I HAV EPURCHASED NOKIA 6210S WORTH RS 13500/ FROM ESSAR MOBILE STORE WITHIN TWO WEEKS IT HAS STOPPED DISPAYING ANYTHING.I TOOK IT TO NOKIA CARE WHERE THEY TREATED ME AS A FOOL ON PURCHASING THIS TYPE OF MODEL( IF THIS IS THE REASON THEN MODEL SHOULD BE DISCONTINUED) AND SAID WE ARE GETTING MANY COMPAINTS ON THIS MODEL, YOU SUBMIT THE PHONE AND CONTACT US NEXT WEEK, THEREAFTER I WENT TO THEM WHERE AGAIN THEN TOLD COME NEXT WEEK. THEREAFTER AFTER CONFIRMING ON THEIR RESPECTIVE WEBSITE AND AS WELL AS THEIR CALL CENTRE WHERE THEY TOLD ME TO COLLECT IT FROM THE STORE I WENT TO NOKIA CARE AND I WAS ASTONISHED TO LISTEN THEY DONT HAVE ANY STATUS FOR THE SAME.

Myself, Malay Saha have purchased a Nokia(N72)mobile phone 13 months ago,
after a few month i've got to face hangover problem of the set every often, so i've
given my set to Nokia care(Anand International Behala, 233>Diamond Harbour
Road, Kolkata.
After 1month i've got some new problems alongwith the old one.I took my phone
to the same Nokia care for rectification.But in the morning after seeing the problem the service personel gave me an estimate of Rs.600, as my warranty
period has just been finished.Again i've gone to them for repairing the phone with money, the same man asked me for Rs.2000.Finally i took my phone back
home.
Will i get the justice?How long this process of malfunction everytime after the Warranty period will be continued & people like us will be suffered?

i am bhanu prasad.i would like to bring to ur notice regarding one o[censored]r NOKIA CARE.my n70 got software problem...i gave it in NOKIA CARE, AN AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE at nellore(DR MOBILES, D.NO.16/2/90, RAMANA TOERS, POGATHOTA, NELLORE, andhrapradesh, india)on 21/10/08..persons working there are very irresponsible, till now they didnt repair my mobile which was suppose to be delivered on 24/11/08, not even informed regarding postponement of delivery..today also they didnt repair and postponing the delivery.earlier i have visited so many nokia care offices, everywhere they were very polite and responsible..here it is entirely different...not only myself some of my friends are also complaining the same..so kindly consider my words and improve ur services here to avoid inconvenience to customers...thank u

With due respect this is to inform you that I bought a nokia-3110c mobile on 5th October, 2008 (IEMEI NO.[protected];BATTTERY NO:[protected]P337D21066391;CHARGER NO:313149) from HELLO WORLD the mobile shop (address 80, G.T.ROAD, MONIMART, CLASSIC MARKET, BURDWAN 713101, WEST BENGAL, INDIA, PH NO.[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]) when a special offer was going on. But still now shopkeeper telling me that company not provided any give though they told me that after durga puja they will give the gift as per company circulation.
So I request you please let me know the exact fact regarding this offer. Because we are not expecting this type of activity company like nokia.

Dear All,

This is to Officially complain about the Product and the Services being rendered lately by M/s Nokia to the old and genuine customers.

I, Sameer Kulkarni including all my family members, only use Nokia instrument and I deprive any of them to use other products excluding Nokia.

Although all above said is true but lately I have observed too many issues in the services and products being delivered especially to Myself and my family members.

Would like to highlight one latest incident which had forced me to think to switch over to some other make of handset.

I had recently purchased a N73 on 23/05/08. Within 2 months of the purchase there were some software/Hardware issues with the handset and as per my usual practice I had handed over the instrument to one of the Nokia Care Center located at Vasai.
Due to my heavy work schedules and the far location of Nokia Care I could not have frequent visits to the Center but after approx a month I went to the center to find out that my Cell has been replaced with a new Handset (As claimed by the reps of Nokia Care)
From that very day, there had been weird issues with the Handset. The Blue tooth, Camera, Memory card were not functioning at all and I again decided to visit the Nokia Care center to understand the problem.
To my surprise I found out that the new instrument has been tampered and the Serial Number of the Instrument and the one I hold did not match with each other. I was shocked to find out that the product being handed over by authorized Nokia Care center has such disparities for which the reps were holding me responsible for tampering the instrument. It took me lot of efforts and time to convince the staff that the handset has not been shown to any external vendor excluding Nokia Care authorized service center for which I hold proper Service Job sheets.
I suspect there are some manipulations being done either at your Head office or the authorized Nokia Care while handling such cases.

This is a clear violation of Integrity of such employees for which Customers like us have to pay a price and Nokia has to loose their reputation. I request you all to intervene in the matter and to satisfy me by your genuine services.

I hope you do not deprive me and my team mates from using Nokia Instrument henceforth.

Hello All,
i boughu nokia 5610 series phone.
i am facing lot of problem iNokia n that,
I gave the phone in service centre as my display was not working.
But after repairing also it was not proper i am getting an white line on the screen.
And the phone restsrt on its own when the external call comes.
The nokia service center people are least bothered and the phone was took by some one from the srevice center and lot of photos were taken from my phone.
the phoen is not working and the people of service centre told that physical damage is there hence it will be charged.
But it not phycisal damage, it is the fault of phone.
Notheing is been done .

i have purchased a nokia 5610d-1 mobile phone on dated 22/08/08.After 4 months, the scrolling button of the phone was broken.At Orissa, I came to know that there is no warranty replacement on the button/cabinet within warranty period at Nokia Care & for that they demanded Rs 450/- for the new replacement.How can i replaced one within the warranty period.
even if they won't informed/mentioned on the pack me earlier about the product's warranty & conditions.

I bought a Nokia 6300 phone from Khandelwal Electronics Pvt. Ltd., Kalbadevi, Mumbai . serial no is 356415/02/7113814. After a one week time, the network of phone was nil even after a full charge, my mobile is hang out sometime, but again after a day or two, same problem occured. I give it to NOKIA service centre, Mumbai br. they checked my mobile but now it not works properly it have same problem occured .I got the phone and when checked, found that they have nothing, means same problem persist so far.

I have expand too much for this mobile and I don't expect this kind of service from NOKIA, now I don't want to give it again to service center and want my cell phone replaced either with the same set or, if this kind of problem is there with all 6300, then replace it with other Nokia set.

I bought a new mobile on 16/08/2008 from south extension -nokia shop. On 7/11/08 evening as i was sitting in my living room, I received a call and when i picked the phone, there was no display. it was totally blank.
I couldn't see anything in the phone. So, i took the phone to nokia care- Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi on 08/11/2008 morning. The executive -Ms. R.Kaur took the phone didn't say anything and told me to collect the handset by Monday i.e. 10/11/2008.On asking what was the problem, she said she won't be able to comment unless we check the handset but don't worry it will be done by Monday. I gave her an alternate no. as well hoping that they would contact me.
Nobody contacted me, so i called them up at[protected] on Tuesday i.e. on 11/11/2008 and spoke to some lady who said that they are waiting for parts of handset and it will be repaired by saturday-15/11/2008.I asked her what was the problem with a 2 month old handset to this she said that she won't be able to comment.
I waited till Saturday evening but nobody contacted me. so, i called up to know if i should come and collect my handset .I spoke to some lady who said that they have not got the parts till now and it would take 10-15 days more to get the parts. I asked her if you don't have parts for handsets then why do you sell it in the market. They were of no help.
I called up nokia care[protected], thinking that i would get some positive answer because without a phone for a month is like living in a hell. I spoke to krisha who gave a complaint no. which is 2-3ITNQH and she said my problem will be sorted in 2 days and told me to call back on 18/11/2008.I did so on 18th November and i spoke to shobha who said that i can contact the repair centre after 10 days from 21/11/08.
I was not at all satisfied with this answer, so I told shobha that i want to speak to her supervisor, she said all her supervisor are on call and she won’t be able to transfer the call. I asked the name of the supervisor, he was Mr. Nikhil Choudhary.i insisted that I wishes to speak with Supervisor or manager but she didn’t transfer the calls. On asking the condition of my phone, she told me to contact the repair centre because she won’t be able to give Information. This made me very angry and I demanded a resolution to such a stupid answer and bad customer services. She was very stubborn and after 45 mins of call, she banged the phone on me.Thats so unethical behaviour.
I paid another visit to nokia care- Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi on 22/11/2008 to speak with the office manager because I was getting frustrated with such a bad response from nokia and also without phone for 2 weeks was really annoying. And on top of that they were telling me to wait for two more weeks.
I spoke to Mr sachin at Lajpat Nagar who said nothing can be done in my case. I demanded a replacement for my faulty handset which is just 2 month old.
While speaking to Shobha at 30303838, she did tell me that the nokia care centre can replace my handset if they desire so. So, I asked sachin to replace my handset or give me a standby handset.
He said that they don’t replace handset and I told him that I received this information from helpline. He denied it and told me to call them, so I asked him if he can connect me to nokia helpline but he said he won’t do that. I called up from somebody else mobile and spoke to some guy at the helpline who told sachin to provide a standby handset but sachin said that would take near about a week to get a standby handset.
I noticed that the people around me at that shop were similarly upset with the services.
I left the shop and it’s exactly 1 week now but no response, help or information from Nokia’s SIDE.
After all what is the matter with Nokia, my family is using Nokia for the last 8-9 years. We trusted the brand so much, now you people have broken my trust completely. If I had to go for some stylish phone I would have gone for some cheap phone which I can buy for 2-3K, use them for sometime and throw them away. The only reason of choosing Nokia was the quality with style. But I think I wasted my 13K in buying such a bad handset and the brand who always publicise about buying the original.
What have you done to help me? I bought a original handset from Nokia shop but now what…
I don’t know if anybody would contact me( that would be a big surprise)…

Just felt that I need to put in my experience with NOKIA Care…

Should I recommend people to go for Nokia phones again? Need to think about it….

I demand a solution to my problem, if you can't repair it or if you don't have parts for my handset.Then replace my hanset with a new one.

I am a working i a private company. I have Purchased latest model of nokia 5220 Music express on 10.09.2008, but from the date of purchasing i had lot of problems in my mobile. While playing the music player plays its hanged and then Automatically switched off and it restarts itself. and Even profile tones are changed automatically to default sometimes.I contact the Nokia Care at Fountain chowk, Ludhiana, they said the software has corrupted and same has to changed/updated. But after 10 days same problem starts continuing . Again i contacted Nokia Care at Sec-35, Chandigarh, They also said that it is software problem and changed the same, But agian the same problem started after span of 7-8 days. I am not satisfied with the product i purchased .so i kindly request you to replace the product.

Dear Sir,

This is Mukesh Nakarani here. I lost my Nokia 1200 mobile, IMEI NO. [protected]. My mobile is kept inside one lady purse, which is inside main bag, which contain more than 1.0 lacs Rs of luggage including jewelry, digital camera, MP3 etc. Auto rickshaw driver has stolen the main bag. As per police advise, I have neither blocked my sim card nor handset. Could you please let me know if it is possible for me to trace the handset from the above-mentioned IMEI number?
Sir, mobile tracing is only way to picked up the thief. Please help me out.
Kindly note that I have already made police complain in Varachha police station, Surat on 24th Nov-2008. Till the date I have not received any updates on the same.
