n 79 — i lost my applications

i lost my all applications when i updated my software in chennai i lost all my money by paying 20,000 to n79 can u sent me the applications

when i updated my nokia n79 software from nokia service station, dictionary, n-gage games, and other in-built softwares were missing.And all the customer care executives had to say was, maybe in new version these things do not exist. this is pathetic..

Yes, i am also facing the same issue. Pls help me out how can i get the inbuild software like oxford dictionary, SMS Timer and etc.

My n79 handset was stolen .Ididn't activate the tracking device.Is there any alternative to get it back?I registered FIR in THANE RPF on 10th may2010.Pls give me solution about this problem.Can i lock my phone or get it back:

i purches nokia n79, after useing one month i got a problem in my set the photo application effected by virus which couldn`t delete. This problem raised infront of nokia care. They reinstalled my phone software but a lot of appplication was eresed which was provided on my mobile. the application was mobiola screen capture, oxford dictionary, themeDIY v1.5, smstimer, wavesecure v3.02, indisms, these all application was removed, same time i told to nokiacare regarding this. they start missguiding me, they told me these application download from ovi store.i told them ovi telling me purchase this application and price is also too.nokia care telling me i can`t give application, i didn`t have authority, i ask to nokia why didn`t give these preintalled application, they should give this, because these application are part of my mobile and these application was preinstalled during purchase. if not giving these application that means they are making fool the public. during purchasing giving a lot of promise, you are geting one year warranty if you will get any problem, nokia care will solve, i ask to nokia how did they solve my. they removd pre installed application
