I purchased the mobile set in the month of September'09. Since then I have visited NOKIA SERVICE CENTER for 4 times to get my handset repaired. I purchased my Nokia 5130 ExpressMusic handset almost a year back. After 7-8 months o[censored]sage it started giving problem of call drop. It use to get switched OFF as soon as I tried to receive any calls. I went to Nokia care in Aundh and they tried to get the software udpated to see if it resolved the issue, but with no effect. They gave 2 attempts without any knowledge of whether their approach would resolve the issue.
