[Resolved] Nokia Care Kanpur — Mobile reparing | |
i have purchased nokia 3110c from mobile store before six month. the camera of my mobile is not working properly. i have given that mobile 2 time their for repairing purpose but when i get my mobile phone the problem of the mobile not solved. the third time on date 12/september/2008 i submeted my mobile there by job sheet no[protected]/080912/19. and the rsn no of the phone is [protected]. and the call me on 27/septenber/2008 to pick the phone and i went there to pick the phone on 20/october/2008. they said to me that " the problem of camera is not solved properly and we'll send the phone to head office". i have to always wait in nokia care for 1 hour . now what i do? suggest me now what i do without the mobile phone. i have subimeted the cell at Nokia care, chunni ganj, kanpur Was this information helpful? | |

Sir,
We are shocked to bring to your knowledge that we have recently purchased the above-noted set which is infested with certain technical problems. The Mike and speaker of the mobile does’nt work properly. The phone also hangs. Since we have purchased the phone at a very dear price, we expect full value for our money and ask you to replace the set at the earliestDue to all this I am going through mental stress and lot of inconvenience as I have other liabilities too and important work to do. Due to not availability of my Phone I am unable to Contact anyone and wise versa.
I tried to contact Nokia many times through different medium i.e. Phone, through internet, I also visited to Service Centre six times in 20 days to check the status of my report. My jobsheet number is[protected]/090630/83 dated 30th june 09 given by Nokia care.Now I am fully dissatisfy with the services and need to get my Phone Replaced, or my amount with the suitable interest rate and compensation, else I will file a complaint with the Consumer Court under the Consumer Protection Act of 1986. I seek compensation for the mental agony caused due to his deficiency in services and inconvenience faced due to no availability of my Phone for almost one month. This is for the 3rd time I have send my mobile for repair to nokia service centre. I am regularly facing the problem in speaker and mike. You can understand that in 8 months I have sent my mobile 3 times for repair. After 4 months when guarantee will be over what would happen

My sister has purchased a NOKIA classic handset and there was a problem while purchasing(she felt), , and then she asked the seller also... ... that dealer told her that it is due to some software issue ...
and may be after some hours it will work...
r they people making fools to others who r not aware of technology ... they took a authorization from nokia to make people fool ...
can u do some help in that ... she has already given her phone to that person but its more than 15 days now ...he is not able to deliver the mobile

I am also running for my cell for last 10 days. I'd given my cell to nokia care on 29th sep and got assured that i'll get it in oct. now half of the nov. is being past but i m still suffering without mobile.
