1. I have purchase WG18N 1.5 TON Onida window AC on Dt.[protected]. from RAZZLE DAZZLE INDIA, 18, HARGOVIND ENCLAVE, Opp. Shanti Mukund Hospital, Delhi-110092.
2. The owner of this shop told us this model works on 52degree also and it has no noise. also it is 2 Star AC. I asked to give us the demo how it works but he said its not possible, i trust him I was so excited & purchased this model, within 2hours AC got installed at my place. The person came to install couldn't start the AC, my self from my electronic background said i will start the AC.
3. As AC start working i got shocked its making too much Rattling Sound then i see the date of manufacturing its was 1year 1 month back. Immediately I contact RAZZLE DAZZLE INDIA, for the same. In reply i got the answer - my work is to sell my product now whatever complaint contact the onida company, and even i don't know that AC manufacturing date is a year back, and he gave us the number of onida service centre.
4. The person came said its normal noise and you are unnecessarily complaining, i said why are you saying its normal sound, he said our all models (onida) make same kind of sound and action taken place. even senior official came and for its normal sound. and what about its one year back manufactured AC, he said you should contact RAZZLLE DAZZLE. In short no one was ready to listen to us.
5 Within a week very odour smell start coming as i start the AC for 5-10 minutes, now i had a doubt whether it is 2 star AC or not because there was proof (no sticker) of it, i again complaint, same person came and said you are unnecessary worried just make sure before you switch off your AC let it work on fan mode for 10-15 minutes and start giving different - different examples, i was not at all convinced but he said i cannot do more than this. I complaint so many times for the same but no action was taken
6 Now the position is this Shopkeeper is saying what ever you want to do, go and give complaint, no one can harm us and onida service centre people not taking our problem seriously and AC 's condition is going worse day by day. I have seen other Onida AC's they are not making such SOUND as my AC is making the SOUND.
My request is to please help me with my AC, have someone attend it & replace it with a new AC, same brand same AC
