[Resolved]  NSDL - PAN card correction — still not know when i will receive the correct pan card

I have applied, for two rectification from my old pan card, with NSDL and it has been two months
since i have applied but no letter and no revised PAN card has been sent by the department . Please help me out in this kinda situation.

hi Dears,

I have a Case for PAN application,
The name of the Applicant say J S Sethilkumar
his father's Name say J R Subramanian and his Grand father Name say J M Ramanujam,

here the Initial "J" is family intial, which is common for all their family members is also printed in Ration Card also.
At the time of Applying PAN, they need the proof for Initial. here no proof is available for the family Initial. what is the solution for apply the PAN to this Applicant. Kindly help me in this regards as soon as possible. or forward to any Officials who can solve this problem.

MY DOB is wrongly printed on it.

i also want to get pan card, but after marriage my surname is changed and pan card dep. does not accept marriage certificate with my metriculation and driving license as my id .. proof what can i do..

date of birth; 14.8.58 is correct
but on your card db 14.08.53 is wrogly printed.so request you change actual db 14.8.58

I have applied for PAN CARD and it has been issued to me. But it is seen that my name in PAN card is not correct. I have given it back to Income Tax Dept. for correction in Name. But after lapse of 18 months also I have not recevied it back. My PAN Card No. is AVGPP5429F.

I received my pan card in 2007, my pan card no. is AKAPA1623P and my name mention at pan card is 'AZAZ AHMAD ANSARI'. Which is correct as same as i filled in application form.
But when i see at NSDL web site it shows 'AJAJ AHMAD ANSARI' which is incorrect.

I got emails three times asking me to send a photograph since the photo submitted was not suitable for scanning. Each time I sent different photographs. That is, I sent in total three photographs. Still I have received an email asking me to send a photograph. I have not understood, what is all the matter about. I request the authorities to send my Pan Card at the earliest.
