[Resolved]  Onida — NO PICTURE

My TV has stopped working since FRIDAY. I gave a complaint(NO 0006) to the Hyd Office. I had the same problem earlier and was rectified at Rs.1800.00. Mr Rajesh visited promptly on Saturday and said it will be repaired by Tuesday.

WHY SUCH A LONG TIME> DO NOT YOU KEEP SPARES> WHY DID THE PROBLEM RECUR?

I called their office on Tuesday and Mr Rangaji said it will take another two days. I am waiting. EVEN IF THE PRODUCT HAS TO BE IMPORTED IT WILL NOT TAKE SUCH A LONG TIME.

Do YOU REALLY EXPECT ME TO BUY ANOTHER PRODUCT OF ONIDA. I VERY MUCH ENVY MY NEIGHBOUR AS HE DID NOT BUY AN ONIDA TV>

no picture is coming on tv screen... we hav given our tv 2 service centre of onida but they not cleard the problm.service centre had taken 45 days...

my onida tv ultra slid 350 model no 21slp350b do not display no picture and no sound place solution
