To, Senoir Management Customer Care Nokia, India Dear Sir, I submitted my mobile phone model Nokia N 73 Music Edition for service in warranty to Care point Care point Jayanagar,Bangalore Job sheet No[protected]/071226/23 ([protected]@nokiacareindia.com ) on 26 December 2007 reporting minor joystic problem and keypad. Since then i am following up on them giveing numerous call every alerternate day but what answer i get is that your handset has gone for the backend service repair and they give me this number[protected]. But when i call on this number to my surprise they say that they have no information please call us tomorrow or sometimes your phone has been sent back to nokia care Jayanagar !!!!!! I am really frustrated to hear these answers from a company which claims to be number one in Mobile phones. but sorry to say that the service which you provide to the customers is really pathetic...What im planning to do is buy a new cell phone NOT of NOKIA BRAND definetly this time and will sell of the Nokia N 73 M if some day i get it back.I am unable to tell you what problem i am facing without the cell phone. regards, Unfornatunaly a Nokia Customer, Nimesh Sultania nimesh.[protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |

I am vinesh complaining about nokia care attingal(Brightspot, Radhakrishna building LMS junction). I Submitted my mobile phone model Nokia N 70 for service.They given bak my phone unserviced, they changeed my new orginal back panel when i asked that they harased me .after that they give a job sheet no:3716.. I want an immediate action for it other wise i will go through it legally.. I will wait for 2more days @ if no action iwill complain to customer court also urs faithfully

costemr care siwan maine apna cell ka charging pin problem thik krne ko diya usne uska touch screen kharab kr diya battry change kar diya bill magne pe bolta hai aapka cell pahle se kharab tha compny bolta hai nokia care me cell thik krawe aur waha ka macanic sale chori karne baithe hai, waha ja kar apna mobile ka bill mangne pa dhamki date hai, ab aap he batao mujhe kya karna hoga, aaj mai nokia care wale pa kace kar diya hai, aap log Choor badmass ko licince da date ho, ya sale log chicken ka jaisa ek he bar ma halal karta hai log . Ab to jo hoga coat me he hoga ok bye bye, humko to lagkta hai khandni chor hai ya log . jo nokia care siwan k eng, hi wo log sala apni ... ...
nokia care service is so careless and a very very very very very very bad service. i never choise nokia brand handset in future and never give an advise to choise this brand.

mobile not repair in under waranty
dear sir ...15/06/2013 i m going to nokia care to reapir my handset 5233 touch problem...but the staff of nokia care not done there job properly.they said this problem is not repair under warnty.you have to pay 1100 rs for it...for servicing of senser and battery
