[Resolved] OnDot Courier — non delivery of parcel | |||
my consignement dated 13.04.2011 send from new delhi to manipal has been stuck in bangalore all this while.my consignement number if[protected]. i had called up the customer care people at bangalore, but no help was forthcoming, rather they said it was send to manipal on 14.04.2011. i called up the mnipal person and he said he has not received the parcel till date. i dont understand, what is this. you had said it would be delivered in 3 days, butmore than a week has elapsed and yet i have not got my parcel.kindly look into the matter and deliver my parcel to me without any further delay. Your service is very very very very bad. i don't like your company's Ex. Service. i belongs from Manali here is Hill station your ex. comes by bus from other station after reached at bus stand manali they call at cell phone everytime we have your parcel & letters pls collect from bus stand manali is that your service?so whey we willn't choose postal service ? pls improve your service or closed your service in manali ? have you not service door to door ? & they are saying we can't pay auto expenses for door to door service ?
I hope you will take action for that as soon as.

My v imp medicine was sent ur service from chennai to indore, my parcel was not delivered for so many days from indore office. They kept it there for 2 days and sent the parcel back to chennai. After contacting the office in indore person responsible Mr Vinod abused us and said we dont provide pay to service. Atleast they could have contacted to customer thru mobile no we could have made the payment in chennai or in indore within mints but instead they returned the parcel and the attitude shown by Mr Vinod was v disturbing and on complaining to Mr Om incharge he instead told me tat my behaviour is improper.
Sir what damage ur service has done is done but for christ sake take notice of this matter as it will destroy the reputation o[censored]r service because of mismanagement and improper behaviour with the customer. I hope u will take strict action against the people responsible. The parcel was sent in name of dr ramendra shukla
