Onida DVD purchased from Vijay Sales, Mira Road (East). The unit has a problem, the remote stops working just after two - three days of installing the new cell. The remote has been changed four times by the Onida Customer care & they are just trying to complete the six months warranty period so that they can come out of the warranty & charge for the defect in the piece. Even the customer care executive who has visited for checking the problem in the unit, instead of solving the problem talks so arrongantly as if they are doing any favour to us. They are aware that the unit is defective but don't want to resolve the problem or replace the piece. The person who are aware about the problem are Mr. Atul from onida Customer care, Mira Road & Mr. Vishal/Ms leela from Vijay Sales, Mira Road - (E).
Latest complaint no is 0187 with vijay sales.

Right from the begining we are in regular conversation with Vijay sales people .They dont want to give anything in writing even they are not acknowledging our application for the defect so that we cannot lodge a case in consumer forum also .

The Warranty will expire on 15 august 2009.so i request a speedy response from the consumer forum to issue a show cause notice on the onida as well as vijay sales mira road branch for not entertaining us for the defective unit sld to us.

    This is to inform u that ONIDA/LCD 32" Xaria purchased by me on[protected] from Kohinoor Dadar(E) showroom (opp. fire brigade) is giving some or other technical problems from the date of purchase. Its some part has also been replaced once by ur Chembur service centre. Last Saturday ( 1st August 2009) I had lodged a complaint with Kohinoor showroom regarding non-working of LCD TV. Despite repeated reminders and assurance nobody turned up even after 6 days of complaint. Finally, after lot of follow-up one technician named Mr. Mishra landed my house today and immediately left my house stating that he had not brought with him the power board. He even scolded at me stating that I should have complained regarding non-working of power board. When I complained to Mr.Jayesh o[censored]r Chembur Br., he also gave me arrogant reply stating that they donot have stock of power board and that he will be placing the order with ur Gujrath factory and on receipt of the said item TV will be repaired. In this regard I tried to contact Mr.Shailesh Naik ([protected]) but there was no response to my 12 calls made to him. In this regard I would like to know Why ONIDA took 6 days to respond to complaint ? How is it possible that ONIDA is not keeping stock of its items ? or is it that ur Chembur Br. fellow was telling lie regarding non-availability of power board ? What steps are being taken by ONIDA to avoid such incidents in future ? I am very disappointed by ur company's approach. I have decided not to buy ur products in future.

    I am a Onida Xaria LCD 32 TV Customer. I have purchase the product date on 30th Nov 2008, After purchase between 2 months some problem in TV the Show Room Dealer Shree Saileela Enterprise Change new TV between 2 months after 2 months same problem in new piece that time he change again new TV and say now the problem next time come i am give you money back, now after 11 months the same problem come in the TV technician visit our house and change some circuit (Motherboard etc.) in TV after change circuit new problem arise in tv right now tv remote control is not working after 30 minits so now what can I do.

    Now I am not ready to use your this product please give me my all money back, your product is not good

    Replay me as early as possible otherwise I am go to consumer court for your product.

    We had bought the Onida Xaria LCD 32 TV in November 2008, it worked okay until November 2009, after which it started to power off on its own or if we switch off the main switch after taking to standby mode using remote. Later when we swith on the power, we cannot have the TV start functioning as it does not get into Standby mode. Moreover, since it is only usable with remote, you cannot use the manual power option. We have to keep repeatedly following up for a service engineer to even visit and assess the problem, they changed the power supply board and within 2 weeks the problem recurrs.

    I wonder if they have designed in such a way that, Customers keep spending on replacing spares post the warranty period.
    Its true... At least your TV is under warranty. If it is not in a warranty, the Onida Customer Care people are trying to make money by taking advantage of our weak point. My LCD worked 1 year without any problem as i used minimal. But suddenly it shocked me by not working after 1 year one month. Hence, NO ONIDA PRODUCT..
    Never purchase Onida product.. especially Onida LCD TV. These people never understand common people tension. They only busy in selling their product. After service they only think about making money out of it. I am suffering after purchasing Onida LCD Xaria in Oct. 2009. And i have decided i will never go for Onida product.

    We are the regular end user of your esteemed Onida Products at our Home. At 17th May 2009 we bought your product of ONDIA LCD 32XRG XARIA LCD TV from one of your authorised dealer at Vadodara, Gujarat. We got very good satisfaction and the product is so clear and we enjoyed lot.

    But very sorry to say 4th November 2011 there was a problem in the TV and we immediately sent to the dealers shop. Now they are confirm that there was a problem in the Panel board of TV.

    Considering all our past experience, You are requested to please do the necessary action to rectify the problem as we are always thanking you.

      I have been complaint earlier on[protected]
      by this complaint compeny had call back TV for the repair of that problem i have mentioned i.e. Colour Patches on screen. they took the TV and after repairing they are demanding the fee i.e. more than Rs.3000/=
      again i am complaining that the compeny is demanding the fee for that problem which is not corrected in warranty period as i told earlier. then the compeny not delivering the TV to my house. please give me the right solution that i will do.

      Go to the consumer court. Do not delay. It is not expensive and the Consumer Courts do not take long to deliver the judgment.

        I have been constantly hearng a sparking sound from inside the "ONIDA Black Neo" set which I have bought more than 1 year back. Can anybody tell me what is the part that needs to be replaced/ how has anybody rectified this. This is because I have been reading a lot of blogs now which says if contacted/whenever contacted to Onida service center, i will definitely get a lot of headache and that too without any propoer solution as the TV will definitely break down after 6 months and then nobody willl ever turn up.
        Should I rather go for any local television mechanic? Please help. I do not want it to burst inside my room.

          Dear sir,
          I purchased a fully automatic ONIDA HYDROMATIC 60FS model washing machine from BEA -coimbatore . They said it has a stainless steel drum so it wont get rusted completely, Its full product spec also they mentioned the same.After delivery of the fresh piece one part of the drum inside got completely rusted, So i felt i got cheated, And i am sure it is not a stainless steel drum.They are just cheating the customers with the inferior product quality.I have photos of the product.BEA also not tested before delivery and they are responsible for the inferior product delivery.

          plz. help me how i can go about this...

            Dear sir,
            I took loan from bajaj finance from anand branch. it is been more than 10 months and i have not still got the senction letter indicating your terms and conditions.
            MR. Hitesh Patel have taken CHAQUE of 824 as a processing charge. i did not get any proper explanation of the same and when i taked to him he was using abusing language.
            do you treat your customers like this when you are not able to give the explanation? Kindly look into the matter and revert at your earliest.

                1. I have purchase WG18N 1.5 TON Onida window AC on Dt.[protected]. from RAZZLE DAZZLE INDIA, 18, HARGOVIND ENCLAVE, Opp. Shanti Mukund Hospital, Delhi-110092.
                2. The owner of this shop told us this model works on 52degree also and it has no noise. also it is 2 Star AC. I asked to give us the demo how it works but he said its not possible, i trust him I was so excited & purchased this model, within 2hours AC got installed at my place. The person came to install couldn't start the AC, my self from my electronic background said i will start the AC.
                3. As AC start working i got shocked its making too much Rattling Sound then i see the date of manufacturing its was 1year 1 month back. Immediately I contact RAZZLE DAZZLE INDIA, for the same. In reply i got the answer - my work is to sell my product now whatever complaint contact the onida company, and even i don't know that AC manufacturing date is a year back, and he gave us the number of onida service centre.
                4. The person came said its normal noise and you are unnecessarily complaining, i said why are you saying its normal sound, he said our all models (onida) make same kind of sound and action taken place. even senior official came and for its normal sound. and what about its one year back manufactured AC, he said you should contact RAZZLLE DAZZLE. In short no one was ready to listen to us.
                5 Within a week very odour smell start coming as i start the AC for 5-10 minutes, now i had a doubt whether it is 2 star AC or not because there was proof (no sticker) of it, i again complaint, same person came and said you are unnecessary worried just make sure before you switch off your AC let it work on fan mode for 10-15 minutes and start giving different - different examples, i was not at all convinced but he said i cannot do more than this. I complaint so many times for the same but no action was taken
                6 Now the position is this Shopkeeper is saying what ever you want to do, go and give complaint, no one can harm us and onida service centre people not taking our problem seriously and AC 's condition is going worse day by day. I have seen other Onida AC's they are not making such SOUND as my AC is making the SOUND.
                My request is to please help me with my AC, have someone attend it & replace it with a new AC, same brand same AC

                ONIDA WINDOW AC (MODEL NO.WG18N) — Installation

                I am writing this letter in utter frustration (addressed to ONIDA COMPANY). I bought one window AC, make Onida, model No.WG 18N on 21th Mar 2009 from Better Deals Enterprises in Janak Puri, New Delhi.
                In the 2nd week of April 2009, I made a request with Onida Customer Relation Centre[protected] for AC installation, however, no reference number was given for the above request. Instead I was given another tele no.[protected] & [protected] (Mr. Amar/Vikas Puri Service Centre) for getting the AC installed. I made a call at this Vikas Puri Service Centre and one technician was sent only to tell that he can install it only after two-three days, which I refused as it is difficult to get leave on a working day. Again, I made a request at Ondia Customer Relation Centre (Complaint Ref. No.[protected] dt. 18.4.09) and I was told that on 21.4.09 (monday) the technician would come to install the AC. My wife took a day's off from all other work and sat through the day waiting for the technician, but none of them turned up. However, both I and my wife continued to ring them up[protected],[protected], [protected]) throughout the day on 21.4.09 spending at least Rs.50 worth of call only to listen each time from them that someone would definitely turn up latest by evenining. But none turned up. This is really agonising and cannot be expected of a Company which boasts of big things. I even do not know whether they would come or not for this installation. One ticklish issue which made me really peevish is that the warranty on the product starts only when we get the AC installed from the Company people. Why is it so? The warranty should be confined only to the product only and should not be linked with the installation and that too by the Company people. If it is so, then the Company should take care to improve its badly-affected after sales service for things like repair, installation, etc. I really fear that if this AC did not function properly after installation, then the harrowing experience would start...AGAIN Calling them up several times and God knows whether Company people would come or not.

                window 1.5 ton ac — too much of noise$no demonstration shown

                i have bought 1.5 ton ac of your company four days back.however till no company rep has come to give demonstration till date.moreever the ac is making loud noise which gives an indication that there is a problem in the ac.earlier the pers who came from the service centre broke the gas pipe which clearly indicates that professionally incompetent pers are being employed for installation.i am regretting my decision of buying an ac from carrier company .i whish i had bought an ac from some other company.my request is that the company should take this ac back.i am ready to pay the transportation charges or i should be provided a new ac in case this ac is defective or the rep of company should come and convince me that all is fine.i will also request that the motto of company which says turn to the experts should be changed.my complaint may pl be shown to the ownner of the company so that he is aware that customers who are buying carrier products are facing problems as regard to services after the product is sold.

                  Dear Sir/Madam,
                  Two month back my ONIDA TV giving problems i.e when powering on the tv blue screen is coming then i tried to connect DVD player to the tv that time also same problem. Afterthat i was complaint to the ONIDA authorised Services Dealer (Sakthi Networks, Ottery, Chennai). But they are not reponding immediately they are send the engineer after 2 weeks and the engineer came take the motherboard for servicing. He told that time, it will ready another 2 or 3 days. But till now the board was not ready. Moreover dailly i called the service dealer they not respond properly and they are not give proper response. This will hate me lot. Moreover this TV under warrenty (ONIDA TV purchased Last year November only) . I need the New TV immediately. This TV not working for the past two months. Still they are telling the same story (spare is not available for your motherboard).
                  The ONIDA Service Centre is not takecare and not listening the customer problem.

                  I am very greatful to do the needful.

                    I Have a Onida Hydromatic 60 washing machine Bought from Anjali Eletronics Pvt Ltd Hyderabad with Bill No- 8011, Dt 07/09/06. this is an automatic Washing Machine and it does'nt work if any thing goes wrong, on 21st July I gave a complain to their Local Service M/S ADONIS Service Agencies, Ranigunj Hyderabad that my washing machine hose pipe came out and I was unable to fix it up they gave me Their Complain No as[protected] Dt 21/07/09 and told me that they will attend to me within 24 hours but till date( 5days ) and till this time no one attended my request inspite of several calls every day even today i called their Service manager Mr Rama Rao( M No- [protected]) several times, he promised me that he will attend to me today at any cost by noon, as usual no one turned up and again I gave a call at 3.10 pm he got wild and spoke to me in a very mad manner and got wild and he was not ready to give me is boss M-no nor he would send his engg to fix up my problem I wounder why such people are made Managers who can neither do their duty nor talk properly it is very unfortunate that Onida appoints such Dealers who are so reckless and non responsive I Strongly recomend M/S Onida to Terminate this company from their rolls to control further damage to their reputation.

                    I bought a Onida Hydrofall 70 washing machine from Jyoti Furniture House
                    with Bill No- 1201, Dt 13/01/05. This is a semi
                    automatic Washing Machine and it does'nt work properly.
                    I repaired the machine 5-6 times in 3 years, even after repair the dryer does not work most of the times.
                    Sometimes it makes so much sound and water leakage problem is also there.
                    I lodged complaint at the Local Service centre Agencies, Sikar that my washing machine has problems.
                    They visited 3-4 times but they are not working sincerely. They just changed 2-3 parts but could not resolve the problem.
                    I request you to please take a proper action
                    Either send a sincere engineer to fix the problem or replace my machine.
                    I'm really fed of all the issues with the m/c and the services offered by the service center people.
                    It is very unfortunate that Onida appoints such Dealers who are so reckless and non
                    responsive I Strongly recomend to control further damage to

                    we bought a onida washing machine from VERMA ELECTRONICS, Rohtak (Haryana) last year now it is in warranty but many times making calles and complain to local service centre Rohtak, they are not coming to repaire machine (machine washing speed is so slow and also not taking load even one KG of clothes ) once or twice time service man comes at home to repair but every time he told that he does not have that part of machine so he will come again with that part but after a sevral call he not return

                    kindly do the needful and one thing more the service center attandent giving complain no in only two digits like yester complain no is0082.My old Mother Father is alone in village so requesting you kindly do the needfull on urgent basis

                      I BOUGHT A 29′INC COLOUR TELEVISION OF RS.21000/- WHICH IS ONE OF THE TOP MODEL NAMED ONIDA POISON-2000, OF ONIDA LAST YEAR I.E AUGUST 2008 HAVING ONE YEAR WARRENTY. NOW WITH IN 8 MONTH IT STOPS WORKING ON MAY 2009. I HAVE LODGED A COMPLAINT IN SILIGURI SERVICE STATION OF THE COMPANY I.E IN ONIDA. AT THAT TIME THEY CAME AND TAKE THE WHOLE INTERNAL MACHINES OF THE TELEVISION SAID THAT THEY WILL CHANGE THE WHOLE MACHINE IF ARE NOT ABLE TO REPAIR IT. NOW IT IS END OF JULY 2009 I HAVE NOT GOT ANY THING OF MY TELEVISION AND ONLY THE OUTER BOX AND PICTURE TUBE IS PRESENT AT MY HOME SINCE TWO & HALF MONTHS. I AM FOLLOWING UP WITH THEIR PERSONS IN SILIGURI, KOLKATA AND MUMBAI EVERYDAY AND THEY STILL TELLING ME THAT THEY ARE IN PROCESS OF ARRANGING NEW INTERNAL PARTS FOR ME ONLY. In last one month they got serviced 2 times by Onida engineers, but every time it starts giving problem in next 2-3 days after serviced/repaired. From our side I can assure you that we are using them in a proper manner and we are not mishandling at all. Sir, second thing is there is not any proper response from your engineers and even they kepp all instrument opened without information and leave our place and not come even on the next day.

                        This is my humble request to you to look into this matter.

                        I am also making complaint for ONIDA ACs customer care. .

                        Sir, this summer season is ending in next few days, but these ACs are in warranty at present and in next season we will have to pay from our pocket, so action is required to be taken immediately.

                          I contact the company authorised servicing center at ERNAKULAM on 16/07/2009 for servicing my T.V.The guarantee period is already covered.They told me that the servicing technician will immediately contact you and rectify it.After three days today morning I contact again the center for the complaint.Today they told me that the technician will contact you on monday only.The problem is that the same complaint had arised within two years repeatedly.So I contact the servicing center.MY MOBILE NO IS [protected].

                          Yes..very very bad service... I got a problem with my ONIDA TV ...These non-sense guys give the same reply..." 2 or 3 days.."... for past one month... DONT BUY ONIDA product...thats the better thing to do...then only ONIDA manufacturers will take care of customer service too...3rd we gave complaint..he came after 2 days... tried to solve the problem for 2 hrs...then he took the board... still not got the problem solved... Today also the same reply..'2 or 3 days'... today it is 24th september 2009..
                          I am Lakshmi Kantha.K.G, purchased a ONIDA Oxygen Thunder 29” TV, Model No. C0290XTS, Sl.No. BJ 4023310 in Hassan at Pai Electronics two years & three months back. I have a problem in the TV and lodged a complaint at Bangalore (Karnataka) via complaint No. [protected] on 21.02.2011 to repair it. One Service Engineer from Hassan visited my house on 24.02.2011 and he has taken away by telling that it is to be repaired and replaceable with spares at Hassan and confirmed in bringing TV Board within two days. Till date the Service Engineer is not yet coming to my house. Daily I am dialing to the complaint office, Manager, Service Engineer. But they are not responding. They are completely lying in these 15 days. They are not receiving my calls properly, they are neglecting my calls. They are telling in these 15 days, the board has been kept under observation, Service Engineer has taken away to your house to fit the board. But till date I have suffered from their negligence answers.
                          In this fifteen days I have dialed Bangalore complaint office for two times. They also supporting them and saying we will go through the complaint, but not done anything in this matter. I have completely disappointed with your company services. I have decided to scrap the TV and go for another firms. Finally I request you Please, guide the Karnataka peoples to serve properly and to behave a human being. Unless you people will lost customers who trusted your company like me. This is the most bad incident I have ever faced. This is my disappointed wishes about your firm.                             #Onida products are nothing but a box of crap. If a consumer ends up making the mistake of buying #OnidaACs, they should never fall for the scam of getting an #OnidaAMC. I made the first mistake last year when I bought 6 #OnidaSplitACs and made the mistake of getting an AMC earlier this year. Only within one year o[censored]se, the ACs have started malfunctioning. To top it all, their AMC service is pathetic. There is no guarantee of a service technician turning up at your doorstep anytime soon.

                              Dear sir,

                              i am an onida customer since 1990. I have bought my second Onida tv - KY THUNDER 1000 On 27/07/03 from a dealer at thrissur. From the begining itself KY BASS BLASTER UNIT (SPEAKERS)was vibrating. Any way i adjusted it with low volume. Apart from that Now the TV is giving lot of troubles.Now it does'nt have a warraty . Certain times picture will be lost. Certain times after some times it will come back. some other times after the lose of picture -blue back will appear and immediatly after that the LOCK ON display will automatically appear on the screen and all the channels will be locked automatically.

                              Is this a problem of the tuner..?

                              Can i get the attention of a company's service person of (ONIDA) to solve this isue.?

                              Can i get a service at my home ? or at least at my home town, please try to avoid the service of the same by dealers service technition.

                                Problem for all ONIDA TV

                                I bought ONIDA 21" BLACK NEO Television 1year 2 months back. My friend also buy same product same dayfrom Khosla Electronics, Kolkata. After inspecting the T.V., the technical person of ONIDA informed that EST is damaged and needs replacement.My frien also facing the same problem just before one month.

                                If such type of Product is provided by a so called reputed company, then people should stop buying the ONIDA Products...

                                  I bought a new Onida Xaria from Vijay sales (Ghatkopar, Mumbai) on 6 May 08. From the 1st Month itself the TV started to give problem. In the Warranty period I made 3 Complains 1. Voice Problem 2. Remote sensor problem 3. Remote Problem. All the 3 time the person came and rectified the problem. After the Warranty got over in the month of May 09, My TV Power sensor went bad. They had to replace the same. And after 2 months of replacement of sensor my TV Has become a radio, Initially for the 1st 5 Minutes one can hear only voice and then the screen starts working. When complained the Technician said its the cable Settop box problem. But he was not able to answer the question, when I try to increase the TV Volume the Bar does not appear. Please can someone replace this set and give me a new one. Cause for me 48 Thousand is a big amount and to loose this amount will be a big thing for me.

                                  The onida people did attend to the complaint. They changed everything in my Onida Xaria. But the next day I notice that the remote sensor on the TV is not working. I can change the chanel using my Remote but not from the TV. Please, I am sick of this TV, Can someone tell me how can I claim for replacement.

                                  Good service when it comes to technical support. But when you tell them for replacement, They will make you run from Pillar to Post. I have registered the complain No: [protected]. The technical person did come the next day. But this time I did not allowed him to touch the TV as it is the 9th Problem in 14 Months of I buying the TV. I Spoke to a lady on the following No: 28764605/ 28791499 and she told me to Speak to Rajeev Bhatt or Mr. Ashok on 30881795/96/97. I been trying to call them for almost 2 week now. But they never answer the call. I regret for the decision of buying Onida products and I would strongly recommend Everyone not to buy it cause I leaving in Mumbai is finding it really difficult to get a replacement of a defected Product.

                                    Hi, I had a problem in my Onida Home theatre on May 2009. Problem is left chennel of the Home Theatre is not working. So i have given to Onida Service centre in Tambaram sanatorium, chennai on 05.05.2009.Yet now i didnt get my system back, I was ask them on 05-July 2009 why so delay, they said mother board is problem we ll rectified on this week.
