[Resolved]  Nokia — piracy of nokia product

Dear Sir / Madam,

My name is Vinod Bhardwaj and I belong to Shimla (Himachal Pradesh). I have knowledge of copyright act. I want to join your company in order to reduce the piracy in Himachal Pardesh and other states. Companies are bearing lots of loss due to piracy. I know that nothing can be done by my thinking alone. There should be a team and raids should be done timely and proper punishments should be impose on the culprits, so that we can reduce the loss of the company, and it will be beneficial for the company. Piracy has spread its roots all over Himachal and other states . I have experience of marketing and raids of 8 years. Some people misuse the company’s trade mark, & name for their personal benefit through piracy of music, movies, software & misuse of property rights etc. but I want to remove all these corruptions.

Sir, I would feel myself lucky if you give me a chance to work in your organization. Because. I have good knowledge and good experience of this field and want to make my career in this line.

Nokia — Complaint against Piracy

Hello,this is Vivek Rajpoot,I'm hereby writing this letter to make you aware that how your staff at Nokia Care, Bareilly(Uttar Pradesh), Inida Cheated to the customer.
Today i go to the nokia care centre i.e Central Corporation 88 civil lines bareilly(Uttar pradesh) India.They told me that your nokia 6303 classic handset display is broken it is to be replaced by 1600 Rs ,i said ok please repair it.Then these guys implement pirated display into my set when i complaint then they told this is original.One of the most important they did not give me bill when i force then they provide me bill of Rs1760.To ensure me when i go to nokia retaier then they told me this display is pirated.

This is somthing that is not expected at Nokia's service center take place, I have heard that they do monopoly at Nokia Care but this somthing one cann't expect this.

I want Nokia Care to take proper action in this. Otherwise I resserve all my rights to take appropiate action aginst Nokia Care, Bareilly(Uttar Pradesh) India, in appropiate court.
