Sir,

This is to state a complaint with regard to 2 packets which I received through Speed post from Andheri, Bombay.

I received a packet by Speed Post on[protected], (postal seal is I.P.M.B.C. (D) N.D. 110002 Dated[protected] sent from ‘Mail Order Solutions India Customer Service Department, 406, Raheja Plaza, Plot No. 15/B, Parksons Press Compound, Off New Link Road, Andheri West, Mumbai – 400 053, which was supposed to contain a Battery of Nokia Phone. But I found the packet empty without the battery. I contacted NOKIA Office through phone who replied that they sent the battery but it might have been lost on the way in post.

Once again they sent me another Speed post which I received on[protected]postal seal is I.P.M.B.C. (D) N.D. 110002 DATED[protected] in which too the battery was found missing. Once again I contacted the NOKIA Office and they said it is lost in the journey through post.

Sir I really feel sorry, if the battery in question is lost in the Post. I humbly request you to make an enquiry and find how valuable things in the speed post as this can be found missing, as postal department is a trusted and century old Government machinery, rendering commendable services throughout. It is not the cost of the battery that worries me but the reliability of the department is at stake and stand questioned.

I am a social worker attached to a reputed NGO who works in the development sector in South India and I work in its head quarters in Bangalore. I had been working with many foreign nationals and always proud and boastful of my Country and the truthfulness of my countrymen. But incidents of such grieve us and are painful always.

I request your dear self to make an enquiry into the matter and please see that such incidents are not repeated as well as what happened to my battery.

I bought this more than a year ... suddenly I could not use it. Upon turning ON the screen display NOKIA then after about less than a minute the screen goes WHITE.

How much rupees i paid to solve this problem

Dear sir

I have purchased Nokia N70M mobile on march with the IMEI No - [protected]. Product Code :0539276.

But in the during this period it has been repaired three times. right now it is in the Nokia Care center at Goriahat Branch Kolkata with Job sheet No :[protected]/080801/64 dt 01.08.08
but till date i did not get repaired. i am totally fed-up with the Nokia Phone.. Please arrange to change my mobile. I don't want to take that mobile because totally unhappy with your nokia care. Every fifteen days it is repaired and they told me it ok but again it repeated.

Please suggest me that It can be possible to change my mobile.

Hi,

Today i bought a new mobile (NOKIA 2600C), but i am not sure where i have missed the battery, shopkeepers are saying that they have given the battery to me. But i could not find it once I reach my place. Battery number :0670547.

I really feel sorry about this. Could you please help me out in this issue.

Nokia — Battery missing

Hi,

I have bought a mobile from Sangeetha stores Chennai(Gandhi Road). After opening the box i am seeing battery is missing.While purschasing i talked to them to check.Still i am getting a phone without battery. What is the use of giving insurance when they themselves are thieves.


SANGEETHA IS A USELESS STORE PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THERE.
