Nokia X3 - 02 — Pathetic...!

Hi, my nokia X3-02 is not working properly.
Sometimes it gets switched off , sometimes it gets off and more over the touch its getting horrible.
And the ovi store is not have.

nokia x3-02 — sim card rejected

Rsp sir,

I have purchase nokia x3-02 hand set in aug -2011 and set will sim card rejected . after that i will show set in NCC at nagpur 3 times but problem not solved . and i also complaint reg. on nokia online center but problem not solved . i want to replace my handset.
