Nokia N 82 — APPLICATION UNABLE TO TAKE SETUP

DEAR SIR
THIS IS REGARDING MY N 82 NOKIA MOBILE THE PROBLEM CONNECTED TO IT IS,I AM UNABLE TO RUN THE APPLICATION LIKE AXIS MOBILE,ICICI BANK AND HDFC MOBILE SOFTWARE.
AFTER DOWNLOADING THE SOFTWARE FROM THE RESPECTIVE SITE WHEN THE N 82 TAKES SETUP OF APPLICATION IT GETS HANG-UP.SO WHAT ARE THE POSSIBLE CAUSE OF HANG-UP,AND HOW TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEM.

Nokia N-82 — Replacement of Nokia N82

Re:- Replacement of Nokia N-82 set, IMEI-[protected]

i gave my nokia N-82 for repair, because it was not starting, at nokia care(Mend Square, Residency road, Bangalore)on 5/09/2008 .I have purchased this phone on may 2008.As they informed me, the phone has to send to head office.After 15 days, i had recieved the phone, i couldn't use it for atleast 10 mintues.
Again i went to nokia care for the same reason, I given my to cell for repair again.After 4 days they informed me, my cell was ready.But i find there itself the ersame problem was happening.Then i spoked to the manager, he informed me that he will try to do as s oon as possible, i asked for relacement but he didnt answer .
I have been contacting them every day, they are not in a postion to answer at all.Now they are telling that they need 15 days more.But i have cheched online stastus of phone with the proper job sheet no[protected]/080922/15, it showing that closed and repaired, but still they not able to answer.

i am harrassed by their poor service as when i gave cell for repair they upgraded software i had to go there 6 times, my time & money is wasted & also i didnt recieve my phone .please help me for that.

nokia n 82 — replacement for fixing of the problem in my N82

I am sorry to state that i've got a serious problem with my Nokia N 82 which I purchased just a month back.the phone got hang on opening any application and used to restart on it's own, battery back was also reduced and the phone used to get discharge within 2 hours of full charging.I went to the customer care here in aligarh and they also couldn't solve the problem.They have send my phone to delhi nokia service station i've been told there is something hardware problem and it will take more than a month or more to resolve the matter.
i want u to please kindly look into the matter and get my handset fixed or replaced as quickly as possible.since it's a diwali time ahead and i've paid a dear price for my handset, I want my phone in normal condition back as soon as possibl. my imei no. is [protected] and battery no. is[protected]

well my two month old phone did not turn on, took it to customer care center and its been 35 days they still have my phone, and they tell me it would take them another 15 days to fix my phone under warranty.why does it take so long??

Nokia N-82 — Service centre people returned handset in broken condition

Dear Sir,

I, Ashwin Shetti of ADVANTAGE SYSTEMS, Ankola had sent a Nokia N82-1 (IMEI - 358984/01/583269/7) for servicing on 17th of July 2009.

Problem quoted by me was that whenever handset would be switched on, automatically the Camera flash would remain on. i.e.
RED FLASH LIGHT COLOUR would remain on.

When I had sent the handset for servicing to Kumta Service Centre (SAPTAGIRI ENTERPRISES, KUMTA), the set was in absolutely clean condition without even a scratch on its panel.Even the original laminated cover on display was intact.

I recieved the same set in a very pathetic condition. I was really shocked to see this kind of servicing done by such a big company like NOKIA.

1. The DISPLAY was BROKEN from inside.
2. The Front Panel was completely scratched.
3. Panel is not fitted properly.
4. Keypad printed numbers are scratched.

AMAZINGLY BACK PANEL IS IN PERFECT SPOTLESS CONDITION. AND ALSO HAS THE ORIGINAL COMPANY LAMINATION STILL INTACT.

On contacting service centre person, I got reply that it was in same DAMAGED condition when they recieved it.

NOW PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT AM I TO DO IN SUCH SITUATION AND WHAT I SHOULD REPLY TO CUSTOMER.

WHAT ACTION WOULD YOU TAKE IN THIS CASE IF YOU WERE IN MY PLACE?

Please help me as i have already sent a mail regarding this to NOKIA ASM. He also forwarded it to his higher authority. and they simply put the blame on me (Retailer).

PLEASE HELP ME.

Nokia N-82 — Repeated complaints under warranty period

I purchased a Nokia N-82 set on 30 May 2009. My set started giving problem while seeing the photos in slide show. The music run along the slides was cutting and the photos were jerking. I submitted the set for repair at the local Nokia care center on 03 Sep 09 vide Job Sheet No.[protected]/090903/60 and they replaced the software of the phone. After few days, a new problem started. The dates in the set automatically jumped two days in advance. After monitoring the set for another week, I again took the set to Nokia care and submitted for repair vide Jobe Sheet No.[protected]/090915/99. The engineer at the service center did nothing but only handed me the set back after reseting the date next day. I again submitted the set for repair on 18 Sep Job Sheet No.[protected]/090918/15 and this time the set was sent for higher level repair and was handed over to me on 07 October 2009. Next morning I faced the same problem of dates being automatically jumping two digits higher ( It showed date as 10-10-09 in place of[protected]. Same day I submitted the set for repair/ replacement Job Sheet No.[protected]/091008/81. Now, Would Nokia keeping up the promises to its customers, replace this set with the new one or at least return my set in a totally problem free state.
