Dear Sir/Madam, I have bought a Nokia N73 Mobile phone six months ago.Now I find that it is getting switched off automatically.It is embarassing me because I cannot know at what time it has got off.Many people hardly connect me when they try to connect. If NOKIA is using the caption against their name that "CONNECTING PEOPLE" then they should stop selling this short tampered cell phones first.They have no right to harass people at the cost of our money.Even I have seen many complaints in many of the forums with NOKIA phone. I too have exactly same problem with my N73 handset. Incidentally I find many people complaining of the same issue in internet. Such poor performance from a high-end phone is not atall expected; NOKIA should take some step to solve this problem.

Nokia N73 Mobile Phone — NON RECEIPT OF SHIPMENT ORDER NO.41755 OR NON RECEIPT OF REFUND ORDER AGAINST CANCELLATION

I have booked nokia N73 on 17.07.2009 by order No.41755 which is not yet received by me till date i.e.25.08.2009. I have also informed for cancelliation but every time they have informed it is under process will be updated within two days every they are telling like this. Hence I request you against the hindu shopping not giving perfect services at all times.

I also have the same problem. And for me even startup takes a lot of time 5minutes or more.i installed sms2.0. Once i send a sms the phone hangs for about 8 minutes. I heard lot of praises about nokia aand nokia n73 to buy this phone. Now I think it was a total waste of money.
