Sir, Re:- Replacement of Nokia E51 set We are shocked to bring to your knowledge that I have recently purchased the above-noted set which is infested with certain technical problems i.e., the keypad is not working not even a single key, as obvious i went to the customer care in laxmi nagar opposite radhu place, delhi, India but the guy were unable to sort it out as they do not have the spares parts, they said its very common and we will replace the component free of cost as your phone is in warranty but he referred me to another customer care. The phone is still not working and the guys who have handled the phone in Laxmi Nagar as well as in Yusuf sarai, New delhi were very unprofessional not even a single engineer was there, it was looking like you guys were training new people on our handsets, the problem is now worse and as one of my friend has said that nokia dint care once you buy from them. i strongly say you need to look into the quality of you service centres and the people working there.Coming back to the main point I want replacement of cell at the earliest. Nokia E-51 — my phone keypad are not working
Hi,my name is manish chauhan ,advocate of gujarat high court,residing at baroda.
I have taken cell of model E51 IN JULY 2008, after taking this mobile after six months i am getting lot of problems.when i try to use cell the keypad of mobile are not working and also opening automitcaly all the programe and then after suddenly hanged up, when i took this to customer care they were just clear the cell with brush in minute five minute i and give me back ,this situation has been occured four or five times,the customercare of baroda has not give me proper answer and my warranty piriod time has been expired wen i gone in august 2009 to the customer care they are charged me 715 rupees (rs sevan hundread and fifty) with me but still problem are not solving.please give me a proper solution to this product.i am very upset because i spend rs 11000/- to purchese the cell but not satisfied with cell and services so please help me in this regard , else replace me with new mobile.
