My name is dheeraj kaushik.I want to inform you that there is an nokia care in malviya nagar whose name is PLATINUM TECHNOCRATS and address is 45/1,1st floor corner market,malviya nagar,N.D-110017...Sir whenever i goes to pick my phone they always remind me to come next week or they postpond me to come before 10 to 15 days..sir i always get disturb.and i'm using my brothers phone who always fights with me so please sir take some strict action. I have submitted my phone on 13/5/2010 till there is no response..After that day they they have given me date of 21 may to come and pick the phone when i have reach there they remind me to come on 31 may after that day they are continuosly giving me the date like this 8 june,17 june, 29 june,3 july,10 july,15 july,24 july,5 august,16 august 25 august and 28 august...Sir most of the times they says that your phone is with our sir or mam sir please take some strict action against them...They have remind me to come and pick my phone on 1 september.Sir on 29 august i,ve complaint in consumer complaints regarding this topic.After that day "SOBINDER CHAUHAN" his phone no is "[protected]" has called up me and he said that i'm the owner of said NOKIA CARE he is regurarly calling me in the gap of 2 or 3 days and always says that your phone is in my hand and i'll give it tommorrow.After sunday he is not picking my phone.Today when i've call "Mr.SHUBHAM" his no is "[protected]" for asking about my phone he was saying that your phone is lost in the nikia care that is why he i'm not getting my phone then he was saying that u should register F.I.R. in any police station...Sir please take some strick action against them....

    Hi,
    I had bought an E72 Nokia(limited edition) about 15 days. Since the day I have bought it, I have been facing problem day in day out.

    1. Its push mail service is not working. I do not receive mails in the E-m ail IDs I have configured on my handset.

    2. Handset hangs many times when I try to surf internet over it. Same problem also happens when I try to open any other preinstalled appliactions.

    Due to 1 and 2 I have suffered huge losses.

    3. I have caalled Nokia CC umpteen times. Everytime they have some standard solutions, which I follow to teh T, but problem remains unresloved.

    4. I have also formatted my handset as asked by Nokia Cust Care guys but problem remains unresolved.

    Everyday I spend hours trying to resolve thes epplication.

    I want follwoing compensation:


    1. Full money refund for this handset

    2. The opportunity cost. I comes out to be Rs 4,50,000. I can prove it in court of law.

    3. Th mental agony I have gone through. Want monetry compensation for it.

    EVENT AFTER CALLING THEM SO MANY TIMES THEY HAVE NOT TAKEN ANY STEP.. n THE BEST PART IS THAT THEIR CUST CARE EXECUTIVE ABUSES IN SHUDDH HINDI...

    N THE BEST PART IS THAT WHEN THEIR TECHNICAL TEAM CALLED ME UP THEY ALSO COMPLANIED THAT THEY HAVE BEEN FACING PROBLEMS WITH THEI PERSONAL NOKIA HANDSET.. HA HA ...SUCH IS THE STATE OF AFFAIRS!!!

    NO WONDER EUROPEN COMPANIES SUCK WORLDWIDE!!!

      ATTENTION, *NOKIA, *'SERVİCE, GAME, TÜRKİYE İSTANBUL BAKIRKÖY KVK 18.04.2009 tarihinde doğuş elektronikten almış olduğum nokıa 3600 slide modeli ımeı:[protected] numarı telefonu aldığın günden kısa bir süre sonra çekmiş olduğumuz resime bakmak için menü seçeneğinden resimlere girdik bir kaç resim baktık ekran dondu kaldı ve hiç bir tuşu çalışmadı bir süre bu şekilde kullandık ve en sonunda telefonsuz kalmak pahasına 27.04.2010 telefonu almış olduğum doğuş elektronik aracılığıyla bakırköy servisine yolladım.telefonu fortmatlayıp bana tekrar verdiler ve hafıza kartını fortmatlamadan kullanmamam söylendi yeni bir kart alıp telefona fortmatladım 2 gün sonra yine donmaya başladı ve yine eşimin çalışmasından dolayı telefonu bozuk bir şekilde kullandım ve emanet bir telefon bulup tekrar doğuş elektroniğe verdim .21.11.2010 da teslim ettiğim telefon yine eski şikayetim devam ederken 23.11.2010bakırköy servisine ulaşmış ve aradan biraz zaman geçti ne arayan var ne soran eşime aldığım emanet telfonda bozuldu .bende telefonun akibeti ne oldu diye 4, 5 kez doğuş elektroniğe gittim işi gücü bıraktık telefonun peşine düştük her seferinde hazır teslimat bekliyor diyorlar ne gelen var ne giden en sonunda kızdım ne bu ya işim yok telefon peşindemi koşacağım dedim.bana gelince haber vereceklerini söylediler .ama bir daha ne haber veren oldu ne arayan en sonunda bakırköy servisini aradım bana cihazın hazır olduğunu garanti dışı olduğunu ve 15 ytl ücretinin olduğunu bunun içinde teslim edilmediğini söylediler tabi bizde aptalızya doğuş elektronikle çalışmaları bu şekilde değil ücretli yada ücretsiz yapılan cihaz teslim ediliyor ve ücreti varsa bundan sonrası müşteri ile doğuş elektronik arasında hallediliyor.ama bana özel bir konu galiba 25.11.2010 hazır olan telfeonumu 15.01.2011 doğuş elektroniğe teslim ediyorlar 53 gün benim konuşma hakkımı ve telefonumu gaspedip hiç birşey olmamış gibi 53 günün ardından teslimat gerçekleşiyor .tabi bana bakırköy faturası olmadığı için garantiden çıkarıldığı söylendi bende doğuş elektroniği aradım ve fatura vede kimlik fotokopilerini vermiştim nasıl faturasının olmadığını sordum .ve doğuş elektronikten biz bakırköy servisiyle görüşüp sizi arayacağıuz dediler arayan olmadı yine tekrar aradım bakırköy onlarada başka bir türkü söylemiş ne tutarsız bir serviski bana fatura yok diyor doğuş elektroniğe kullanım hatası diyor .böyle şaklatanlık olurmu ya bu kadar isim yapmış bir firmanın böyle bir servis anlayışı tam bir komedi .size soruyorum sizin illaki bir telefonunuz vardır siz menüye girip bir kaç resim bakamayacak kadar aciz mahlukatmıyızki kullanım hatası diye garantili bir cihazı garantiden çıkarıyorlar bunu anlamakta zorlanıyorum.ve servise daha önce giren bir cihazın garantilimi garanti süresi dolmuşmu eski servis dökümanında çıkacakken nasıl oluyorda .faturası yok gibi bir mazeret veya kullanım hatası diye acizce bir kararla 53 gün benim tüm hakkımı gaspediyor.ben telefondan felan geçtim bu aptal yerine konma olayım varya işte bunun ve 53 gün benim madur edilmemin peşindeyim .nokıa firmasını bu konudan haberdar edeceğim ve bugün telefonu alıp evraklarımı hazırlamaya başladım önce tüketici korumaya şikayet ve ardından avukatla görüşüp bunun hesabını soracağım bu kadar büyük bir firmanın nasıl ayaklar altına indiğini kanıtlayacağım.yazıklar olsun sizler servislerinizi denetleyen bir merkeziniz yokmu bende servisciyim ama bizi denetleyen merkez servis müdürümüz var ve kesinlikle böyle 2 sefer hata yapsak servisliğimizi fes ederler ve iyide bir yaptırım uygularlar .sizde yok anladığım kadarıyla gözüken o ki sizin servisiniz sizinle ve tüketiciyle alay ediyor dalga geçiyor. bence siz onların üzerinde önce otaritenizi kurun sonra bizleri dinleyin.ben bir şeye inandım 2 saniye sonrasını bilmediğim bir hayat için asla fırıldak olmam .insanların dansözlüğü acizliğine bakıyorum üç kuruşluk dünya malına herşeylerini veriyorlar. işte böyle ve size soruyorum daha öncede servise verdiğimde yapılan güncellenmeye bir fiyat çıkarılmadıda 2 yolladığımda hem fiyat çıkarıldı hemde kullanım hatası denildi .sizden tek 53 gün benim maduriyetimi kim karşılıyacak ve bu kullanmayı bilmediğim cihazı bana kim anlatacak ben trilyonluk makineleri kullandım arızalarını yaptım ama servisteki teknik akıllılar .bizi aptal yaptı ne bilelim bu telefonda menü tuşuna basılmıyacağını resimlere bakılmıycağını ayıp ürün deniyor aslında bunlara ama sizin teknik servisiniz daha iyi biliyorya kullanım hatası diye keyfi 53 gasp ediyor.işte böyle 53 telefonsuz kalmamak için zaten bozuk olduğu halde kullandık anlamışsınızdır herhalde .sizi vicdanınızla başbaşa bırakıyorum ben sonuna kadar gidecem .ne pahasına olursa olsun .saygılarımla yine size tşkr ederim en azından servistekiler gibi size döneceğiz deyip bir daha aramamazlık yapmadığınız için .gerçekten yazık nokıa aut bence .

        I had purchased Nokia X6 on 18 July 2010. After about 10 days, the mobile phone stopped being charged. So we went to the dealer asking him to identify the problem. The Dealer kept the phone for about one week and then returned the mobile handset to us saying the problem was in the battery. he replaced the battery. However the problem continued and we cpould still not charge the mobile handset.

        We again went to the dealer who told us that the handet will have to be sent to the nokia repair center. It was sent on 3 August 2010. Its been over a 35 days but i dont have my handset with me. The Nokia representatives have been delaying the process by telling us to talk to Mumbai services center, the Mumbai services centers directs us to Bangalore and the bangalore representatives are directing us to Gurgaon without providing us an update on the status of my mobile hand set.

        We asked them to replace the handset but they are not ready for it.

        Nokia - X6 — Poor quality repair against warranty

        My 10 days older Nokia X6’sone of the loud speaker got complaints and it is making some noise while playing music. I sent it for repair against warranty and received it after 19 days

        Now the problem is it is not able make high frequency sounds- like sounds from cymbals-poor quality music while playing when equalizer is put in jazz mode from the replaced one other is working fine
        I bougth Nokia X6. On which i got 2 free movie ticket offer.After booked the ticket from bignokiarewards.com they told me i will inform you before 2 days of date. but its almost 1 month neither they are receiving the phone nor informing me and i know they will say to me that date has been expired.
        I had a mass memory problem with the Nokia x6 that i bought within 20 days of purchase. For no apparent reason i show it was full. When i went to the service center they said they had to completely reload the software which i agreed to reluctantly. I am not sure why cant they just format the mass memory and why do they have to completely reload the software. Dint get an answer for that .. and no one seems to be even bothered to explain. Anyway, not the quality and the response of the phone is not as good as it use to be. Just 2 months into it now the hands free is not working. I am not sure if it is such a good phone afterall!!!

          New Handset Nokia 5233 not working

          I have received yesterday phone from Nokia Care shop in afternoon which was given for repair .The details are as follows JOB SHEET NO:[protected]/100827/28 Date: 27/08/10 The problem still continued without any solutions. Rebooting and phone getting switch off has re started . Earlier twice I had given to repair at nokia care center, Valsad but problem continued in spite of nokia care people calming that phone was repaired.

          ON 12TH AUG 2010 I SUBMITTED MY MOBILE IN NOKIA CARE TENAMPET. AS MY NOKIA X6 TOUCH SCREEN NOT WORKING, I USED FOR ONLY 1 MONTH WITHIN A MONTH I GOT THIS PROBLEM.ON 12TH AUG THEY SAID WE WANT TO CHECK WHETHER BOARD PROBLEM R SOFTWARE PROBLEM, SO THEY TOOK IN THE MOBILE & OPENED IT & CHECKED & SAID ITS A SOFTWARE PROBLEM WAIT FOR HALF AN HOUR WE WILL RECTIFY. THEY CAME AFTER 1 HOUR & GAVE ME THE MOBILE IN VERY BAD CONDITION , REFITTING NOT PROPER FULL OF OPENINIGS, GAPS, LIFTING PANELS . I ASKED THEM WHATS THIS MAM THEY AGAIN WENT IN AND CLOSED THAT LIFTING PANEL. GAPS WERE NOT SOLVED. I CAME HOME & CHECKED MY MOBILE SAME POBLEM. SO I GAVE REWORK JOB ON 13TH AUG. THAT TIME THEY SAID BOARD PROBLEM. WE SEND IT TO DELHI (HEAD OFFICE) U GET BAKE UR MOBILE BY 12 DAYS TO 15 DAYS . NOW ITS 8TH SEPTEMBER . ON 2ND SEP I RECEIVED A 3 MESSAGE FROM NOKIA UR MOBILE HAS BEEN REPAIRED U COME & COLLECT IT . SO I WENT & ASKED THEY SAY WE SENT THE MESAGE WRONGLY, SORRY TILL WE DIDNT RECEIVE UR MOBILE, NOW 20DAYS GONE, IF I ASK THE NOKIA CARE PERSON

            I have purchased Nokia 6303i Classic few months ago. Since one month am facing a problem of low volume in incoming speaker. Whenever I recd a call I hear a slow voice of the caller even if the high volume selected. I have visited at Nokia Care located at Akota, Vadodara on 30th Aug, 10 and replaced the same but the problem is still continuing. I fail to understand why the company like Nokia go down day-by-day to provide best customer service & satisfaction regarding the usage of Nokia handsets. If my complain do not resolved properly and you guys take it as granted, make sure that I will registered a complain against you in consumer forum at local level to irritate you as you currently irritating me.

            Nokia 6303i Classic — Harassment by nokia care

            Nokia care returned my handset two times. Whereas they did not able to solve my problem. I have given it to them for three times.

            Even i am facing the same issue. Only loudspeark work or i need to connect the jack. otherwise am not able to here the voice. very horriable. I have given for service also. They said they have changed the speaker and gave to me but still the problem continues.

              Dear Sir,

              I had purchased Nokia Handset (Model Name - 5130c-2, ESN/IMEI NUMBER– 359371/03/735339/0, PRODUCT CODE – 0591479, INSTRUMENT TYPE-PHONE, TECHNOLOGY TYPE- RM-495) on 13.02.2010 from Mobilewala Shop(Raj mahel Road), Vadodara, Gujarat.

              From the day of purchase, the handset is showing the frequent problem of sudden hanging. For my official work I have to contact number of people, where mobile is an absolute necessity to keep a track with the people and also with office. For this problem with my mobile my work is also getting affected. And I also found same problem with number of customer having same model.I really tired up with this problem.

              Due to repetition of this problem, I request you to kindly change the present handset with a new one for your customer satisfaction.

              I hope this letter will be addressed promptly and my problem will be resolved within 7 days of time span.
              In case it is not resolved within a week’s time, please mention whom shall I contact next for getting an early solution.

                I've complaint about Nokia Care Centre in Hardoi.To be honest I want to inform you they are cheating us.

                Sir. I'm using handset Nokia N97 mini,last week I went there to replace my defected handfree.they took my handset and take it into a secret room.And now my handset is creating problem It begins to restart automatically and the standby icons are also begin to disappear automatically then I need to switch off and then switch on my handset to bring the icons back on the screenand after sometimes they again disappears.
                In the year 2008 in the Nokia Care Centre in Hardoi
                they replace the front camera of my handset Nokia N95. So,I want that you please take some strict action towards these corrupt and greedy persons. I'll be very thankful to you.And also please tell me the solution about the problem in my handset.

                Nokia — Non working of handset N 97

                I had purchased a handset during Aug'09 of Nokia N97 (with bill) the most advertised mobile, however the mobile knoks off during the call. When on net the cell goes on hang mode and then it switches off automatically. I had given the same to service centre and they did upgrade the setting. But then too it is not working,
                I understand that similar problem exisits for other users of same hand set.

                Nokia Mini N97 — Problem with Nokia Handset

                Hi,

                I had bought a nokia N97 Mini from Nokia Priority Dealer in Malviya Nagar Delhi in August 2010. Its been only and the handset is giving lot of problems.

                Its screen becomes black once in a while and in order to get the phone in working condition i have to remove the battery and restart the cell.

                It is also loosing its colors.

                But the major problem with the set is that it heats up very significantly if i use an application for some time and the battery drains out very quickly.

                I had reported this matter to the priority dealer and nokia customer care but there has been no resolution.

                Finally I have written a mail to the Nokia CEO, he responded back with assurance but again the customer care in India is asking me to go to the Nokia care centre and get the cell checked.

                This is the heights. I request you to file a case so that these guys can be taken to task.

                    I bought a Nokia E72 on 21st August 2010. The phone is not even a months old, but its giving lot of troubles which are as follows:

                    The Phone hangs sometimes when i press the call answer button.

                    The ringing volume is very low that i miss most of my calls.

                    There are lot more bugs in the software to be rectified.

                    The quality check has not been done completely before launching the product and this creates inconvieniences to the customers. Nokia should look into these issues and should provide a replacement soon.

                      I have NOKIA N73 set purchased in June 2008. The problem with the mobile is that it hangs when its memory card is installed in the mobile. I visited NOKIA care (03/sep/2010) "Dizitech * Shimla #1, The Mall, Shimla, Pin - 171001" the NOKIA care centre as per the website of NOKIA. When the executive of the centre was told about the problem of the moblile she without checking the mobile gave her own conclusion that the memory card needs to be formatted and this you have to do get it done from outside. I told the executive to please see the mobile set and please check what is the actual cause of the problem and not to just go by imagination as until and unless you will not check the product how could you jump to your own conclusion and solution. She on hearing this checked the mobile and repeated her own conclusion to get it done form outside. When I enquired please let me know the name of the dedicated shop from where it can be done she plainly replied you can please search it for yourself we dont provide this service. So I asked her that why have NOKIA opened this service centre when it cannot repair its own products. She had no reply for that.

                      Nokia/N73 — Nokia care is clueless harasment

                      I was having a problem while starting the FM radio(Visual radio) on my Nokia N73. One fine day i gave it for servicing. They(Nokia Care, Jayanagar, Bangalore) gave the mobile back saying that it will take atleast 20 days to resolve the problem. I thought of giving it later for repair.
                      When I came back to home, I realized that I'm now unable to call anyone.....!!!! Strange but true. It is a new handset. They haven't even fixed the outer casing properly.. what to do ... I'm totally frustrated now. I showed the mobile to another Nokia care and they are saying that it is a hardware roblem and i'll have to wait for atleast 2 months...
                      What is this?? I want to lodge a complaint againt these clueless fellows.

                      Nokia — Repair of Nokia N73M .

                      Dear Sir,

                      I am using Nokia N73 Music edition for 4 months, it was working fine. yesterday accidently my mobile dropped on water and got immersed for around half an hour, afterthat it is not working.
                      I contacted to local Nokia care (Raigarh, Chhattisagrh) and ask about repairing but they are telling that it is impossible to repair the set, though there is no physical damage is visible nor any short circuit is looking. Battery is exausted, but physicaly ok.

                      Kindly suggest me what should i do? are they correct or I have to contact some other Nokia Care center. Please let me know as soon as possible.

                      Dear Sir/Madam,
                      I gave my N73 on 15/11/2009 due to technical problem (phone showing memory full, and asking to delete some data), the problem was resolved on the same day, but after some hours the phone display disappeared. Today i.e.16/11/2009, when I contacted them, they said this is due to moisture and that water has entered the phone. My phone was working properly until I had deposited it for the afore said problem, but now the nokiacare centre staff are asking Rs 850.00 to replace some part, saying that it is malfunctioning due to moisture. I am damn sure that there is something fishy, because I always protected my phone from moisture or getting wet. How is that possible that the phone's display disappeares on the same day when I get my phone back from the nokiacare, and not on anyother day. You are requested to take necessary action as early as possible and communicate it to me on my given contact numbers.                           I have purchased Nokia 6303i Classic mobile from Mobile Store, Ghakopar West, Mumbai on[protected] under invoice No. MH/74678.

                          The IMEI No. of my handset is [protected].

                          This mboile was working good for 10 days but after that its outgoing voice did not come, there may be problem with its network IC of something other.

                          When I gone to Nokia Service Centre mobile was working properly, so they refused to take any action.

                          I requested Mobile Store people to replace due to defective supply but they told me to visit Nokia Service Centre.

                          Now I need help regarding how to get replacement against defective product.

                          Please help me.

                          same issue is with my problem same kind os issue. no netwrok and also I was able to use it for 1 month after that no use of this mobile Nokia 6303i . Nokiaa should stop manufacturing this kind of mobile.

                            I have taken basic model, Nokia mobile phone -1661. I have facing low audio output issues, i have given for service at Samvradhi Technologies Koramanagal 5th block Bangalore, registered Nokia service center. they returning set without any servicing, This is 5th time, i have given for service, even though still its not working properly.

                            Before buying, i was very proud about Nokia mobile, but by looking this worst Nokia service, i can suggest the people to don't go for Nokia any more, in market lot of mobiles with reasonable price available.

                            I think no one is responding in Nokia services about customer problems, i don't Know what the hell situation, if i buy the High end series, with same type of services.

                            Really very very bad about Service.. Lets see, if any one is responding to this message or not.

                            My name is harish unawane and i had given my handset in ith service centre for reparing and they had missplaced my hanset and its being one month they r not giving ne any responce about were is my handset is. now i am fade up from the service and i am giving the complain in consumer court for it .

                            On 17th May,i submitted my phone in Nokia Care with the JS No:[protected]/100517/9 for the upgradation of the software.
                            As i was facing hanging problem with my newly purchased phone (purchase date:02 Jan 2010.).
                            On 21st May 2010 i recieved my mobile saying that it has been repaired,But now again i'm facing the same issue and it was confirmed by their technician that there is no problem with the harware.
                            This incident took place with the Nokia Care situated at FC road Pune.

                            Kindly look into this matter,and provide me the compensation as applicable.

                              just bought nokia x2(today).had gr8 expectation from the reviews i saw on net.5mp camera with flash!should hv awesm photo capturing.but to my bad luck,camera is crap.its photo quality is worst than vga.with flash it is like white screen with hazy picture

                              Nokia — Bad Camera

                              I am using a nokia 7210 supernova.it is having 2.0 MP camera.but the camera is very bad in quality.every time when u wish to take a phota and on the camera colour spots will come on the screen and that is why the quality of picture is also very bad.The peoples at nokia care are not listening to this problem ang ignoring this.nokia is playing with its consumer now a days.it is not a good sign..

                              me also have same problem. I am planning legal action.
                              i have bought a nokia x2 phone on 5th october 2010 and immediately thephone started give me trouble. while replaying the video taken on the phone, it hangs and i have to close thephone and reopen again. even then the video does not play it hangs again when checking up with the seller, he even replaced the memory card and tried himself getting the same result.
                              being a senior citizen, i feel guilty for purchasing the said phone from NOKIA. hope nokia will take this as a complaint and replace with a new working phone

                                Bought a Nokia E-72 handset, you can find number of complaints against this handset on this site. Moreover its a poor service afterwards. My phone went dead on 14th night which i bought on 12th and till date, there is nothing. You keep calling Nokia care line, or Ms Tarandeep or anyone in Nokia, there is no reply from anyone. Last option would be consumer protection court.

                                Nokia E72 — Regarding service provision

                                On 03rd of Feb i have visited Authorised NOKIA SERVICE CENTRE situated at near commissioner bunglow, near rachana vidyalaya, NASHIK for to change the charging socket (which was damaged )

                                First i have taken token and waited for my turn

                                then the guy told me that the socket is to be replaced and it will cost Rs.150/-. I aggreed for the same.

                                the mobile hand set was shifted to back table and the next guy told me that it eill cost Rs. 450 to 600/-

                                On this i asked what has gone wrong or which parts are to be replaced - nobody answered and the third guy with mutimeter came there and started inspecting the handset and said that the socket is OK the IC has to be replaced and it will cost Rs. 1600/-.

                                I told the guy that please pack up my mobile handset, if i will wait here for next turn you willsay that it will cost 5000/- rs.

                                On the other day the same mobile was repaired by local mobile repairer by just pressing the battery charging socket and the Mobile Handset was OK. He charged me Rs. 0/-

                                So i have complaint that NOKIA like organization is doing such thing shall i purchase another cell phone of NOKIA.
                                Also presently (since from 2007) i am having Nokia N 72, where i will get the battery socket so that it can be replaced from local repaairer.

                                Dear Sir,

                                I had purchased Nokia Handset (Model Name - E72, SERIAL NUMBER– [protected], INSTRUMENT TYPE-PHONE, TECHNOLOGY TYPE- GSM) on 19.08.2010 from Green Channel, Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh.

                                From the day of purchase, the handset is showing the frequent problem of constant restart. This handset has been sent more than three times to Nokia service centre (Ankit Electronics) at Raipur, Chhattisgarh, but the problem still persists. Here I would like to mention that this service centre is around 15 kms from the place where I stay. It’s really problematic and very tiring for me to go to the shop. Nokia service centre
                                person said me if there is any software problem then the set get replaced and if hardware problem then the Nokia corrects the defect.

                                Due to repetition of restart problem, despite of sending mobile to Delhi for approx 15 days. I request you to kindly change the present handset with a new one for your customer satisfaction.

                                I hope this letter will be addressed promptly and my problem will be resolved within 7 days of time span.
                                In case it is not resolved within a week’s time, please mention whom shall I contact next for getting an early solution.

                                and its silver coating of navigation key...patched in only 3 month, that should not be expected...from nokia comany's phone..

                                Nokia — Slide Defect and software problem.

                                nokia e 72 — Bad customer Care center and Faulty Handset

                                I brought the E72 on May 30th, 2010, and within a week I had display problem and from the second week had multiple problems primary being blank display without any access to data and unable to charge the phone – also reboots, hangs and freezes



                                I had it taken to the dealer (Priority Dealer:

                                who across the counter did some settings and restore function after which the phone worked fairly even until October this year wherein in I took it to another Care centre that took the phone and a day later gave it to me .


                                This time i brought it to the dealer where a lady reset the phone and did some settings changes, My frustration does not end there. The very next day, I discovered that the same problem resurfaced and on restart seemed to work fine ,following which it worked for another 10 days , again the problem resurfaced and this time i took it over to the dealer who could not restore the display and suggested I take it to Vcare, Nokia care centre , who this time diagnose the problem to be something related to moisture within the phone and give me a job card with incident charges to replace the display and informed that my warranty stands void.




                                My TWO visits to Nokia Care are in vain as they could not fix the problems. I have called as well as written to Nokia today but nothing materialized. The last visit to your centre bought about a charge of 1800.00 INR and a direct accusation that I had intentionally destroyed the display (moisture/liquid damage)
                                The V care took the handset and I had lodged a written email compliant and call centre

                                Complaint History:
                                Device was first reported to have a problem on 7th December
                                1-[protected] – 27th December was answered and told to get back to me in 2 days time.
                                1-[protected] – 25th December, Asking to connect to supervisor, but it was not done, but they told to get back in 2 days.
                                1-[protected] – 23rd December, again same promise, to get back to me in 2days
                                1-[protected] – They closed the case, as I was not reachable, I have missed call alerts and I had no intimation of any missed call, but the reason for call, I was not traceable.

                                After making a big scene, my call was taken to Survee Parikh introduced to me as a Manager, but she never gave the email id or her contact number.
                                As a lady I expected to have some integrity and call back to me on said time , But she also never called me back.

                                Vivek Singh on 19th January, 2011 at 20:15 slammed the phone down when asked for history and call ID.

                                In between many calls were done and explained all the story to fresher’s in the call center and parroted only written dialogue of I can understand your problem, but no one seems to have actually.

                                Emails: 7th, 22nd, 23rd, 18th Jan had absolutely no response and Call center claims that’s they cannot send a mail, nor they can see any mail.

                                I am a working women with kids and busy schedule have taken a lot of time off to go through the IVRS and reach out to the right person. Past one month the handset is lying somewhere and I have no resolution.
                                All I am asking Nokia, Give me a written mail that you cannot help me. And tell that the damage of cell was done by me in black and white; I shall take this up in the consumer court. They not only owe me a new handset , but the compensation for me for putting me through a sheet mental agony for past one month of false promises and call centers’ untrained employees rude behaviors .Above mentioned call ID’s can prove them.
                                Respect your customer and they need an explaination and some respect.
                                Have some integrity and value for your own word.

                                Nokia E - 72 — Memory Low.

                                I have a Nokia E72, still under warranty.
                                Whenever I browse internet or access Maps on my phone, I get a prompt "Memory Low. Close some applications & try again", inspite of having 225 MB phone memory free.
                                I have taken the handset to Nokia Care in Delhi - Vasant Vihar once & twice to Nokia Care - Chandigarh, Sector-22C but its still the same.
                                I feel as if I have spent Rs. 15K+ for a piece of junk.
                                Plz suggest what to do.

                                  This is to inform you that this is my 1st worst experience ever with a world brand.
                                  I have purchased nokia X6 on 10/08/10. after purchasing that set within a period of 5 dayz , a problem occured in one of the ringer, and i had also not got the reedem pin for ovi music . so for both these problems i went to nokia care and waited for 1 hr.and told them about the problem in the cell.They told me that your mobile is having some problem in the IC.and they have to send it to delhi for 10days,without examinig the mobile even once.i left my mobile for the whole day ,and when i took it back in the evening there were hell lot of scratches on the screen and on the back side of my new brand cell.
                                  And when i requested them and asked to replace my cell,they used very pathetic and abusive language and their attitude was like a customer care of some local company and not professional...they are untrained too,they dont know how to satisfy a customer.
                                  It was not only me over there,there were many customers who returned back dissatisfied and on behalf of all o[censored]s ,i am taking the initiative to file a complaint.
                                  The employees over there are sitting not to solve the problems but to enhance the same.

                                  This is regarding the Music unlimited pin no.
                                  I was also baffled by not receiving the sms.
                                  Then I had to reset my phone due to some malfunction. I used the restore factory setting menu item in the settings menu.
                                  After restart I received an sms to agree to the my nokia terms and conditions and when I pressed yes another message with the pin was received, using which I created a Music Unlimited account.

I bought X6 16GB on Sep 2 in Kerala, within two days a problem occurred on sound system and when i went to Nokia care they asked me to come after ten days because they want to send ma mobile to Delhi or else they asked me to come after ten days, so that they will change the speaker and give.I was waiting for that.As they told, they changed speaker and panel, but the next day i got the same problem again in ma mobile.Please suggest me what to do after this.

                                      I took out a contract phone at MTN Uitenhage branch at the 6 of August 2010 not even I have the phone for a month and there is problemes with the soft wear that tells me I reveice a phone that has all ready a problem on it. Every time I putt my phone off and put it on I cant send sms or mms. I cant send it back for repairs because I dont have a phone to use. What must I do now in this case.I have a standerd contract with MTN. Is there a problem with the Nokia E63 and can I exchange it for another phone or what. All my settings on my phone are correct.
