Joystick don't work, mic problem in earphone, earphone and data cable r not connect in port, keys don't work.

Sir,
I bought a cell phone from Nokia ( N-73M ) and after eight Month the Joysyick start to giving problem and I went to nokia customer care Lajpat nagar branch they people took the phone and told me sir the phone has to go our Headquarter and it will take maximum 15 days to get back your phone and after 15 days I get back my phone

But after 4, 5 days Again the cell phone start to give the same problem and I went again nokia customer care Lajpat nagar branch they people told me sir I have to send your phone again Headquarter and it will took 15 to 20 days to get back ur phone, I giving my phone by 20th September and till date 23/10/2008 I did not received my phone back and whenever I called and ask about my phone they people said its delay from our Headquarter.

I don't know what your company is all about with nothing in the name of customer care...I am regretting now to be a member of Nokia customer...Is this what you call Nokia customer Care
I think it was my grave mistake to purchase a Cell Phone from NOKIA

I PURCHASED A MOBILE FROM DUBAI AFTER ONE MONTH MY MOB JOYSTICK WAS COMPLAINT I GIVE MY MOBILE TO POWERLINK VAZHUTHACAUD THEY TOLD ME JOY STICK COMPLAINT MR.ANOOP RECEPTIONIST TOLD ME NO WARRANTY SUPPORTED FOR THIS MOBILE SO THEY TOLD ME PAY Rs.650 FOR REPAIRING SO I AGREE AND PAID MONEY AND THEY REPAIRED MY MOBILE AFTER ONE WEEK SAME COMPLAINT SHOW THAT TIME THEY TOLD ME IT WILL CLEAR BY USING MANY TIMES AFTER ONE MONTH AGAIN I CONTACT THAT TIME THEY TOLD ME AGAIN PAY 650 FOR REPAIRING THAT TIME ALSO ANOOP TOLD ME PAY Rs.

Nokia N-73 — joystick problem

sir i have purchased a nokia n73 music edition last year, but after some time it started giving problem in joystick and 2nd number digit, i took it to the nokia care, model town extension, ludhiana. they cleaned it and gave it me back, but the problem arised again and again, now i again went for the same problem then they said that they will change the joystick keypad, but they said we don't have it in stock, u cme afer 15- 20 days, sir how should i manage for such a long time without the phone, kindly tell me which service centre of ludhiana is having the joystick ketpad available, so that i can get such keypad replaced easily.
