Dear Sir,

I submitted my mobile phone model Nokia N 73 Music Edition for service in warranty to Care point Care point Jayanagar,Bangalore
Job sheet No[protected]/071226/23
([protected]@nokiacareindia.com ) on 26 December 2007 reporting minor joystic problem and keypad. Since then i am following up on them giveing numerous call every alerternate day but what answer i get is that your handset has gone for the backend service repair and they give me this number[protected]. But when i call on this number to my surprise they say that they have no information please call us tomorrow or sometimes your phone has been sent back to nokia care Jayanagar !!!!!!

I am really frustrated to hear these answers from a company which claims to be number one in Mobile phones. but sorry to say that the service which you provide to the customers is really pathetic...What im planning to do is buy a new cell phone NOT of NOKIA BRAND definetly this time and will sell of the Nokia N 73 M if some day i get it back.I am unable to tell you what problem i am facing without the cell phone.

I bought a nokia 5310 xpress music from Heathrow airport. when i got to africa i tried to use it but it just displays "contact service" on the screen and all the nokia agents here seem not to know what the problem is.

NOKIA / N-73 — Complaint against Nokia Care for being mis guiding for repair

myself Rakesh kumar... i have submitt my mobile set N-73 in NOKIA CARE HISAR CENTRE.. on 3rd of July 2009...My complaint jobsheet no. is[protected]/090703/47... According to Nokia care this hand set was being repaired on same day i.e.[protected]... But i am going regularly from last 4-5 days to Nokia Care HISAR... they are saying me that particularly PART for repairing your hand set is still pending... And it will take 2-3 days more for repair...I was regularly misguided by Mr. JATIN, there.
All this shows that how the Nokia care HIsar staff is misguiding us and not doing there resposibility properly... its my humble request.. Plz take the instant action against this ... And solve my problem...ASAP.

NOKIA 5610 1GB — not working properly

I purchased one above said nokia piece at SSR Agencies, D.No.11-9-7, Town Hall Road, Srikakulam-532 001.Phone No.653567, [protected] vide Invoice No.2803 with utmost belief and confidence on your product. Since the day I purchased the piece it didn't work well .The samething I complained him many times, but couldn't get any response. Hence I requested them either to exchange the piece orto return my money as the worth of the piece is Rs.12110/-. While taiking the phone is getting switched off for every 10 to 15 minutes. the loud speaker is not working at all.
Hence I request you too to exchange the piece with a new one and oblige.

i had purchased a n79 4 months ago the mobile was working properly n wud have till i dropped the phone n got a crack on the screen... afta giving it an impact it was still working properly after some weeks around after 3 months of purchase the phone started hanging n as i scrolled da phone directory it would keep scrolling then i gave my phone to nokia care center at andheri j.p road(w) and they told me that there is a problem with the keypad and it would take 4-5 working days, so i agreed n gave my cell phone... bt after a week wen i called them up they gave me a negative reply and told that it would take another week i still agreed and now after a month has passed i called them up again and asked them about the progress, they told that it will take more 5 working days... what should this mean are they seriously taking my phone into consideration?????

WHAT PROCISER FOR NOKIA 6300 EMI NO. BLOCKED

I had purchased an Nokia N81 bearing IMEI no. [protected] h/s from Nokia dealer Guwahati in Feb. 2009. . From the date of purchase the h/s i am facing lots of problem for this. The h/s gets automatically switch off after using 2-3 hours.I had visited local autohrised service centre. Service centre had installed the s/w and it woks for few days For the same problem i had visited fourth times to svc.last time time svc had sent the h/s to Comany. After 15 days i had received the h/s but now USB is not working and camera quality is too poor. I had given the h/s for servicing but now it is showing another problem.
Nokia is providing a poor & shamful service to customer.

This is my third attempt that i am giving my mobile to nokia care for repairing. Where only 5 to 6 six months ago for puchase this mobile. So what to do I now???

I submitted my nokia 1108 mobile phone at V-Care services, 100 Feet Road, Gandhipuram, Coimbatore, Tami Nadu on August 19, 2009 for a screen visibility problem & network issue (job sheet no.[protected]/090819/37). The phone is not yet returned to me. I am making multiple visits. But, they are not responding me. The estimated time given now was 20/08/09 at the max.
When I visited the place, the engineer came out with some vague excuses and stupid answers of customer's faulty sim card. When I showed the same sim working in the different phone but same model, the phone was again taken back from me neither promising me that wud dat be replaced or assuring me that the handset would be given to me in order.
I request you to take a promt action. I have been your customer since last 7 years and I really dont want to loose long time faith due to these silly issues.
Hope for a quick action.

Nokia N-73 — regarding joystick & rebooting problem

i have purchased my nokia n-73 from a authorised dealer of nokia from delhi.now i am here in ludiana.there are problem in my handset regarding joystick key & rebooting problem.they told me that if your handset is under warranty then they don't have joystick...but it is not in warranty period then they have..my handset is still not working properly till now.there is only one way out of this problem i should wait for few time till my warranty period expire.only after that my handset will working properly.is that?if they cant then why you are giving any type of warranty period..this dealer is in ludiana at fountain chowk.plz take care of this.I am waiting for your positive responce...sandeep chauhan

I am sanjay kumar from Patna and I have purchased Nokia 1650 Mobile ON[protected] from THE MOBILE STORE, balaji heart centre, opposite hdfc bank, boring road, Patna, Phone no[protected].I have face some problem yesterday evening to my set that my set doesn't take charging properly.My set is now in cover of warranty period and Today i went to NOKIA CARE, NEAR CHIRAYATAND BRIDGE, PATNA for my problem.C.C.EXECUTIVE HAVE DENIED THAT YOUR SET IS NOT UNDER WARRANTY PERIOD BUT I GAVE HIM TO MY PURCHASING AND WARRANTY RECEIPT THEN SHE SAYS THAT YOUR WARRANTY DOESN'T SHOW IN OUR ONLINE WARRANTY LIST.THEN SHE SAY THAT SOME LIQUID IS INSIDE YOUR MOBILE SET AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR WORK. I SAY THAT MY SET IS UNDER WARRANTY AND YOU SHOULDN'T BE CHARGED ANY KIND. SHE DENIED TO REPAIRING MY SET.
PLEASE VERIFY MY MATTER AND GIVE INSTRUCTION TO YOUR NOKIA CARE TO REPAIR MY SET UNDER MY WARRANTY PERIOD.iNFORM ME IMMEDIATE PLS

Nokia HandsetN 73 — fed up with the services of nokia care

Re:- harreshment by Nokia care at Lucknow Centre

We are shocked to bring to your knowledge that we have purchased N 73 Nokia handset on 23 July 2008 which is infested with certain technical problems. The Memory Card is not read automatically. Camera Function is also very slow and head phone any time say unconnected. We have submitted our handset under the warrenty period with the reference warrenty no. APAINY[protected] UNDER THE JOB SHEET NO.[protected]/090710/16 which was issued on 10 july 2009.

But since then I haven’t got the satisfactory service as the hand set was dispatched to delhi centre for repair two times But now today m getting MESSAGE FROM NOKIA LKO THA PLZ COLLECT THE HAND SET UNREPAIRED AS IT CANNOT BE REPAIRED BY HEADOFFICE ALSO.

Why should I collect my handset unrepaired if I have submitted my handset under warrenty period.

Since we have purchased the phone at a very dear price, we expect full value for our money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.
