[Resolved]  Nokia Mobile — Phone keypad not working

Re:- Replacement of Nokia E51 set

We are shocked to bring to your knowledge that I have recently purchased the above-noted set which is infested with certain technical problems i.e., the keypad is not working not even a single key, as obvious i went to the customer care in laxmi nagar opposite radhu place, delhi, India but the guy were unable to sort it out as they do not have the spares parts, they said its very common and we will replace the component free of cost as your phone is in warranty but he referred me to another customer care. The phone is still not working and the guys who have handled the phone in Laxmi Nagar as well as in Yusuf sarai, New delhi were very unprofessional not even a single engineer was there, it was looking like you guys were training new people on our handsets, the problem is now worse and as one of my friend has said that nokia dint care once you buy from them. i strongly say you need to look into the quality of you service centres and the people working there.Coming back to the main point I want replacement of cell at the earliest.
