I purchased my mobile in singapore, it worked for 2 months after it switched off. when I gave to Nokia care, they said that they don't have the proper software since the mobile is purchased in singapore.

I am facing the same issues with my E5 purchased in April 2011. It is now the second time with Nokia Priority in two months. I am waiting to see if they can resolve the issue.
