[Resolved] Nokia Customer Care - Nokia 3500c — Wants replacement for handset
Pathetic Services to customers of Nokia
I brought Nokia 3500C Grey phone from The Mobile Store, Nanganallur on 8.1.2008. And from my phone I am not in a position to make and receive calls and it gives the message that Net work not working. I have given the instrument for service at Nokia care, Mount Road on 29.3.2008. They gave me the job sheet no.[protected] and
Warranty Ref. No. APAINY[protected]. Today morning (3.4.2008) I enquired them about my instrument over phone, they are giving the reply that your instrument is not under warranty because of Liquid Log. We are using the instrument only at home and there is no chance of Liquid Log or any other physical damage.
My query is that if it is justified that if there any 1 in 100's phone is a faulty phone from the beginning it self and the same cannot be replaced with a new handset...
Where is the fault of the customer...who had put in their entire belief on the authenticity of the Nokia Product
Can’t they accept their fault and get it replaced.
I need your immediate response in this regard.
