Sir This is to bring into your kind notice that on dot courier services in patiala are performing very poor... Parcels are being deiverd timey from delhi to patiala center but thereafter not being deliverd further to fianl consumers. Owner is not willing to attend the complaints and employees are acting as owner of the goods. My docket No.[protected] being deliverd on 19 th feb 09 from delhi on dot head office to patiala on dot courier but wen i visited patiala on dot courier on 23rd employee sitting over there behaved very rudely. upon asking why they are not picking phone he said that u should move out and come tomorrow to collect your parcel...Being a CA this would not be tolerated...Please tac some action against patiala on dot courier and deliver my parcel safely to my premises...looking after your early action or I hav to forcefully proceed legally... very bad behaviour by the frenchee patiala ondot branch head for non delivery of most important documents of cholamandalam MS GIC Ltd from last five days.(POD NO.[protected] There is no positve reponse from the branch head Mr Vijay kumar and Mr sharma even not picking my phone from last two days.

Personal — Non delivery of Parcel
Dear Sir,I had posted a Parcel thru Speed Post on 31/07/2009 for Pune, pin 411001 from Kolkata. Unfortunately it has not reched the destined location to pune to Mr Juzer Ziauddin, pune My Tracking number is EW[protected]IN . So i request you to please look into this matter and please deliver the Parcel to Pune at its earliest.
Please help if possible.

OnDot couriers — Wrong delivery
Dear Madam/ sir,This is with respect to my courier which was being sent by my mother from Jammu, Tawi.The courier company claimed that they had delivered it already
Personal — Bad Courier service
I have seen many times that Courier Service providers collect courier/dak/letters but not delver at stations where they are not providing service.My compliant is that if they have not service providers at address places where courier is to be deliverd then they should not take the courier/dak/letters from the sender.They must refuse to the sender that they could not have service providers at that particular station.If once they accept the courier and charge for the service they must deliver the courier.personally — non delivery of parcel.
