I have a nokia 6630 with a BLC 5c battery. The phone is around 1.5 years old.

The battery has swollen highly, and has expanded to quite an extent. I tried complaining at Nokia Care Center (Andheri - J P Road), Nokia Tele Center and via e-mail also. But got no satisfactory response. the battery is not the one that are eligible to be replaced under their Battery issue cause as per their site this battery...

I gave my Nokia 3250 for replacement of body to Yash Telecom, Jamnagar - A unit of Nokia Care.
They are charging 2 % extra if I make transaction through Credit Card. Why ??
Additionally their workmanship is very poor, they have not fitted the all new body parts, only front glass & back music control switches are replaced, rest all are old !!! Then why they are charging 1150 Rs. + 2 % Extra ??

I am not satisfied with the service provided by Sector 14 Nokia care at Gurgaon. Nobody knows any technical things. As far as technical konwledge is concernced they are ZERO.

Always they say we have to keep my phone for repair for at least 15 days. Everything related to Nokia handsets should be available at ur Nokia care.
