[Resolved] OnDot Courier — No Customer care and no delivery even after 10 days

This is most horrible experience I ever had with a courier company.Their website shows that my parcel is sent to kolkata (from delhi by Air) on 8 th April 2011 but even on 12 th April I didnot receive it.My main problem is not the late delivery but no one picks up their phone in kolkata branch ,I keep calling them their phone is busy and I connect and hear a ringtone and wait ,but no one picks up for 3 days ,Then I call up their Delhi Branch which shows a series of 10 telephone numbers and no one picks up on Any of the 10 numbers.I think these kind of companies which advertise "High Standards-On Time Delivery Service" and deliver little should be banned for doing Business

Ondot Courier — Non delivery of courier

Dear Concern
I had send a paper with docket no.[protected] on dated 27-Aug-10 from Mohali to Mumbai, but it could not be delivered till now.
Please do the needful ASAP.

my family members sent one coureer with AWB no ::[protected] via On Dot coureer from jamnagar to bangalore and i did not recieved the coureer even after two week of time. when we inquire at jamnagar branch they said they have already made the delivery and they have the receipt of delivery but i did not received the delivery of coureer. when trying to contact to customer number all the number are continiously buzy and when tring to call on few of his officer (operation/ branch hear/ officer/ customer care officer) either they did not pick up the phone or they phone is switch off or they told to call customer care.

i am not happy with the service of OnDot coureer.

Hi Concern,
This is regarding the Service of OnDot which is very poor as i still not got my Docket against docket no.[protected] dtd.27-Oct-12 from Amritsar to pune and today is 5th of October its around 9 days and still not recieved its very shameful, and not any resposible person is in pune who will provide me the exact location, this Docket is very important for me and u can't observe the Loss which i have got with the non recieving for this docket...
this is 2nd time for me about the services which u people provided to me...
Hope for the +ve Response and have some improvement in future...

This is the first time when we Have given you the shipment number [protected].Which was delivered to wrong address in bangalore.When I tried to get my consignment back to my office one of your employee told me that it will be divered in 10 minutes but after waiting 1 hour now they say that it will be delivered on monday what a hopeless service you guys are providing.My one and only openion for you guys is either place the person who is literate enough who can read the delivery address or close all this operation If you are not capable to handle it.
