I want to bring to your kind notice that my Nokia N 72 model (purchased on 14- May-2008) developed trouble. ‘Switch on’ and ‘switch off’ used to occur automatically. For removal of this trouble I approached your authorized care center which is at Taskand Marg, near Patrika Chauraha, Allahabad today near about 12 noon. At the center one Mr. Ranjeet Kumar took my aforesaid Nokia N72 Model and went inside the shop and told the applicant to come after 2 hours so that necessary repairs be done. When I approached again after about two hour then aforesaid Ranjeet Kumar told me that the display screen and key board are out of order and they need replacement and will cost near about Rs. 2000/. When I told him that both were working accurately when I handed over the set to him for repairs, only as aforesaid, “switch on “ and “ switch off “ were creating trouble the aforesaid Ranjeet Kumar misbehaved and I was forced to leave the shop. Then, I showed the set to a private mechanic then he told that display screen and keyboard have been changed with damaged one, that is why display screen has now stopped functioning, which was in functional order when the set was handed over to aforesaid Ranjeet Kumar for showing the defect to the System Engineer at your aforesaid center.

You are, therefore requested to look in to the matter and take steps to check the aforesaid fraudulent mentality and behavior of your care center at Taskand Marg, Allahabad, otherwise customers’ confidence regarding your company will be badly and adversally effected.
Hoping an early action in the matter.

hi,
i went to a hot spot store at garia kolkata...there a gentleman was busy buying a battery 4 his cell phone...there were 3 salesmen and 2 women...2 of the ladies along with 1 salesman took out the battery and 1 of them (the salesgirl ) put the original battery in her pocket abd gave him some other battery in front of my eye...i pointed out 2 them ...and they had nothing 2 say...i hope proper action should b taken against them...the entire thing happened 2day (7:15 pm ...10th august 2009)

My self Govind Prasad living in Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan using nokia cell phone from long time but this time im using ur mobile nokia 1209. The cell phone is in warranty period.i faced a big problem of bettery. it does not charge and it has always switch off.

When I go your Nokia Service Centre in Swai Madhopur, Rajasthan on date 17th Aug 2009.and give mobile for repaire to OM & he said that you can take this half an hours when I go back to take my cell he told me I can't repaire this (set will not repaire) and suggest that either you can exchange this to new one or purchese new one. I am confused about his decision and go to another repaire center but i was totally surprised when the technician told me that the internal parts of the set has been changed to local parts.

When I went to Nokia Service Centre and speak to om about set he is ready to fight me with all staff and said to me that if it is purched through us than we can repaire it but when I repeated my question that all internal parts has been changed from this set after a few moment om & other staffs were stood front of me with stick, bled & belt and they pushed, kicked and fell down me on the floor and attacked me & loadge the FIR against mine.

I requested to you please look these (This was happend thired time as suggested by local people) type of matter seriously and take a big decision to keep safe & secure your valuable customer

Nokia/mobile phone model 2760 — Repaired thrice within warrantee period but still not working

We have purchased Nokia mobile phone model 2670 , IMEI No. [protected] from The Mobile Store, Essar Telecom retail Limited, 1627, jaiswal Tower, napier town , Jabalpur, India vide their invoice no.MP/01406/00001/5513/5513 Dt 22.08.09.
The set started giving trouble in swiching on within 4 months and the same was sent to authorized nokia care centre Sapna Telecom , A/4 , Dutt apartment, Sneh vihar, napier town, Jabalpur , India ( The reference of job sheet not available ), The same was repaired by them and delivered back to us in more than 1.5 months. Within 2-3 days the set developed display problem hence the set was returned back to the centre( no job sheet issued. Again the set was repaired and returned back to us after more than a month. After working ( not 100 %) for only a few days , the set again developed the same problem.
This time the set was delivered to the service centre vide their job sheet no.[protected]/090630/40 dated 30th June 2009. The set was finally delivered back to us on last week of August 2009 and it hardly worked for 2 Hrs and developed display problem.
Upon approaching the service centre , they informed that since the warranty has expired on 21/8/09,
when the set was still at the service centre, nothing can be done now. Upon argument , they informed that you are free to go to any court of India and nothing will be done.
It is surprising that the set has hardly worked for less than 6 months in all in a year and the warranty expired when the set was still at the service centre , the company is refusing to replace / repair the set and the repaired set has in fact never worked.
We are now left with no option but to wait for say another 15 days for response from your end and then initiate legal action against the company and the service provider and also make vide publicity of the same through local news papers/ TV Channels.
looking forward to a possitive response from your end.

how could nokia 5800 LCD screen broke without a scratch on its top face..
customer care guys say its broken from inside..lol.
i didnt pricked a pin inside it..the thing is NOKIA 5800 LCD panel is of low quality and NOKIA shuld go for free replacements of LCD for customers under warranty

bt i am ask this phone price in other shop then time i know actual price of this mobile is Rs.6750
so this is a frod with me and this not a good b'coz showroom is fix price center if this type act will
happen so nobody go the showroom. Plz back my money and take a action on the show room owner.
i am not statisfied. Kindly help me what to do

Thanks for your reply, I have visited the Nokia care where I submitted my handset due to some problem with the USB connection, after getting repaired approximately after 24 days, I got the call from Nokia Care for collecting it but it was in very bad condition, looking like as one or two years old & used handset [The keys were loose condition & some sctratches was also there]. I bought my N73 music edition in the month of May'09, it was hardly 4 months I used the handset & it was very new & good condition when I have given into Nokia care centre in Ulhasnagar.

I truely value Nokia as a brand & hope you'll support me to replace it with new handset at the earliest. I am really upset with this kind of services provided by Nokia. Its not good for Nokia to come this issue in public. Its a hard earned money for us which we put for purchasing utilities.

Therefore, I request you to change the handset at the earliest possible because rather than using nokia handset as a means of communication its painful instead.
I have purchased the handset for convenience & not for headache

I have really very bad experiece with Nokia I personally advise to every one please don't purchase nokia phone at any cost. please buy any other brand but not nokia. My phone is with nokia care centre from the last 1 year. Nokia is very bad company the management of nokia is very careless to their customer that why nevery buy nokia product.

Nokia Mobile Phone 2760 — Non delivery of set given for repair

The trust I was having with Nokia has shattered with one incidence and I will never recommend anybody to go for Nokia Mobile because of its poorest after-sales service and false promises I experenced recently Kindly listen the incidence:

I had given my Nokia 2760 for sevice at Nokia Service Centre, Infotel Services, 26/1, Hindustan Park, Near Fire Brigade, Gariahat, Kolkata-700029 (phone [protected]) on 29.08.2009. The problem was that battery was not taking full charge. (Job Sheet No[protected]/090829/15 dated 29.08.2009). The target date of delivery was 02.09.2009.

On 02.09.2009, I went to the service centre. After waiting one hour, I was told that set is not ready. On 14.09.2009, I received a phone call that the set will be handed over to me on 16.09.2009. Therefore, I went there on 16.09.2009. After waiting about half an hour, I was told that the set is not ready and it will definetly be given to me on 20.09.2009. So I went there on 20.09.2009. To my shock, I got the same reply that they are sorry as set is still not ready. I told them to give me time of their own even it is after one year no problem, but when after one year when I will go there, the set should be ready. I told them to give me in writing when the set will be ready. They themselves gave in writing that set will be delivered to me before 01.10.2009. Please note that the date was given by them and not by me. Today, when I checked up with the centre, they told that they have still not received the set from Delhi.

Please tell me what a joke it is. Nokia, being such a reputed company, was never expected with such kind of service. So I, as a mark of protest, donote my above mobile set to Nokia. Please please donot give false assurances to the people.

Atleast, I will never go for Nokia mobile now onwards and never recommend to others. May be it is due to wrong type of service centre chossen by me which has hampered the image of Nokia. Any how what so ever may be the reason, I did not get my set in time. So I donate the same to Nokia as a mark of protest...
