[Resolved]  On Dot Courier — Not delivered

I book the parcel with on dot courier on 1 august[protected] & it is reached the destination(Dehradun) on 4 august, but it is not delivered till 07/08/09. I called the local office of on dot & they will giving excuses that we don't have delivery boy today, the other day they told me that there is heavy rain. They are making excuses everytime.The service is really very bad & i don't know when i am going to recieve my parcel.

I had called your Kolkata Office[protected] on 14th September, 2009 regarding the same and some one attended my call and also committed me that same day within 4pm I would receive the packet. But I have not received any packet or status from your end yet. Yesterday & Today I have called your Kolkata Office & Delhi Office[protected] &[protected] several times but nobody received my call. I am still waiting for the same. Let me know the status ASAP.

I harminder singh prop M/s Teteja Marble Ludhiana. I was done a courier in 09/08/2013 rc no. AWB No. *[protected]* from Ludhiana To Delhi Consignee Libra Sales India Delhi. My courier not delivered in my correct place when I goes to your agencies holder and ask about our courier. They ware not giving me proper answer and telling me wrong

I would like to request you sir there are very important documents for us . if you don’t delivers the courier properly please send me back because I thinks your services are very poor for me and your agencies holder are not interested in our works.

Kindle take action against this later as earlier as possible
