Dear Sir,

I submitted my mobile phone model Nokia N 73 Music Edition for service in warranty to Care point Care point Jayanagar,Bangalore
Job sheet No[protected]/071226/23
([protected]@nokiacareindia.com ) on 26 December 2007 reporting minor joystic problem and keypad. Since then i am following up on them giveing numerous call every alerternate day but what answer i get is that your handset has gone for the backend service repair and they give me this number[protected]. But when i call on this number to my surprise they say that they have no information please call us tomorrow or sometimes your phone has been sent back to nokia care Jayanagar !!!!!!

I am really frustrated to hear these answers from a company which claims to be number one in Mobile phones. but sorry to say that the service which you provide to the customers is really pathetic...What im planning to do is buy a new cell phone NOT of NOKIA BRAND definetly this time and will sell of the Nokia N 73 M if some day i get it back.I am unable to tell you what problem i am facing without the cell phone.

I am Amar. I bought Nokia 5610 express music in dec. and in ten months my mobile was in Nokia care for more than 2 months. its so frustrating.The service provided by nokia is hopeless. I had given my mobile( it was not charging) on August 16th and till today i didnt get my set back. I had given my mobile in Nokia care BTM layout. Evrytime i go to nokia care people say some stories and ask me to come after some days and it keeps repeating.I am so frustrated that i am planning to file a complaint in Consumer court against Nokia care.First time i was given Mobile target delivery date as 30th august, 2008. when i went on that day i was told to come after 2 days. When again i went they gave my mobile back, same way as i had given them( without rectifying the problem-So disgusting, Is it kind of joke going on). Finally they gave me another day after shouting on 14th september. And till today daily i am going, but same old response.I am fed up of this.I think by the time i get my mobile back, my warranty will be over

Nokia care BTM layout people say my mobile is in nokia head quaters and it cant be repaired. They are telling they will give me some other set, but not the new one. I want to know the procedure, if my mobile cant be repaired.Why should i accept some other mobile( other than new one). I want response from support team. I want my mobile back in proper condition within 1 0r 2 days or else i might be forced to take some serious legal action against nokia care.

Nokia 2626 — no delivery at time

Today i went in to collect my handset after the one month time duration they have promised within which my handset would be ready.but today they give my phone in different colour then i refused to take it.
then they told me it will take 1 or 2 weeks.
now what can i do .this is the fault of company.

Nokia — Problem in mic,in Headset,on service execu.

I purchased nokia 5300 in May this year. but there is no satisfying sound in mic From last month.When I gived to Service Centre for this problem they take 24 days to solve but my problem is not solved.
While giving my handset, excu. take battery also. But does not write on Jobsheet, So my battery is losed.

Nokia — Nokia N70 Music Edition faulty under warranty period and Nokia is not accepting

Hi,

I had purchase Nokia N70 Music Edition in Nov 2007. After that I went to USA and came back in Feb and started using mobile. Mobile worked for 3-4 months perfectly but after that it started lot of problems like hanging, rebooting, no video and audio. I went to Nokia care and they kept it for 1 week and returned back to me. I inserted my SIM and found that the problem still persists.

I returned back to them. They again kept it for 1 -2 week and returned me back. It worked for 2-3 hours fine and then again started creating all those problems. Same day I shifted to Lajpat Nagar and then I went Lajpat Nagar Nokia care and they told that there is a white fluid inside it. I again went to Noida and Noida Nokia care denied to accept it. I called up consuler voice and lodged a complaint. Consuler Voice sent lot of mails to Nokia but they never replied. Please let me know who will help me out in this matter, as the mobile is still in Warranty period.

i purchased N73 ME last month But its my bad luck that the mobile is hangingwhile receiving a call or open the camera cover . I tried to switch it off and tried to on again After that the set is not getting on at all the display become white . I given it for repair in the nokia care they told me that the software problem and reloaded the software Two day it worked again the same problem and returned to the care centre again Now they are telling the memory card is faulty .Its under warranty so it will take 15 to 25 working days it seems See the fun i purchased a phone hardly used for 3or 4 days and rest of the days it was in the service centre till i didnt get back the mobile what a lucky guy i am !!!

Nokia 5610 — cell phone not working properly

i purchased new cell of nokia 5610 on 14 dec 2008 nd today is 17th dec 2008 and on that day only its started giving problem of restarting nd not reading ma mmc...

I have bought a nokia 3110 c mobile phone on 2-07-08 whose ESN/IMEI number is [protected] and product code is 0562611 from Ganpati Telecom Bhagalpur. the mobile is not charging through charger. It is in guarantee. I am giving it on Nokia service center (SARAL SANCHAR Dr. R.P Road Bhagalpur) but the officer of service centre says that it will repair on 7 days but 30 days have been passed.
I am going to buy a new mobile phne of other company if it will not be replaced immidiately.

As per telephonic talk with you on 29.12.2008 you told that above my Mobil set has received without clear Manufacturing Defect after sending four times to repair centre( Nokia Model No 3110C IMEI NO [protected]. Ref Job Sheet No 4th[protected]/081122/2 dt22/11/2008) and again 5th times sending for above purpose to direct to company for replacement tomorrow . I am very surprise that a big branded Mobil Company is giving such type of support to customer under guarantee. I have purchase above Mobil set on 13th sep 08 from onward same day our Mobil set is going continuously repair centre and as on date still Manufacturing Defect.
I spent RS 4500 approx but single day I cannot use Mobil set. As per your discussion I am Say in hard word that this is last chance for you provide replace set otherwise I will be take legal case file in consumer court. Still I have keep wait for 3.5 months for the same but further I cannot wait. Please provide me 5th job sheet no.ag my Mobil set is sending to company for replacement purpose. I request to you refer my case to higher Authority of Nokia Company for the same.

1 Set OVERHEATING.
2 Low Ringing Tone.

I WENT TO CARE CENTRE FOR ABOVE PROBLEM .Detail of job sheets under

2 SECOND TIME AGAIN GIVEN MOBIL SET TO CARE CENTRE ON 06.10.08 REF JOB NO[protected]/081007/18 DT 06.10.08 THOUGHT RAMA TELECOMHE HAS RETURN MOBIL SET ON 25.10.08IN SAME CONDITION WITHOUT SOLVE PROBLEM. I also talk on phone to Mr. Mukesh at your jaipur repair centre HCL and I DO REQUEST TO HCL l THAT BEFORE SENDING MOBIL SETTO UDAIPUR COMPLETE CHECK TO MOBIL SET BUT HE HAS DESPATCH MOBIL SET TO Udaipur without solve problem.
3 SAME DAY AGAIN PREPARED JOB SHEET NO 3638 DT 25.10.08 BY M/S Rama telecom and told that he will be send mobile set AT Jaipur for repairing purpose.
4 Yesterday I talk to Mr. Hari at your Bangalore office . ref complaint NO 2-3GHHRL DT 25.10.08.
Please look this issue and resolve this problem immediately because I SPENT the money RS 4435 / BUT single day we cannot use Mobil set and from date of purchase Mobil set is going repairing purpose and still defective as on date. I think that I have no mistake for purchase NOKIA Make Mobil Set. This is branded Company. Please give Mobil no of Responsible Person in NOKIA Company so that I can talk to him and solve my problem.

i purchase, nokia N73 latest piece of 12700hundred, from delhi malviya nagr from moblie store
in january after 10th, in feb by mistake it falled and there some problem came in mother board i.e it was bend as the personel said of nokia care. i gav them to rectify it they said tht they will send to mimbai, and they asked for 15 days
yesteday i went i took the phone in tht i find the joystick is not working
and they told tht it was teh problem from begining, u say how is it possible ki during time of taking there was no problem and after they told m elike this, and even it screen also faded, is it not the responsibilty
of nokia care to take care
sir i m goin to consumer court and i will file the case very soon if my leter is not checked and any step is not taken..

sir i submitted my cell 5610d-1 in nokia care as display backlight was not working...dey always changd d software n it works 4 few hours n again d same problem...i have submited d celll times in a week btd prob is still dere...i request you to take some action against dem...
I bought Nokia E63 just 5 days before.In this phone i faced a problem. while Surfing through the list of Images in Gallary>Images my phone's screen blinks.Its not a normal blinking. Its blink like black scratches. when i went to dealer he told me that its the problem with all Nokia E63 and E71 models.Is it so? If its so then Nokia should inform this to customer before.And if its not so then will Nokia Care Center will give me new E63?Its just 5 days that i bought this phone.Nokia really ruined my happyness as well as money. So what should i do now? Can I have new fresh E63?Even if Nokia Care center solve my this problem, then also how can i believe that i will not face same problem again in future?What if I face this Problem again after warranty period? Nokia — Since last 4 Months N72 is with Service Center

First complaint:

I have submitted Nokia Hand set to M/s SiddiVinayak Electronics bearing ASC no 549_434038 to rectify the Battery charging problem on December, 08'2008. They have charged me Rs. 450/- and returned the handset. Eventhou they charged 450/- but the bill was made for Rs.225 only.

Second complant :

The same charging problem was repeated and Handset was submitted to Nokia Care center on December, 29'2008 for repair.

They asked Rs.1400 for repair the same and estimated approx. time given to me 10-12 days.

After 4 Months, service center people want to return the handset without repair saying that it has physical damage.

They have done some thing wrong with the Handset and want to escape.

Pl do justice for me.

I had purchased the hand set since 1 month but did not use for a single day due to the network problem .The executive of the Nokia care told me that your hand set regarded as the L3 problem. And it again send to Dellhi . So make me conform that when I will get it again from the Nokia care. And there is request from my side personally that replace it, because repeatedly the same problem is occurring. I am not satisfied about the service given by Nokia care.. Because the main motto of business is customer Satisfaction which latter known as the Relationship marketing ( view as a MBA student ). This is my 3rd time complain. Please take due consideration ... make me satisfy ..

Nokia care return to my handset after 08 day and said it is working fine but when I checked my handset in front of nokiacare engineer mr.Ajay Patel, and I was shocked that my mobile front cover and lcd changed.This is my observation front collor is not match with my mobile. also lcd i have signed but theire is no signed.
