[Resolved]  Nokia — Nokia provided a FAULTY handset

Hi, I purchased Nokia 500 handset on 18th Aug 2012.
From that day till today, I am facing a problem of frequent restart on the phone.
I lodged a complaint against this several times in Nokia care, but they just updated the software and communicated that the problem will be solved, but, it has not.
Within warranty period I am facing this problem consistently and no solution on this.
I want Nokia(the company) to take appropriate action to provide solution immediately else give me my money back.

Nokia — faulty handsets

dear sir i m seemant nahata i have a nokia 5310 xpress music phone .i purchased that phone in march or maybe april last year since that very own day i started having problem with that handset. i 1st gave it to nokia care in kolkata around april or may last year which i got back after a month . again i had a problem n i gav that to nokia care in august n i got back my handset in september end . again to my hell phone stopped working in october itself within 5 days . as again i gav it to nokia care i again a got this phone back november .now after working for 4-5 months more again it is showing problem n maybe now i hav to go to nokia care what should i do with that phone ?

Nokia — handset fault

during charging my handset nokia2505 cdma set stops charging after every 10-15 minutes, and on the screen "charger not supported" displays, its 3rd time that i have given my set to nokia care, i am not satisfied with this handset, please find some perfect solution...
whichever theme i download from net, the introduction screen, the wallpaper of the theme is half visible.Also that themes showing time, the wallpaper related to the theme is not visible{the wallpaper part of the screen becomes grey}.Model no.-Nokia 2680 slide.
Mu Nokia phone have not working while Sim is not showing it is saying put the enter restericted code please send the result as early as possible

Nokia — Faulty handset provided

Dear Sir,

I had purchased NOKIA 2700C phone from bathinda but after 10 days my handset developed a problem after a visit to their CARE center i had been assured for warranty exchange of my handset. But the handset recd. after their warranty service had previous scratches on the camera glass. and looked like it was a seconds handset.

Kindly advise for the necessary action to be initiated for the same.

Nokia — Faulty Handset of Nokia

Dear Sir,

I have purchased Nokia N96 on 22.10.08 and my billing amount was Rs. 32,800/- but since then i am facing problem with the handset moreover i have send the handset for repair several times but noting happen finaly i have deposited the handset to nokia on 24/9/09 for which my job sheet no is[protected]/090924/26 and my IMEI No. is [protected] or which the nokia has agreed that they will replace it will a new one but since then neither the replacement is done nor refund so kindly advice what has to be done from end. Moreover the price of the handset has also been reduce i really don't know what has to be done.

NOKIA/ 2700c — Faulty Phone

I brought a Nokia 2700c 11/07/2010 Day : Sunday 19:30 for RS 3774 from Nokia Pr Vasant Vihar New Delhi. On Wednesday i opened a new box and found that i got a faulty Mobile. Speaker for my headset is not working. I went to Nokia Priority Vasant Vihar Vasant loak New Delhi today and had a word with the same sales men. He was very help full at the time he sale that product to me but now he is not understanding me at all he said
" Nokia Care mai jaao may be they can help you" ..
I went to Nokia Care they want my set to be repaired they told me they can not replace the set which I agree. then i went to Nokia Priority again and tell the same thing they are not ready to help me at all.
I got cheated feeling very frustrated i don't know what to do. I want this set to be replaced.

Nokia — Company handset fault

I have bought a new nokia x3-02 and after 15 day it goes to be switch on/off.
Sometimes keypad is also not working properly.

So i went to nearer Nokia customer care & the said that handset has fault of liquid flow(as some kind of liquid which is used in the keypad) & say's that may cost charges to repair it, So they don't gave me that much positive response to it,
thus after spending lots of money in purchasing that handset & they give this type of response what we should do?

Locating a Nokia Care Centre (NCC) is very Easy !
SMS “NCC<space><City Name>” & send it to 55555, within few seconds you will receive the list of NCCs in that city.
I wrote to nokia care and they have even replaced my handset with the new one. But, the new handset has the same problem.

I have submitted the handset again in nokia care(this is 10th time), its there since 18th april but, no updates.

I want my cash back with compensation
FYI.

I am not the only one to face this. PFA.

And my handset is with Nokia care since 18th April.

And still no solution, instead they are asking me to take that handset with problems.

one more prob is tat i cant connect any other headsets except nokia default...others dun get detected

yes, many people are getting the major problem of hanging and restart, in fact i've replaced my whole nokia 500 from nokia care, but this new phone is also getting the same problem. what should we do ?

Yes, I updated my nokia 500 to Belle, My phone restarted many times, Sometimes I try to End Calls phone will restarts, Is any solution for this. I think nokia cant solve this problem, we wasted our money to buy these kind of Mobiles, Is any solution to get my money back.

I have the same problem plus another problem: currently i am using SIM card from UAE and when i changed the SIM to another Egyptian SIM the phone locked, Some of you will ask me to change the feature of Lock if SIM changed to No, i am confirming that this feature is already in No mode and there disabeld all the security features and no way, i tried another SIM from UAE and it works without any problem: i do not know if this problem is related to the service provider or to the phone? provider

I would check with your service provider if your phone is indeed locked to one particular network carrier. Perhaps the SIM from the other country doesn't support the network bands that the UAE does.

even I am facing this problem since 9 months from the date of purchase, even though they have replaced the handset with the new one, still the same issue. I guess this i the problem with 500 series. And Nokia care people are not accepting the fact and denying the solution.
