Nokia Mobile — delay in delivery of phone from service centre | |
ihave given my nokia 6500slide to ream electronics 560/90a, Krishna Nagar, Kanpur Road, Lucknow on 16/09/2008 & not received it till today that is 15/10/2008. NOKIA/Nokia 5610 — Delay in delivery of mobile after service
Sir,I purchased NOKIA-5610 13th of April. there has been a delay of more than 3 weeks in returning my mobile back and no proper response was given when enquired to the nokia care centre to which i handed over the mobile for service. I reuest you to take necessary action and get my mobile back at the earliest.

I have purchased one Nokia 6500S model hand set from M/S Indira Fancy Store, Rayagada, Orissa vide its recipt no 896 dated 8.11.2008 for an amount of Rs13500/-( Rupees Thirteen Thousand Five hundred Only).One day the set automatically stopped. I met the shopkeeper and inquired about the set but he advised me to take the set to the service center at Berhampur which is about 210Kms from Rayagada, Orissa.In the sevice center it was repared at free of cost but after few days one line mark appear inthe display screen.He again advised to take it to the service center but asked him to send the set to the service center and get it done.He received my set on 13.01.2009 and assured me to back within 12to 15 days but till date I have not received the set.I have contacted many a times but the shopkeeper is not listening to me. nokia / 5610 — delay in returning the phone
i hv submitted my nokia 5610 phn on 19/04/2008 17:47 ...and the nokia care noida sec 2 is continiously delaying in giving my phn back.these people are also not telling me a exact date that wen it will be repaired .the expected return date is 22/04/2008.so please help me how can i make my phn repaired quickly as now it in warranty period ..and on the job sheet it is written that a swap will be issued if there will be any delay in the repair of the phn and they are also not giving me a swap phn...
