Dear Sir,
I have shocked to bring your notice that i have purchased one nokia 6300 handset on June 2007.ESN/IMEI No. is [protected].From last january the set is giving some audio problem. After a certain period of one/oneand half months its speaker (audio system) is going out of order. Three times I have given it to Nokia customer care. job sheet numbers were[protected]/080124/2,[protected]/080212.
Again the set is out of order and again I have given it to nokia care for the same problem, Job sheet no.is[protected]/080505/14
Since I have purchased the phone at a very high price I expect full value of my money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest and also ensure that such problems do not occur in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted. Also its warranty period will expire on June-08 and it is not possible to repair every month by giving money from my pocket,

    well my set is working fine, gprs is also working fine on the set, but its not working on my pc with data cable ca-45 and on ur site (www.nokia.com) im not getting modem drivers for nokia 2626

    the customer care people said that they will cut 10 paise for 10 kb but if we use gprs once they will cut ten rupees or more than that please infrom any offers are there in gprs
    my nokia 2626 make trouble from 6th jun.it was automatically switched off at that night.it did'nt take charge by it's charger.but when i use another battery mobile starts.when i use my battery in another nokia mobile the mobile runs as normally.i complained into jalpaiguri service center.they said to me that i have to pay the service charge.why i pay this when my mobile is in warrenty period?

    Nokia 2626 — how to get gprs connection

      Dear Sir,

      I have a SMART GSM connection from 2 years still I am using this connection. Whenever I Call other local SMRT Phone & other phone it always show a message 'Connection Error' or 'Network Busy' . Sometime will do but Why it so happen always ? I want to know why SMART GSM Network is so bed. I have called Customer Care many times but it goes in ven, I never been connected to Customer Care so far.
      So, I request U to give me any toll free no of SMART GSM. Please call me at [protected].

        I bought Nokia 6500 classic at Studiocell shop, at TTK Road, Alwarpet, Chennai 600018. on 10th April 2008. I asked the sales people about product quality they said dont worry you wont get any problem in this model, that time Nokia Sales Executive in that shop, same thing i asked him he also telling any thing is there we will take care off otherwise we will replace the same. I used that nearly two weeks after cracking the instrument i went to studicell, they told me we are not having service point you go to next building there only Nokia care you go and give they will replace immediately. I went therei meat service Eng.Mr.Dinesh he told me sorry we wont replace the instrument i will give you job sheet, after 20minutes he is given job sheet, he told me we will retify the problem within 2 days, but you have to pay the cost. I told him this is manufacturing problem not myself tampered or breaked. Still today they are not given my instrument they are telling stiil we are not getting parts. I really fedup with the product mentally pressured lot.

          sir, i have purchased nokia n72 on 13/06/07 and my imei no. is [protected].this set have hanging and battery back up prob.from initial month.regarding this i have showed it to my nearest cust. cr.but thy simply formet it.but the proble again reoccurs after a week.i have showed it to them about 5-6 times.but the problem is still remaining and it has got one new problem of lining and blinking in the whole screen.the cust. care people use to say that if we'll send it to company then it'll take about a month of time.now sir plese guide me what should i do.

          N72 — Hanging Prob

          I have purchase N72 Mobile, 05 Months back, but this set having the problem of Hanging, everytime mobile gets hang up, & it will take 05 to 10 Min to restrat, I have shown to Nokia service centre, but this prob is not solved

            NOKIA PHONE -
            This is to bring to your kind notice the following.

            I had bought one New Battery (No. BLD-3 #[protected] for my mobile (Model 2100) costing Rs 400/- from M/S Sangeetha at Ace Bharathi Mall, 302, 3rd Floor, Opp KSRTC, Bejai, MANGALORE 575004 on 20.02.2008. I was given a warranty for 6 months wef 20.02.2008. The next day I had left Mangalore and found the so called new battery is not holding charge, i recharged and discharged the battery, but found the battery gets discharged withing half an hour to one hour even while on standby. While buying the battery i was informed that their warranty is valid anywhere in India in any Nokia shop. After 20th february i had left India (I am a Merchant Naval Officer, working on board ships) and only this week returned back home on leave. I reside at Chennai, and for Rs 400/- Battery i cannot afford to go to Mangalore and check with that shop. Hence i had gone to NOKIA CARE center at Anna Nagar, Chennai on 30.04.2008 and apprised Mr.H.Sunil of NOKIA CARE, who said that I have to go to Sangeetha in Mangalore for exercising my warranty rights and also that the said Battery production had been stopped since
            last 2 years .
            As a customer i am unaware of the present status of the battery and i confidently go into any shop displaying NOKIA (Because I trust NOKIA) and i expect all the products to be genuine and good.
            I am most disappointed with the results for my endeavour to get the battery replaced withing the warranty period.
            I would be highly obliged if you could have my battery replaced for my Mobile NOKIA 2100)

              I had brout nokia 3110c from singh bandhu of faizabad civil line and i got a problem regardin booting when i inser memory chip into it it started to restarting then i have given it to the nokia service center of faizabad they had up dated the software and given to me but after some time i refacing this problem plz help me or replace it
              i doesnt understand the packet date settings and from this my internet was not activated all the time

              nokia3110c — problem of restarting

              when i insert 1 gb memory card in my nokia 3110c it continuously gets restarting and when mem. card is removed it is alright.
              arrange different format (mp3, 3gp) in defferent folders. and above 512Mb can also a cause

                sir,
                i wanted to set caller tune for my mobile when i contacted the customer care they told me to send a message BT ACT to 56700 i did that but i didnt get any conformation to send the song codeafter this i called the customer care nearly 10 times and each time they told me the same procedure but the result wasn the same i lost nearly rs 20/- from my balance because of this . moreover there is no good response from the customer care, please update my balance or send some confirmation message

                Nokia — caller tune not required

                my mobile number is [protected]. I'm not interestsed in caller tunes. but without obtaining my consent you are deducting amount from my prepaid account. kindly deactivate my caller tune and dont deduct any amount under this head.

                  I purchased Nokia 2505 for Rs.37, 00/- last year in 2007, a day before Deepawali. Within a month its display was distroyed by myself with a slight hit towards wall as it was in my back pocket of my Jeans which I was wearing at that time. After that, on that day only I went to the Nokia shop at Malviya Nagar, Shivalik, in the basement and they told me that they would not take any responsibility of repairing and informed me about the Nokia Care Centre. Then I went to that Centre but the display of Nokia 2505 was not available as it was a new handset at that time in the market. They noted down my cell number and assured me to contact me as soon as they receive information about the availability of its spare part (display). After that, they never called me up and when I called them for the information after 2-3 months, I came to know that they were not concerned about the handset problem and argued with me 3-4 times whenever I called them up. The person's name was Mr. Amit of Nokia Care within Malviya Nagar. Now in Cannaught Place when I came to know that the display of Nokia 2505 is available then the price was too high, i.e. around Rs.2, 000/- and price of the handset was Rs.3, 700/- when I purchased it. So, I want to file a complaint against Nokia (while asking that if the spare parts are not available in the market, why the company launches these kind of consumer products) and want display available in the market or replace my product.

                    Hi,

                    I have a nokia 6630 with a BLC 5c battery. The phone is around 1.5 years old.

                    The battery has swollen highly, and has expanded to quite an extent. I tried complaining at Nokia Care Center (Andheri - J P Road), Nokia Tele Center and via e-mail also. But got no satisfactory response. the battery is not the one that are eligible to be replaced under their Battery issue cause as per their site this battery does not have the faulty battery problem reported few months back.

                    Whatever be, I have used several mobiles, and never seen a case in which battery expands. Fearing that the battery will leak, I replaced it with a new one. I though believe that its Nokia's responsibility to replace it as it has swollen and is a case of faulty product.

                    Since i didnot received any satisfactory response, I have vowed never to use Nokia (India) product again. I believe in a good customer service, and Nokia has failed there.

                    I agree with you.

                    Same happened with my battery and that too just 11 months old.
                    Hopeless Nokia Phones - I have three of them and all of them have the same problem - I cannot take a chance and now moved to a phone of other make - I feel the response from the dealers also has been pathetic on swollen battery issue
                    I also felt the problem of NOKIA BL-4C battery got swollen up in my NOKIA 3500c mobile.

                    Now I am at Mumbai(Chembur).
                    I am trying to locate a genuine NOKIA store, where i can replace this battery.Is there any body to help?

                      I purchase a Nokia 3230 IMEI No. [protected], Date of purchase 17/10/2007, But the same date phone are disputed I go to the shop there I purchase the phone then they told me that you go to Nokia Customer Care, I go there but the phone ate same disputed and go and go and go…. Then they told me you give me I sent to the company. Name of the Nokia Customer Care are: Anand and Co. P-161, V.I.P.Road, Scheme VII M, Kolkata-700054(Nokia Customer Care Ph. No. [protected]), they told me your phone are now Delhi, Bombay, Company, Etc. One day I cannot use the phone.

                      So, please replace the phone (Nokia 3230 IMEI No. [protected]) or back my money. As soon as possible. Other wise I go to the Police Station or other places.
                      I think you take the dissection immediate.

                        I am purchased 6300 black IMEI:[protected] on 28-08-08 vide invoice no ORI/01476/00001/0469 from the mobile store of college square cutack.
                        The battery backup is very poor after full charging it is only lasting for 5hours. It is very inconvinience to me as well as I lost my mental peace.
                        Further the sound voice ofAlarm tone, ringing tone is almost slow thats why my almost calls lost and my battery BL-4C 860 mAh 3.7v code no[protected] p[protected].
                        Plz give me suggestion wheather the battery is authentic and what should I do to over come poor battery backup and sound.

                          i am purchesed nokia 6300 on[protected] my nokia set has a one problem of NO OUTING AUDIO
                          this problem is come 5 times from the purchase 1 time[protected], 2 time[protected], 3 time12-10-07
                          4 time 27-2-08 and 5 time[protected] on last time jab mein apna head set nokia care mein diya tha wo working cond. mein tha par after one month service centre say set is not irrepairable & dead due to some problem.
                          service centre says set thik nahi ho shakta hai jab mera set warrenty mein hai to nokia usse change kar ke de
                          plz take some action on it

                            I had given my Nokia mobile to Samvradhi Technologies - Nokia Care in Koramangala, Bangalore 2 months back, and suddenly in the last 2 -3 weeks, the people at the center started behaving strangely.. They claimed that my mobile had been despatched to me already, and my complaint is closed. When I threatened them of dire consequence, they mentioned that the mobile had been stolen, and they would replace it. 2 days back, they gave another mobile as replacement, but the mobile was damaged, and was in disrepair.. When I again threatened, I would go to the consumer court, they asked me to come again, and they would repair the phone and give me..

                            On enquiring around, I suspect there is a scam going around.. I understand that some of these Care centers have started to claim lost phones, as there is a significant value for second hand phones in the market.. So, the centers may be claiming lost phones, and selling them in grey market at much higher price than they would get by fixing the problem.. and throwing up their hands, and doing robbery in broad daylight...

                            Customers going to Nokia care centers BEWARE : Please keep your original job sheets with you at all time, and make sure your mobile IMEI is safely recorded, and keep all bills handy. Also, if possible, avoid going to the Care centers, and probably use trusted people to handle the jobs for you. At the rate of 10000 + Rs, scamming like this, and stealing mobile phones in the name of NOKIA is a great idea.. Unfortunately, there is no way to reach Nokia senior management in India.. If somebody is watching this post, please make sure that the scamsters are punished, and not allowed to get away with daylight robbery... Nokia's brand image in India is in danger due to these fly by night operators...

                            Yes, Its True the people are very lazy and not working properly. They passed high Voltage to my phone and spoiled my phone and in turn they are telling I have spolied. Some actions should be taken on them;

                            Hi.. I had given my mobile (Nokia N85) in Samvradhi technologies in Koramangala Bangalore on 24th Sep 2009, as the charging point aka connector had broken. The delivery date was 26th Sep 2009. When i called up to them on 26th morning, they assured me that the work was complete and they would deliver my mobile that day. Wen i went there traveling all the way, they said that the work was not complete & that they would deliver my mobile to me on 29th. I went there on 29th to collect my mobile. They showed me that my mobile was charging, but i found that the pin could not be inserted completely. When asked about that they said thats how it is & since its charging, its not a problem. I paid them Rs.800 since they said that they changed the entire system connector and that they had fixed a new pin. The security guard there, dint let me charge my mobile. As soon as i reached home, i tried to charge it but shockingly the pin broke again!!! Next morning wen i went again to Samvradhi Tech, they behaved very irresponsibly. I fought with them n asked them to refund my money. Later i went to a local service station. The worker there, dismantled my mobile in front of me. I WAS SHOCKED AGAIN.!!! IN SAMVRADHI TECH, THEY HAD STUCK THE CONNECTOR WITH GLUE!!! there was a damage in the mother board which they did not even open and check. Please never approach Samvradhi Tech for any reason. I found that my 5megapixel camera s also not same as before. I have always seen customers fighting there coz of the fraudulent act of samvradhi tech. I prefer u to purchase Samsung since the product, as well as the service s far much better than Nokia.

                            For service of My Speaker Problem. At Around 11.00 am They Accepted My Phone And Gave it to your Service Engg. But after that when I got My Phone I Didn't find my 16GB Sandisk Original Memory Card.
                            I told them About my Memory Card But They Said that We Don't know about It.
                            But when they took my phone that time they returned my Sim Card And Battery but Memory card was interted into my phone.
                            This Is First time happened with me That Type of Day Light Robbery by A Renouned Company's Authoized Service centre.
                            I requested them a number of time but they Didn't believe me about the case.
                            They Told me we don't know overall They Told me I Became a drama with them
                            I want To get a solution about this Matter. Except mobile in my pocket only Memeory card Has been Stolen How a Great Twist. Also they didn't repair my phone speaker Properly.

                            SAMURADHI TECHNOLOGIES)khb colony.

                            This nokia care center collects(BEGGING) Rs.100 from every customers. Whether you give your mobile for service or not.
                            They will ask Rs.100 from you as inspection fee.

                            That is not an inspection fee. They are begging that amount for their food.

                            Please do not go to the KORAMANGALA NOKIA CARE. Once you entered into the shop, you have to pay Rs.200. Whatever you ask or do.

                            If your mobile is really has some problems, Ex: screen connector is not working. They will say that there is a big hareware problem. We have to change the hardware device. So it will costs Rs.800, Rs.1000, etc...

                            But really the repair cost may be Rs.200 or Rs.250.

                            Again I request you to not go there. Choose some other NOKIA CARE.

                              i have submitted my nokia cell(6085 model) in the NOKIA CARE CENTRE, A-78, SECTOR-2, NOIDA on 08/04/2008. But i can't get any answar from the centre, when i was visited 5 times there, they say u can come after the message, but i have not received the message till 29/04/2008. Can u tell me when i got my cell.

                              I have purchased Nokia 6265 CDMA mobile in June, 07. From last few days I was facing problems with my handset e.g. blank display, Camera button problems. I submitted my mobile to Karnal service center ( New Shreenath Enterprises, Karnal ASC-028_434038 ) on 23rd April, 08. Today when I received mobile from service center it’s was in very bad situation. A screw on back side was broken inside & memory card cover was also not properly settled. The service guy there told me it happens in service. There very few customers who will buy expensive CDMA mobile, but if the company will not care of these customers then company will loose their business. MY Job Sheet No. is[protected]/080423/57. I leave my mobile on service center and told that guy I want my mobile in good situation. I don’t who why all Nokia Service Center's staff cant care of the customers? I ma also working in a MNC company in sales if we don’t care of our customer we will loose our business defiantly. Please look in to matter & looking forward for your reply.
                              We are shocked to bring to your knowledge that we have recently purchased the N-70([protected]) set which is infested with certain technical problems. The phone also hangs. Since we have purchased the phone at a very dear price, we expect full value for our money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.

                              I went to Nokia Care, Near BPCL Petrol Pump, Chandrasekharpur, Bhubaneswar as one of my key in my Cell, Nokia N-91 was not working. The technician there, has reinstalled all the software and opened the whole circuitry, wiped the whole circuit with Nataraj Eraser and did something, which led to a new problem of the music keys not working(it was working fine previously) along with teh existing problem.Then they told that I need to deposit my cell at Nokia Care for at least 15 -30 days, so that they can send the call to Kolkata and repair the cell.But I wanted to take opion from some other Nokia Care Center. So I went to another Nokia Care @ Saheed Nagar and they told that it is a serious problem, which occured for mishandling of teh circuitry and I need to deposit the cell at their centre, so that they can care care of teh problem, but I was astonished to see the way they are handling teh cell phones deposited by other for servicing.

                              So, I have one question to the Nokia Authority, On what technical background, do you recruit people anad after recruiting, do you at all take care to train them properly, so that they can be quite capable to handle all teh proble, s of the customers, without creating any more hazards to teh cell phone.

                              Please do revert back and try to improve your service.

                                Hello sir,
                                I gave my mobile (NOKIA N95 ) to NOKIA CARE by the name of bandaris ambattur, chennai. I registered my complaint with my mobile that it was showing an message error while sending sms bydisplaying memory full delete some datas . they file my complaint as message error.while they receiving they checked my mobile was fine except that message error.
                                After two days when i went there they telling me that camera is not working becauseof water tampered in to the mobile. but while im giving camera was worked good they too checked that.

                                I think my mobile was used my some one there in the nokia care because lots of inbox messages, bluetooth msgs, several (175) own contacts of them in my mobile. i want you to take action on this nokia care.

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  I am Ajay Chowdhery, working as a Consultant in Hospitality Industry.
                                  I had purchased NOKIA N73ME mobile (IMEI no: [protected]) on 18th April 2007.

                                  Since my mobile handset was giving some technical problems as in hanging, slow processing & camera key not working since a few months, I decided to get it checked on an authorized Nokia Care outlet, Global Communication-Janakpuri, as it was under warranty also on Feb 5th 2008.My cell was taken for repair & I was told to check back after a week's time.(job sheet no.[protected]/08402/78)

                                  Now from here my misery started... which is as follows:

                                  5th Feb-2oth Feb:
                                  Visited Global communication twice & called up several times, during this period, but in vain. Finally called up Nokia Careline (on[protected], got a complain no as
                                  2-2UK80L & please note first they couldn’t even trace my cell through the job sheet no & IMEI.

                                  On 22 Feb
                                  I visited Global Communication & was offered a SWAP as they said phone could not be repaired ( I believe my phone was lost). On checking the phone in front of the engineer Virender & Sunil I realized it had much more problems than my original phone & hence I declined to take this, it was acknowledged by Virender & Sunil as well. A new job sheet was also not made, as I had not even taken the phone. (I took note of the exchange note, which mentioned the new IMEI for this non-working phone as [protected])

                                  22feb-20th Mar
                                  Again the same ordeal - Calling up Nokia Careline & Global Communications. Now after talking to Infancy, Team Supervisor in Banglore & several others including Ramesh, Team Leader, which was of course of no help, I got number of Manoj Wadhwan, Delhi Area Complaints Manager. Again he was more disappointing than any one else. He never called up, & moreover hardly picked up my phone. After several messages & a few calls, which were answered, I always got his false promises, as he could never keep his words of getting my cell back on a particular date.

                                  ON around 26th march, I did get a cell as SWAP, with IMEI no [protected], but only to realize in 2-3 days that this phone was also not working properly & hanged a lot. On speaking with Manoj, he told me the give back the phone one last time for repairs, so he can get a NEW Working phone for me. Thus I went to the office on 2nd April (as Manoj said he is not in town for a few days & I shall give it for repairs only when he comes back, so he can get it replaced ASAP) On 2nd I got a job sheet no[protected]/080402/78). Since then I am in constant touch with Suresh, Global Communications Owner & Manoj himself but of no use. I haven't got my phone yet.

                                  Also during this time I have spoken to Pramod, complaints manager in Nokia Head office in Okhla & have written some mails to Nokia (through their website) & to Anadita Phukan & Poonam Kaul, their communication manager, but of no use.

                                  Can you help me to get my phone back???

                                  We have puchase handset from AM MOBILE TELICOME PVT. LTD of P-17,Mission Row Ext, Bentick Street, Kolkata-700 013 on dated 17.10.07 on [protected] handset was some problem same was rectified at nokia center , again a problem occered we handover the handset to AM MOBILE TELICOME PVT. LTD.P-17,Mission Row Ext, Bentick Street, Kolkata-700 013 on dated 6.12.07 and their delivery dated was 12.12.07 after regulare followup there reply was that Mobile be defective again and we are sending again it to repair, sir we are fe-up with thereservices.

                                  I have sumbitted Nokia N73ME in Nokia Care center in Bangalore on 23rd Feb 2008. Then after doing lot of followup work they told me on 25th March that they are giving me a replacement. Till today that is 20/05/2008 they are telling it is not yet come. I do not know what is the problem in giving the mobile. I believe need to go to consumer court for this issue then only it will come to me.
                                  If anybody knows the better way then please help me out.

                                  Nokia N73ME — New Handset Not working

                                  I have purchased new nokia N73 ME handset on 27/09/2008. After 2 months it started restarting sutmatically while talking. I complain to Nokia Service Centre (Jyoti Communications), Chennai and they kept my phone for about 15 days and returned that it is ok now. Within 2 days again it got same problem and when approached they kept my phone and told that a new phone will come. After 10 days a new handset was given and as soon as I started the new handset at service centre itself it restarted in Engineers front and they again kept for some daya and gave me a new phone which I kept for 4-5 days and it got the same problem again. I approached them and they gave me a spare mobile and kept the phone for 10 more days and returned me the same phone that it is working fine. From the day it was reurned till date daily 5 times it gets restarted while talking. Pl advice how your forum can help me.

                                  It could be the problem with either the OS of the phone, or any virus problem, or the memory of your phone must be full. Do one thing return the phone, and get some other model. Some times the phone which they give could be a used one, only they will change the panel. So better go to some other store.

                                    I have nokia 5300 . and i was buy it on 02-03-08.Its has Battery problem from 04-03-08 and i submit it to Durgapur nokia care centre on 14 March. and they give me a job sheet no. the no. is:[protected]/080314/20 and on same day they send it to Kolkata to repair.and i agree with that .

                                    And on 18 th March i call to Nokia customar care for enquery in that no: ([protected]). and he also give me a new job sheet no: 2-2-wx6kd and he told that my mobile battery will have to replace and it want more time may be maximum 15 days.
                                    I again say ok.

                                    Then i will submit my mobile & battery charger also on[protected] and they give me a new job sheet no.:[protected]/080326/2 and they replace the battery and returned it to me on 10-04-08.

                                    But till now i'm facing the same problem with my mobile. and again i submit my mobile to Durgapur Nokia care on[protected]. the job sheet no. is:[protected]/080424/11.

                                    sir the total age of my handset is 1 months and 20 days. so i requested to you that please take some necessary action about this matter. otherwise i'll complaint at consumer foram regarding this matter. b'coz i'm faded with my mobile handset.

                                    NOKIA5300 — get a new scratch guard for my replaced handset

                                    i went to the shopkeeper to get my mobile replaced as there was some problem with my mobile camera n they said ok it will b done on the coming thursday. but i want my scratch guard on the replaced mobile as the old 1 was having the same n it is a mistake of the company to give me a handset having problem. the cost of the scratch guard is 250 which i paid on the first day of buying the handset with it. now if it is going to get replaced so they must bare the cost of it or the com[pany shuld put a new 1 again on the replaced mobile.

                                      I gave my Nokia 3250 for replacement of body to Yash Telecom, Jamnagar - A unit of Nokia Care.
                                      They are charging 2 % extra if I make transaction through Credit Card. Why ??
                                      Additionally their workmanship is very poor, they have not fitted the all new body parts, only front glass & back music control switches are replaced, rest all are old !!! Then why they are charging 1150 Rs. + 2 % Extra ??
                                      Poor service & Nokia has to be careful, Nokia should check the integrity and skill level of persons working in service department !!
                                      The core is I purchased this mobile from them only !!!
