I took out a contract phone at MTN Uitenhage branch at the 6 of August 2010 not even I have the phone for a month and there is problemes with the soft wear that tells me I reveice a phone that has all ready a problem on it. Every time I putt my phone off and put it on I cant send sms or mms. I cant send it back for repairs because I dont have a phone to use. What must I do now in this case.I have a standerd contract with MTN. Is there a problem with the Nokia E63 and can I exchange it for another phone or what. All my settings on my phone are correct.

    I never have seen such a disgusting customer service like Nokia's and such blady Nokia phone models. The Nokia company just wants to sell their phone after that what will happen that is the headache of customer. I bought Nokia 6303 Classic for Rs 7800 on Aug-2009, i found the phone good as i used it for tthree months but after that my phone starts to restart, I immedeiately contact Nokia Customer Service : Cell Well Karan nagar Srinagar J&K. They listen to me and format the phone and upgrade its software to newer version, the phone came back in good condition but only for a week, after that same problem begins once again, once again i contacted the same customer care, they did the same thing as before. The phone starts working again but for few days, now Cell Well staff decided to send it out of state, where it stays about two months. I think now it is in good condition but i was wrong , the same problem has created once again. Repeatedly I contacted Cell Staff memeber who advised me to resend the phone out of state, I followed him and resend my phone, but two months when it comes back, as they handover it to me just after four hours the same problem created once again. I also contacted Nokia India by e-mail but they only told that they will do something but nothing. Now the warranty of phone is over. During one year my phone was maximan times out of state where at Nokia care Centre, such a useless and disgusting service by Nokia. I voted Noka and its models the worst one.

    Nokia — DISGUSTING SERVICE NOKIA

    I bought Nokia cellphone due to its popularity but i was wrong bcoz the battery was not running more than 5 months and charger was also not working. Then, i go to service center NET DOT SOLUTIONS, Hari Nagar, New Delhi and they told me to replace the both on 19 Jan, 2009 and will get the replaced product within seven days maximum, but afterwards i have blocked in their trapped and then, I had called or visit their service center more than 50 times then they refused, we r getting not the replaced product, is it right or to believe the fact that the Nokia has not even a battery and charger to replace within one month. what is it? They won't bother the problems of customers and inconvenience and i am handicapped without my mobile and dont want to purchase more, i will go to consumer forum for not giving me my defected product as well as harassing me purely.

    Nokia — disgusting service

    i was submitted a complaint at nokiaa customer care ph no [protected] on 26th jan 2012.about my nokiaa phone c6-01 which was given to nokia care for replacement on 29th dec.2011. he gave me my complaint no1-[protected] and said that your complaint will solve within 48 working hour On 28th jan i contact once again & customer executive told me my complaint no. was wrong & he gave me complaint no 1-[protected] & my complaint was solve within 48 hours. I ask him to connect to his superiors, first he refuses but after my strong request he said me hold on phone. after 7-8 minutes phone was disconnected by him . from that day i am contact same ph.no. daily for my complaint but no one give me any information about my phone when i wanted to contact superiors each times they said me to hold on and after 8-10 minutes phone was disconnected

    It's very disgusting for a company like nokiaa that persons who works for them are very very irresponsible, shame less & useless

    what can i do to know about my phone or to contact nokiaa officials.

      I am Ajay.I have mobile Nokia E63. It was not working all of asudden, so i thought to check it with nokia care at CHOLA TECHNOLOGY .

      on 12/10/10. the day i gave them i was informed that software problem is there so that you please wait for 30 min sir we will make it ready, but after 45 minutes they came back and said sir please come back at 5.00pm we will deliver at that time.

      I came back at 5 they said we checked with display also, but nothing wrong with display.

      please come and collect after 3 days and took 50 rs from me and gave a job sheet number---2322

      i came back on 15th to collect my phone. but they told me that it has gone to head office and nobody is there to collect it from there.so please come and collect it on 18/10/10. but they dint tell me whats the problem is.
      i went on 18th they said software version is not available with them so that they will update and give it on 19/10/10.

      i went on 19th i saw the manager Mr.Senthil he said from past one week their systems are not working so they cant do it . he told me sir, please give me two hours time i my self will call you. after updating the software. i was waiting for the call but they dint call me,

      today(20/10/10) before going there i just called them at[protected], the answer i got from that manager is sir, your mobile has to be sent for mobile factory at mumbai and will be charged 4800rs.

      i dont know how Nokia give authorization for such a stupid people, this is 5th complaint from our family

      during my visits to this Nokia care i found almost 70% of the customers facing the same problems.

        i came nokia care on 9th august and i gave my nokia 2700c for repair at nokia care,infotel services,1,ekdalia road,kolkata-19. because my phone's lcd was some demaged...my jobsheet number is 100809/3i also do Ncp for my handset.... then there goes to 22 days but don't return my handset......because the lcd is not available in this nokia care.......but i face many problem for my handset....its to important for me.......when i returned my repairing handset in my hand??????please enquiry that.......waiing for your early reply..........

The details are given hereunder:-

            But the problem still persists. Since I am service class woman and has been working as a ‘Teacher’ where mobile is an absolute necessity , my work is getting affected badly because of having no interaction with my students and colleagues.

            Due to repetition of this problem very frequently even after having repaired two times through Noika Care Centres, I request you to kindly change the present handset with a new one for your customer satisfaction.

            I hope this letter will be addressed promptly and my problem will be resolved within 7 days of time span. In case it is not resolved within a week’s time, please mention whom shall I contact next for getting an early solution.

            I want to seek compensation for the mental agony caused due to this deficiency in services and inconvenience faced due to non-availability of my Phone for almost two/three month.

            I am really disturbed, and seek immediate replacement of the set, otherwise I shall be compelled to seek legal remedy.

            Anticipating a quick response, as my work is suffering due to often reoccurrence of malfunctioning of the said set.

                  the above address is of the shop which is trying to fool us. my imei no.is [protected], ,job sheet no.[protected]/100805/6, i submitted my mobile to care at 5/8/10 they said display had to be changed so they changed the display again after 2 days that same problem occured again they suggested that the display had to be changed and after completing formalities the bill was paid again the problem occurred in my cell and i went again to the above address they said IC has to be changed and now today when i went to the shop i noticed that out of the four screws of my N96 slider one screw was broken ie.its base was broken. when i asked how? they said that it was broken already whichwas a damn lie.then i said when i gave this mobile twice before that time it was not broken and how now? they were not ready to accept their mistake and said that to change the slider and i have to pay rs.850 . sir from the day i had purchase mobile i am fed up of such problems.they just try to fool customers they try to put on unnecessary charges one by one and why should we pay the money for their mistake till now i spent 5420rs. for my cell problem.
                  firstly the distributer frauded me i purchased this mobile from assam on 09/01/08 and handed such type of handset to me and now these nokia care also are trying to betray me.and they are not ready to listen and taking my problem lightly sir i handle minimum 20000 mobile connection in BSNL i never thought that nokia care will give such unsatisfactory, poor and ill services to consumers. if necessary action is not taken early i have to move to consumer court and have to organize a press conference against nokia company.

                  I,Ramkrushna.E.Nandanwar,SDE,BSNL,Nagpur beg to state that the nokia care service is not aware of their responsibilities and betraying the consumers. Sir some days ago there was some problem on my mobile MODEL - NOKIA N-96 when i consulted nokia care i was told that due to one software my mobile was hanged so they inserted another software then the keypad was not following the software so they told that keypad has to be changed so after the above process i paid the bill and fullfilled all the required process
                  but they have fraud me they inserted any old keypad instead of new one and still the problem is not fully recovered. When i consulted about this problem they misbehaved with me and they used bad language which was not at all expected.sir, i request you to find solution of this problem and fullfill required process as soon as possible

                    I am Harender Singh, I had purchased a Nokia handset 5233 on 08 March 2010 from the mobiles store and its IMEI No. is [protected]. On 25 August 2010 my handset suddenly start giving trouble to me.
                    The problem in this handset as mentioned below:-
                    1 Auto Restart (Indicating the signal of will be restart)
                    2 Sim Registration failed and automatically shifted to offline mode (I have try three different Sim of three different operator but the problem is still as it is)
                    3 Sometimes after pressing start key phone will be vibrate nut not starting shown in the screen.

                    You are requested to suggest what I can do regarding above mention problem or I have to brought my phone to NOKIA service centre.

                      It is a matter of shame that I brought NOKIA E52 (IMEI NO. [protected])set on June06, 2010 form S.D. Enterprises, 14/151, Geeta Colony, Delhi-31 vide R.No. 1109/B/10-11. After a some time it started giving problem, viz, when you call it owuld report as CONNECTION ERROR and you could not receive any call. I visited the deler thrice on each occassion they would say that there is software problem and rectify the same. Ont he fourth occassion I was direted to go NOKIA CARE at Maa Communication, V3s Mall, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi-92. Accordingly, I spent 4 hours and I was asked to gather the same next day. I got the same at 3.30PM and at 4.45PM I was again at NOKIA CARE (job no.3687).
                      You would appreciate that after buying your NOKIA set I have bought an additinal job of visiting NOKIA show-room/Centre. I would appreciate if you replace my set.

                        Dear Sir,

                        I have purchased one Nokia E63 mobile handset (IEMI No- [protected]) from one Nokia Retailer named "Connecting People" of Lakhtakia, Guwahati vide Invoice No - GST/[protected] on 04th March 2010.

                        It was giving one problem (Pressing Contact button does not showing Contact list), for which I have submitted my Nokia to nearest Nokia Care Centre named "PARAMOUNT SERVICE", Indu Bhawan, M.G. Road, Opp. Jorhat Fire Brigade Station, Jorhat - 785001 on 22nd July 2010, and they have updated new version fo its software and the problem is solved. For it they taken my mobile for the day.

                        Next, few days before One another problem occur. The battery backup of my mobile is showing only 4 Hrs 57 Min talk time GSM in standard condition which should be up to 11 hrs as shown in the Nokia site. For this I brought my mobile to the same Nokia Care Centre "PARAMOUNT SERVICE" on 25th August 2010.

                        But when the Executive/Technician there named "Ms BIDISHA" opening my mobile for checking she broke one of the IC of the motherboard. She was not properly trained for E63. She does not know the procedure of opening the parts. While opening a white plate containing the LCD above the motherboard, she was fighting for 5 minutes which was also observed by two of her colleague sitting near by her. She was using spanner near the portion containing those IC for lifting the white plate, which was done in front of me. And finally when she fails she bring my mobile inside the care in open state to another technician for open it. after few moments she return back with the plate in open state which was not done in front of me. And one another technician named "Ms TRISHNA DAS" came to her and check the mobile and show me that one of the IC of the motherboard is broken. And she signed on the motherboard and told me that as the IC is broken, so she canceled the warranty of the mobile.

                        Then I talked to their senior Mr Rajib Borah about the incidents happening, in brief. I asked him how can one inner IC be broken if it is not physically tampered? He told me that for this reason they use the habit of opening the mobile in front of the customer. But in my case, the technician BIDISHA bring my mobile inside the Care. which is illegal according to their rules. But he deny the fact stating that if somebody don't know something, for help one must ask another. But my point is that in such case what is the necessity of bringing my mobile inside the care in open state, when anything can be happen. Anybody can temper my motherboard. While Nokia is so much strict about this, and the technician is appointed by Nokia itself, after knowing their rules she must not do that. But she did it. How can the IC in the motherboard be broken if it is not physically tempered?

                        And finally, Mr Rajib told me that i have to suffer for it. He can't take any decision. As the technician is appointed through Nokia I have to complaint to Nokia. For this he give me one no[protected].

                        Sir, I am totally helpless, i don't know what to do. I want some proper justification. Please take action at the earliest.

                        My request -
                        1. The Waranty should be revalidated.
                        2. The broken IC should be repaired free of cost as it was broken by Nokia Care Executive.
                        3. proper training should be provided to your technicians.

                        Otherwise i will approach legally.

                          bought a nokia 6303i classic phone from Jasmine Mobile located at R C Dutt Road, Alkapuri, Vadodara-390007. Since last one month am facing following problem in this model.

                          01. facing a problem like heat a mobile very quick even I talk for 2-3 minutes, its irritating me a lot. I used many Nokia models previously but I never faced a problem such like this

                          02. When I recd a call from any number initially i heard a very slow voice of caller and then suddenly its normalized.

                          HI nayan,
                          Did u get any response from Nokia . since I amalso have same issue with Nokia 6303i purchased 2 months back and it worked 1 months properly and then network proble. No use of buying this handset.. just giving money to Nokia. and no help from them. I am realy fed up with shop owner where I had purchased and Nokia people. No good response from them.
                          IT IS HUMBLE REQUEST NOT TO BUY ANY NOKIA 6303I HANDSET. IT IS OF NO USE.

                            Dear Customer Care

                            I purchased the mobile set in the month of September'09. Since then I have visited NOKIA SERVICE CENTER for 4 times to get my handset repaired. First time my mike was not working and so had to visit the center. Then onwards , there is a virus contamination in the set due to which it automatically and abruptly gets switched off.

                            We do not expect this kind of instrument from such a trustworthy and renonwed brand like NOKIA. Kindly look into the matter and requesting to get the set changed and I am suffering being an employed personnel.

                              I gave my Mobile Handset Nokia 6600 on 26/8/10 at Mobile Care 808,7 th Cross,BTM 2 nd Stage Bangalore.They charged Rs 50/- for checking the fault as its Key Pad was not working properly.On pressing one time any key, it takes two times the same key.They told that, they will inform the estimate & jobs to be done on next day by 11 AM.Next day i waited upto 1 PM but there was no call.I then called at Centre about the status of my Mobile handset as to what are the jobs to be done & the estimate for the same.They told that they still want one hour more to tell the jobs & the estimate for the same.But they didn't call & finally they inform around 4 O, clock that the Mobile set has been repaired & the charges are about Rs 1100/-.i was surprised to know that without our confirmation on charges how they have done it.We went personally to Centre & questionned them why they have done the job without our confirmation.They simply don't have answer.They changed the UI Module.We asked for break-up of cost.They told the UI Module is Rs 698/-Plus Tax 13.5 % and Service Charge Rs 331/-.We asked for Price list of Part & from Price list it was found out that the Price is only Rs 513/-.About Service Charge it comes in Part replacement category & for without FM & less than 2 GB Memory the charges should be only Rs 150/- while they have charged Rs 300/- plus Service Tax.This is clear case of cheating with customer.At the same time several customers were complaining.The details of Job sheet no. & Bill are as under:

                              Bill No. 5789 Dt 27/8/10.
                              The action should be taken & excess amount should be refunded to me.

                                  Hello this is Kumaresh Gupta I'm hereby writing this letter to make you aware that how your non-technical (i.e. engineer) staff at Nokia Care, Clock Tower Branch, Dehradun (Uttranchal), Inida replying to customer.

                                  In month of June this year I had Purchased E71 IMEI No. [protected] & Battery No.[protected]-670519 & Battery Charger No.[protected];0675589 from Nokia dealer, Dehradun as it was giving problem with regard to Battery backup. They had told me that they will be keeping my mobiles battery with them for the replacement and will be giving it back to me after 15 days working.

                                  I had asked them is there any other way out because this is my corporate phone and I can’t give it for 15 days and though I had requested them to register my request and bring the new battery as a replacement so that my work should not stop.

                                  Kindly advise me regarding the issue and how i can get my battery changed and is there any provision to get battery replaced online and so that i may get the batter and at the time of delivery of the battery i can replace the old battery. As you did in near future with your faulty batteries so that it should not create any hindrance in my work.

                                    It was giving a problem (pressing contact button does not showing contact details) on 15th July 2010, for which I have submitted my mobile to my nearest NOKIA CARE CENTRE named "PARAMOUNT SERVICE", Indu Bhawan, M.G. Road, Jorhat-785001 on 22nd July 2010. They updated the software to my nokia handset and the problem was solved.

                                    Again I have seen another problem of battery back up that my Nokia is giving only 4 hrs 56 mins of talk time GSM instead of 11 hrs as company says about it. Again I have brought it to the same Nokia Care "PARAMOUNT SERVICE" yesterday. They told me that they have to check it, for which i have to submit it with the battery for 2-3 days to them.

                                    She was not properly trained for it. She does not know the locks for opening it. When she fails she goes inside the Care with my mobile to another technician and bring the mobile back opening that plate. After few while one another technician "Trishna Das" comes to her and show me that one IC is broken. She told me that for that reason she canceled the warranty of my mobile and sign on the motherboard. When I asked how can it be broken, as I have not given it to anybody else. They reversely arguing me that it has some defects thats why i m approaching them. and the defect is the broken IC.

                                    I have talked to the Senior named "Rajib Borah" And told the matter. The IC may be broken due to Bidisha's mishandling. Or When She bring it to the other technician inside the room she might broke it, HOW CAN I KNOW? But they did not agree to accept it. At first She was fighting to open the plate. and then she spoke every process how to open it as How can she can make that mistake.

                                    Lastly, Rajib told me that he cannot decide anything. If i have any complaints against the technician I have to approach Nokia as the technician was appointed through Nokia. He give me one no[protected]. and ask to call to it.

                                    Sir, How can the ver very small IC in the motherboard be broken if it is not physically tempered by any body. As I have not given my Nokia to any other Service Centre, it must be broken by them.
                                    And how can I believe that the technician is not tempering my mobile when she bring it to inside the care in open state.

                                    Sir, i am very very helpless about this and could not decide what to do. I want right justification.
                                    For Nokia Care default why I have to suffer?

                                      I am a mobile retailer in the trade name of Sri Infotech at Raniganj, Dist: Burdwan, West Bengal. I have been selling Nokia Mobiles from the last 2 years. I had purchased a Nokia X3-00B silver with IMEI No. [protected] from M/s Avantika Garments Pvt. Ltd., 40/74 G T Road, Asansol on 21/08/2010 wide invoice no. AGPL/ 9941.

                                      A scanned copy of the invoice is attached herewith.

                                      When I opened the box to sell it to a customer, the mobile handset was not found in the box. The box had only the battery, charger, headphone and date cable.

                                      When I contacted the Sales representative of Nokia ( Avantika Garments Pvt Ltd. ) Mr. Rupesh Pan, I am being told that why didn’t I weigh the box before taking delivery and that the delivery boy was not attending office from the last three days.

                                      Then I was told that this case has also occurred earlier in Raniganj with M/s Shri Shyam Agencies and Jagabandhu Telecom some four months ago. Mr. Rupesh Pan and a sales promoter of Nokia were also present in the outlet of Shri Shyam Agencies when a sealed box of Nokia 7210 had the handset missing from it.

                                      After my constant nagging from the morning I am told to do a 50-50 settlement. Is this right? Why do I made to pay for a handset which I did not receive. Is Nokia dealing in mobiles or grocery items that weight need to be done before taking delivery?

                                      If such cases happen who will sell Nokia? Is Nokia here to loot retailers? Will Nokia fill its booty by selling sealed boxes with handsets missing from them? Is this a new trade policy which Nokia has build up?

                                      A complete crackdown on the case is required, so that fellow retailers are not cheated and justice is met to me.

                                        i had purchased the newly launched Nokia 2690 handset in July10 from Mobile Store Powai, Mumbai , this phone was wet in the monsoon conditions of Mumbai & is un-operational since last 2 days, i had shown it to Powai store who guided to Nokia centre at Ghatkopar W , Mumbai.

                                        The Ghatkopar store rejected my complaint stating that the phone has been tampered with & they cannot register my complaint, which was lodged in their records on 26th aug 12 noon. I even advised them to repair the same & i was willing to bear the necessary chgs for same, however they did not accept & returned the phone back to me. This mobile was opened upon which is quiet natural when it gets wet & i waited for a day or so for it to dry up 'cause sometimes as per experience mobiles do start after drying.

                                        I want to mention that the mobile is under waranty period of 1 year (purchased just a month ago) yet Nokia has refused to attend to my complaint (also i was willing to bear the expences which is not the practise under warranty period), Details of my purchase can be provided for verification on request,
