Nokia — auto restart while sending videos from realplayer | |||
i have a nokia C5-03. My mobile gets restart while clicking back option in videos plying from real player. in landscape mode it does not restart but in portait mode my mobile gets auto restart. in file manager and image and video option from galary it does not get restart. only in real player it gets auto resart. It has been sent to nokia service center in delhi but after that the same problem occurs. They did not take it seriously they take it simply. i found a solution for this problem
now nokia released latest update of c5-03
latest 20.00.007
previous 20.00.003
now restarting problem in realplayer is recovered
simply update by nokia updater in our system without going to nokia care
i updated my phone now its working
